I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business made the commentary that a letter was dispatched to my address notifying me of the  30 days late mark impending when no such letter was received to my address at [redacted]. Also they have made claims of previous missed payments when those payments however later than the deadline did not fall past the 30 day mark at all and were well within the bounds of the payment arrangement.  Chase needs to understand it cannot in good conscience tell a consumer that it is not their obligation to notify a consumer of an impending payment arrangement expiring that needs to be renewed because it is a courtesy plan. That is unethical particularly when there is no history to reflect this..so reporting a 30 day late payment under such circumstances under such an admission made by one of their representatives who indicated to me this failure to notify is why I am pursuing this action to the Revdex.com.
