Signed a contract with deposit January Requested check not be deposited until Friday (I needed to move monies from a different account); salesman *** agreed, and attached a note with that request to the deposit checkRequest/direction was ignored and my check was deposited the following day I cancelled the contract the following day, sending a text photo to *** I have contacted the company (office manager ***) several times Excuses include: your refund is in the payment cue for Friday; the accounts payable manager is in the hospital; you should be one of the next two in the cue; I don’t know when checks will will issued This is unacceptable I just want my deposit of $returned immediately The contract states deposits would be refunded within 10days It is almost three months

Completely aggresive sales people they haveOver priced roofing estimatesI cancelled my second appointment and the guy still showed up hours later I signed the contract and cancelled it five minutes after he left so I could just get them out of my house the treat new home owners like dirt I will never work or recommend them to anyone for anyone ever

All of the windows in our home were at least years old, and most of them were inoperableThey'd been painted shut and/or were nonfunctionalWe wanted a home where we could open the windows and enjoy the neighborhood!
Also, since our house is so old, we might have lead paintWith those factors in mind, we really wanted someone who was careful, precise and professional to replace our windowsJoyce was all of those things

I bought an older home years ago, knowing it will need a lot of workThe home has all the original windows and they are not very energy efficientAfter speaking with Joyce Factory Direct and seeing a sample model window, I was in loveWe had a few windows put in last spring and I can already tell a different between the sound quality and the temperature in the rooms with the new windowsI honestly can't wait till I can have the whole house upgraded and what it will do for my electric and heating bills! Steve's Factory Direct 1) Misrepresented themselves as 'Joyce Factory Direct'- later we discovered that they were not permitted to do this, even though the paperwork and contract said "Joyce"; 2) failed to start the roofing job in a timely manner; 3) Never finished the roofing job; 4) never supplied the promised warranty; 5) hired a subcontractor that failed to follow OSHA regulations and then never paid them prompting the subcontractor to threaten to put a lien on our home6) lied, lied, and lied again

We ordered a fence and from this company and the fence they installed was not the right kind of fence nor was it installed correctlyIt says in our contract we wanted the fence “just like the neighbors”The wood that they brought is not good quality of wood and not what we requestedThe gates that are installed are installed improperly and was latched to our house which put a hole in our houseThey were suppose to come weeks ago to fix the warping wood and gates and never didNow they are ignoring our callsThe project was not ever even completely finishedThe gate does not even close properly and looks terrible and now we have a hole in our house to because of itI would like the job to be done on the fence, the warped wood to be replaced and the gate to be starched to a wood post to lock, not the siding of our houseI do not want to make any further payments until this is completed

I contracted with Joyce Factory Outlet in Oct to put a new deck on the back of my home They did not at all follow the plans that were specified in the contract The size of the cement block was wrong, the flooring was laid straight and not diagonal as per contract, at first no children's gate, railing not secured, etc I contacted them immediately of the problems and even a representative of Joyce Factory confirmed that the work was not done well I have been given a runaround in trying to have Joyce come out and fix the problems I spent over $11,for this project

Joyce Factory Direct is a quality company with quality employees and has amazing products We bought windows and installation from the company, and we are thrilled with the results The windows are beautiful and beautifully installed We're thrilled

Our national production manager has decades of roofing experience as a roofer and as a managerHe went to the job site and did a thorough review of the roof and chimney area. It was quickly apparent that there are pre-existing issues with the chimney that were brought to the customers' attention. On the roof, the chimney was very well sealed with proper flashing as shown in the attached pictures. The existing chimney is missing a cap and water is able to freely enter the chimney and then subsequently drain into the house and/or fireplace. More, the chimney is in relatively poor condition and water is likely penetrating the old masonry and entering the house. This is clearly evident from the carbonate and rust build up throughout the interior portions of the chimney and fireplace areas. The customer has been advised to contact a mason to remedy the chimney and fireplace area. If the customer has any additional problems, our manager will be able to help them. Thank you

I contracted with Joyce Factory to do outside work on our home siding, replace some wood around the windows, and build stairs in the back They were to obtain the permits from the County of StCharles to do the work The work was contracted on 8/31/and finished 11/10/ However, the work was not done correctly and very poorly The steps were not even, varying heights, the siding is buckling out and Joyce Factory did not obtain the permits needed to do the work which we face the possibility of daily fines The cost for their work which we paid them was $
