I was contacted by Chase, and the representative brushed me off and said they would not help me. I reiterated to him the text from the letter which I received from Chase, which stated "No other payments have been received, so we're closing your credit card account." He confirmed that Chase did receive a payment from me before the letter was even written, yet still said they would not help me at all. Is there any way that the Revdex.com might be able to help me?
