The business agreed to apply 40,000 rapid reward points to my account and stated the points would reflect by the next billing cycle which is by today's date. The rapid reward balance has not changed or been updated and I am still awaiting the 40,000 points.

This businesses practices are reprehensible. As such, they need to be documented for others to be alerted. They are not only discriminatory in their rationalization but are also caprecious in their judgment.
I have spoken with corporate representatives. They were rude, belittling, arrogant, and were not interested in coming to any sort of compromise or new position.

Chase continues to report different late payment and charge off dates across the credit reporting agencies. I have contacting the bank several times. They refuse to correct the issue. CHASE/BANK ONE CARD SERV [redacted]

Chase states I never cancelled the credit card. They expect that I would have a record of verbally canceling it. They offer zero proof of attempting to resolve this. They sent multiple checks and credit cards to an old address and never once questioned why I did not activate a new card. They had old information and made no attempt to query this given zero use from 2008 forward  They accepted zero culpability in sending blank checks and then not trying to contact me about irregular charges 6-7 years after I ever used a card. They were negligent in buffering me from a number of felonies. They have refused to submit copies of the falsified checks so that I can pursuit legal recourse against the felons who did this. They are one of the largest banks and yet have zero safe nets in place to protect people. When I discovered all this and brought it to their attention, they call me once and offer zero assurance that anything will change. They billed my bank yearly for no service. They are negligent and embarrassing would

You have indicated that the business sent me a letter directly, but I never received anything in mail from Chase.  Please re-open this claim and urge the business to follow through on their promise to respond.  The issue remains unaddressed.

0in 0in 10pt;">The issue is not resolved based on the letter you sent me.  I never disputed the debt wasn't mine.  I would like to make arrangements to payoff the debt and have it  removed from credit.  I did contact Chase Bank in September 2013 and it's not my fault if you can find no record of the call.  If you will not allow me to pay the debt off then it should be removed from my credit.  I will consult with an attorney if this issue cannot be resolved.
