There was no offer or anything presented that can resolve this for both parties. My complaint was not taken into consideration at all and I only received a phone call from the credit card exectutive to inform me that their decision will not be changed and that they still will close my account. When I proposed different options to resolve this, the executive told me she can't do anything more, though she said she understood my position. This kind of conduct of business and service I believe was unfair and outrageous. I was very disappointed with the entire experience dealing with JPMorgan Chase Credit Card.
