I contracted with this company to replace my home roof, gutters and downspoutsThey left without completing the jobThis took multiple phones call to get them to come back and complete the gutter that was not installed I paid for the job in full I then noticed that the front gutter was leakingMultiple phone call to their headquarter regional manager Chris S*** were not returnedWhen I did get him to answer his phoneHe said someone would be thereNo one showed up The admin person said there was nothing more I could do since Chris was not returning my callsMaybe the sales person should be contactedI called the sales person, RJ R***He said he would look into itSome one did come in days and said he repaired itHowever with the next rain, the gutter is still leaking I have since contacted the sales person who said he would get something done and call me backNothing has happened and he did not call backI have now left more additional messages on the sale

I purchased a fence months ago I have since then been told nearly every week that they are going to start my fencing project Every week they have ended up not even starting I was told over a month ago that my fencing materials were to be delivered the next day I finally met with the General Manager, and come to find out, my fence wasn't even ordered, so it was especially not able to be delivered We want out of the contract, this company seems to have no intention of completing the project
They are saying I cannot get my money back or get out of our contract, even though I have been lied to over and over again

Joyce Factory Direct built my new cedar fence last summer They were very professional and used high quality materials They finished the project in a very timely matter I would most definitely recommend them for your project!

New deck has shown a lots of cracksAfter contacting the company more than months the issue has not been solved
We spent more than $18,for a Ft x Ft deck because we were told that the materials the company use were "the best" in the world, Western red cedarSalesperson told us that Western red cedar is beautiful, durable with almost no maintenance, not even painting, neededThe deck was built in the early December, However, in a couple of months, some cracks were noticed on decking boards and some posts, which have become wider and longerSome of the posts have split from the top to the bottom of some postsI started to contact the company since the mid-April, and I have been promised that the problem would be taken care of in a timely mannerIt has been more than months since then but nobody has come to service our deck yet after numerous calls from me and numerous promises from the companyLast time they promised to fix the problem was November

The workers were very polite They scheduled the time they would arrive and they were there at that time The work they did was excellent The windows made the rooms look bigger I was really surprised

Joyce Factory installed new sun room windows and screens, Oct 2014, $5,(paid in entirety)
I dropped off three of the screens for repair (warranty) on Sep 30, I was told they would be ready in 1-1/weeks or so I am still waiting for them I have called three times and have been given excuses each time Was told they would be ready Nov and they were not Am still waiting Have not been able to open three of the four sun room windows for almost weeks now, due to not having the screens

This company installed my windows The representative was very good in hipping up the company and my installation was scheduled for July 2017, The installers measured windows which they outsourced But the problem came with when they installed windows that didn't matchI was very upset because they install two sets of windows that didn't match so they had to take replaced which took months I had to continue to all the company with the manager being very arrogant about my complaint They also didn't measure a set of Bay windows correctly, so that took another month I continuously called that company and asked for the ownerI was told the owner was going to return my call and he never did When I finally reached the manager, she stated the owner was in divorce court and he was busy She also stated she didn't tell me the owner was going to contact us So as a customer, I guess I lied about the owner contacting us Of course not! As a customer who paid for windows to be installed over a course of agreed time, I didn't care the owner was going through a divorceI wanted my windows installed We where convinced to make a loan through the bank and the bank paid Steve's Factory, but we were stuck without windows and payments I complaint to the company over and over, but was ignored One thing positive I can say is the installers were very nice guys But the company sucked I will never recommend them or advertise the company's work on my lawn as they claimed they gave us a discount if we allowed them to put a sign in our front yard Well after it was all over They didn't ask us to put a sign in our yard (I guess not!) Never I hope my windows don't crack or flaw or we will be out of luck with this company

I ordered a window on June 8, and put a down payment of $ I was told someone will call me within a week to measure After days I called the company to see when the measurement would be done, with in two days I had two people ready to come and measure Then it was to be a bout weeks to build and I would get a call to install About three weeks later I called to see what type of financing they offered so they sent an application out but after looking at it I told them I made other arrangments I was told that they would go ahead and order the windowl have called them at least three time wanting to know when my window would be installed Was told someone would call me, but have not heard anything This is months waiting and no answer I would like my money back and try another company that will done what they say

I purchased all new windows and screens for my home in on November 14,and all were installed except our master bathroom screen First it was missing, then they said it was broken on two different occasions and they would order a new one, now when I call (countless times) they say they will get that ordered and installed It has been over two years and I have yet to have a master bathroom screen I just get the run around

As per contract I decided to cancel roofing job within days.contract stated they would return my $within to days,however after repeated phone calls it has been business days and money has not been returned.there answer is always "it is in the mail"..bad business!

Joyce Factory Direct is a quality company with quality employees and has amazing products We bought windows and installation from the company, and we are thrilled with the results The windows are beautiful and beautifully installed We're thrilled

I chose Customer Service issues as teh complaint but it could go more than that The salesman who came to our house told us they have their own premium wood and that everyone goes to them for materials Well, when the delivery of wood showed up it was from ***
once completed the fence was very flimsy as only two cross boards where used and nothing in teh middle so my lb dog could have gone right thru the fence We requested a 12' gate on the front and it was installed with the boards on the inside so someone could have climbed right over if they wanted also the gate was installed 6" off the ground so my little dog could go right underneath it The gate was also installed with 4xpost when the contract stated 6xpost I was told I could build a deck on top of my fence by the salesman well that is not true

I have informed Joyce by letter of the cancellation of my contract date April to build a deck and add a window to my condo*** *** called me last week and refused to return my $deposit No accepted plans were submitted to me or to my Home Owners Association representative, *** *** at CMA whose contact was provided An approval from myself and the HOA is required before building No permits were applied for or drawn I called Joyce Factory Direct repeatedly asking for the plans I was told they were being done on three separate callsAfter over three months with no results, I lost my confidence in having the project completed I was told there was a lot of rain, then that the builder’s friend had died, as reason for the delays in JuneJoyce Factory Direct failed to deliver drawings, plans, and permits, to schedule, a requested reference ,or execute the job

Everything went well, from ordering to installation of the windowsThere was one small delay that Joyce was very helpful and timely in resolvingIt's been over a year since the install and everything is going great, which is a rarity in our old houseLove our new windows

We wanted to get a privacy fence put around our backyard We had the Sale's Manager for Steve's Factory Direct come to our home to give us an estimate He talked a really good game He promised we'd be getting top quality materials, timely installation, a fence made in their factory custom to our yard This was on November 8, We were told that we'd have high quality cedar wood as the fence, not the cheap pine material you get from *** *** or ***'s, which he assured us is not where they obtain fence materials We were told the fence would hold up for years We were told that they had teams of people who do nothing but install fences They supposedly don't have crews that roof one day, install a fence the next, etcThey had crews that specialized in one type of job We were given a rough estimate of weeks before installation We were quoted a price of nearly $13,000, which we were happy to pay for a high quality cedar fence
Fast forward to early February

Joyce Factory Direct put in some windows for us and did a great jobThe installer and everyone else we dealt with was very knowledgeable and fun to work withI would recommend them to all my friends

I can't even get a call back..The latest is the gate sags and doesnt line up nowThe instillation not even finished, got a cracked post from 3/17/when the installers forced the pickets on the topsections of the fence picket tops lean down hillThe gate looks like its from an arched picket, fence next to it looks straight?.Also there is suppose to be dirt up to bottom..I have holes, and the gape in gate is too wide...I paid more than $13,000..I have talked to manager? *** ***, office personell ***, ***, installers,foreman ***, and salesman *** ***..I cannot get my fence finished nor fixed...even warenty work? Very displeasedI want satisfaction
