First of all I'm sorry it was a little more difficult than but your year to date earnings for your paystub on 4/30/(full months) was only showing $8, You applied with $a month. We do not go off base salary at this point in the year but rather we go off
Year to date averageCustomer’s verification of employment completed on the work number and it showed you have been there for over yrs We knew something was not right (time without pay; payroll change etc and were attempting to clarify with hr) On Friday we did pull income the work number for income and it showed your true YTD income at $19,which was a big difference from the paystub that you sent us.Again I am sorry that it took a little more effort but being in the industry you also should know that as a lender we have to get it right on application information and if the year to date on the submitted paystub was significantly short, then it raises a red flag We do have you approved and can save you money on your loan Since this was a valid inquiry, we cannot remove it from your record

We will remove the inquiry as well as *** forwarded your application to us from their website As a heads up it can take 12-weeks for the bureau to remove the inquiry but I have requested the removal from our side today I am sorry for the inconvenience and we have requested that

Im sure we told you to keep making payments but if we didnt we never said to stop making payments Also, if we were to refinance your existing auto loan, the GAP insurance you have today becomes void and you can get a refund for it Gap is tied to the loan, not the vehicle So our offer is generous in that you get a $product for $plus you would get a refund on your existing product If you no longer want our offer I will return your title I cannot lower your rate any more due to your high LTV Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:Why would you send a letter promising lower interest rate and payment if you have yet to have all information needed? Seems like a gimmick and a catch in order for consumers to call you and you lure them into doing business.Maybe, instead of making empty promises, you should wait until you have ALL information needed to make promises of a better loan

I am sorry that we are unable to help at this time but from a credit perspective you are approved However when we got the vehicle details and what it is worth, your loan to value (the amount of your loan in relation to the vehicles value) is over 170% The highest LTV we can do in most
cases is 130% Not many lenders are willing to lend more than 150% LTV let alone 170% So at this time unless you can lower the amount that is currently owed we are unable to help you with your auto refinance

offer discloses that "you must continue to meet the criteria used to select you in this offer and our creditworthiness criteria." Unfortunately, your credit changed during that time and we are no longer able to offer you the same opportunity

Not sure why you are claiming predatory lending without any facts but the definition is “Unscrupulous actions carried out by a lender to entice, induce and/or assist a borrower in taking a mortgage that carries high fees, a high interest rate, strips the borrower of equity, or places the borrower in
a lower credit rated loan to the benefit of the lender.” I see we funded a loan with you back on 9/27/17. Your previous auto loan was at an interest rate of 18.02% and a payment of $per month and the one we gave you was at 11.99% (a reduction of over 6%) and the new payment was $409. Saving you thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. You can always make additional payments to shorten your term and save you further over the loan but you have the flexibility of the lower payment and lower interest rate. I am not sure why that you consider saving you thousands of dollars as predatory. You signed the note and security agreement in your house in your own time so you also had time to review any conditions of the loan. I am sorry you are not totally satisfied but we did save you thousands of dollars. Please let us know what you consider unscrupulous to the loan

We weren't saying that you made up the information but it has been done in the past so we have to protect ourselves to make sure someone can make the payments. You would be stunned what extent some people go to in order to forge IRS documents. We have no way of knowing if they were ever filed or not. It is very common for self employed persons to have to provide bank statements as a means for a loan. In fact sometimes employed persons have to provide bank statements for a mortgage, so for us to require that kind of documentation is not uncommon for a loan. We can only make money by lending it so I don't know what kind of scam this is because we want to get you a loan; however, we have certain requirements for loans to protect us and you to make sure you can make the payments. Some lenders are willing to 'waive' certain requirements in exchange for a much higher interest rate. For this particular loan we need to see bank statements
I am sorry you are frustrated by the situation but we have to follow our rules for making loans to self employed persons

What is being done about my credit score and the monetary damage to follow because you have falsely represented what I was "Approved" for? Again, the make, model and year of my car purchase is public recordThe offer you sent should have accounted for this. It appears that you are not doing your due diligence before sending the offersAs I am sure you know, a lower credit score does cost financially. I have worked hard to raise my score, and this has taken it back down again because of this bait and switch tactic you used.

Again I am sorry but the moment you hit submit on our application, we run your credit All of our recorded calls and communication is after that point We gain nothing to run your credit knowing you wont qualify It only costs us money to get your credit report, create the profile and spend time in talking with you We would only do that if we think we can help Sometimes we cannot help so I dont know we would have gained by running your credit knowing we couldnt help Again I apologize
