Chase credit card has violated the credit card agreement act of 2009 and misapplied my payments eventhough I have been askign them to apply it to the correct balance. They have been systematically charging me interest and when I call the reps to get it resolved they say they are not fixing the issue. I have reached out to them to show a detail break out based on an amortization schedule for which they have refuse! I want my money back for interest that was erroneously charged!
Regards,

My account was hacked MORE THAN 4 times in ONE year and it's my fault that their chip system is faulty? No that's not right I made my payments like I should have and if anything was on my account that I did not purchase I reported it ! Most of my time I was in Arkansas and all the charges was being purchased in Missouri. Only Time I was in Missouri was when the card first came and like all my other cards I'll put them in a pocketbook and leave them. I will never go through Chase services again! I seen so many complaints with the bank doing this to multiple consumers and it's sickening

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  At this time, Chase Rewards says they will honor the old policy and have remarked this in their system when I am ready to make my travel reservation.

This is in response to decision which was made by Chase Bank. You asked why here? so the answer is I have made several attempts to resolve my issue with Chase Customer Care Representative and Supervisors but they did not care. Nobody from Chase wanted to fix my problem. Chase claims that they take consumer feedback very seriously but I believe that they don't care about consumer and leave them no choice but to go to a third party to resolve their issue with Chase.Furthmore, I was contacted by Chase Executive office but they had no intention to resolve my issues. I am very disappointed with Chase Executive office and would like Revdex.com to share my complaint and comments with people of United States.

They refuse to explain why they denied it , since they took the time to review it now I can't claim and they will not be responsible or provide partial credit

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I spoke with [redacted] at the Executive Offices of Chase Bank who sent my identity documents over to their Fraud Department and their Fraud Department confirmed that the account that Chase Bank said was mine was NOT mine; which I knew was not mine because I have never opened an account with Chase nor have I ever banked with them.[redacted] advised me that the fraudulent account was being removed from my name and social security number and that they would contact all credit reporting agencies and have their inquires removed and that they would remove/delete the fraud account from my crdit reports as well. To date, this has not happened because it is still reporting and I am still suffering with the fraudulent issue that I originally wrote you about.  Additionally, Chase Bank did violate my Civil Rights because they reviewed my personal credit history without my prior knowledge and then turned around and declined me for a new account, for a credit card that I deserved; and even declined me for a checking account.  Even after validating that the account that they alledged was mine was fraudlent, they sent me correspondence through the mail for me to sign requesting that I allow them to contact the IRS with my W-2 and the Social Security Administration to verify my social security number. What kind of bank is this that they would treat me like I am a thief when in fact I was the one violated who contacted them regarding their actions against me wrongfully in declining me for an account that I should have been approved for.  Chase Bank does not have the right to ask me to verify anything else. The account was not mine, and it had better be removed from my credit reports, my name and my social security number as well as all inquiries made by Chase Bank to my credit reports without my prior authorization and approval.  What they have done is a violation of my rights but yet they want me to sign documents and reapply for the credit cards and bank account that they declined me for.  Chase Bank can kiss my a** I have no desires in banking with a bank that would violate my rights this way and then turn around and act as if I owe them validation when I do not even have a bank account with them.So YES Revdex.com, I am declining this reply; and I no longer have any interests in working anything else out with Chase Bank. I do not want them to contact me any further and I want it listed on their business file that they violated my Civil Rights, reviewed my credit reports without my authorization and then they turned around and confirmed the wrongful account was not mine but then ask me to give them authorization to verify my social security number and check my W-2 tax returns. They are out of their minds. How can you treat someone this way when they are the ones disputing and reporting you, your bank, Chase Bank! I want it written on their records how they handled this matter and I want it notated clearly.  If for any reason I ever apply for a credit card and/or a checking account with Chase Bank and this happens again I will be bringing Civil charges against them for continuing to have my name and social security number linked to a fraudulent account that they confirmed is fraudulent; which should have nothing to do with me any longer.Revdex.com I cannot believe this bank literally wrote me and requested that I sign documents for them to verify my social security number and my W-2 Tax Returns. Why in the world would I want to do that when you, Chase Bank allowed someone else to steal my identity and open an account in my name years prior to now and you left the account attached to me when I never even banked with you before. REALLY?? DO YOU REALLY THINK I AM GOING TO BE COMFORTABLE DOING THAT??? YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! ...  I could see if I had an account with them and they needed to verify this information; but to NOT have an account and be violated by them and they request this type of information confirms to me how fraud really begins.  No bank has the right to inquire like this when they are the ones that allowed fraudulent activity againts my name and then they had the nerve to address the correspondence to me in the fraud name; which is not my name nor have I ever had any other name than my name, [redacted].  The fraud name is Paquita Figueroa and this is how they addressed their letter to me requesting my confidential information at my residence.  My mailman almost did not give it to me because he knows my name and was going to return Chase's letter back to them until I recognized the sender address and name and told the mailman to give it to me. I had no idea that this is what Chase was going to be sending me.  I am more aggrevated and pissed off now than before and I suggest that Chase Bank never contact me again or they will hear from my attorney.  In a few months from now I will randomly apply for a credit card and a checking account with Chase Bank just to see if they still have me attached to this fraudulent account.  If the accounts formulate again a letter like I originally received relating to this fraudulent account I will then know that Chase is a lier and they did absolutely nothing but try to get information from me to do nothing to help me!I have been victimized long enough and it's bank like Chase Bank that allows this type of fraud to happen and they point the finger at the victim.  I will not let Chase Bank continue to treat me like I am the criminal. Chase Bank did absolutely nothing to really help me and all they did was lie to me and now they think they are scotts free well NO they are not. They messed with the wrong one.  I will be back Revdex.com in a few months. I will reapply and see if my name ends up associated with this fraudulent account and if it is I will return to finalize this dispute and I will have my Civil Attorney available as well to take this matter to a completely separate level then here at the Revdex.com.  Document Chase's records so that other consumers will know how Chase handled my situation and maybe it will aide in others seeing the true colors of Chase Bank and how they conduct business.  If you see that the account was fraudulent and I reported you, Chase Bank for Civil Rights violations; why in the hell would you contact me in writing and request that I send you more information to throw me under the bus! Not happening! Chase did this all wrong! I do not trust a word that [redacted] or anyone at Chase Bank has said and I will make sure to find out on my own by reapplying to see  if my name is attached in their system with this fraudulent account.Chase, I know you are reading this -- I want your inquiries removed and my name and social security number deattached from the fraudulent account that I never opened or had with you. I am not going to provide you with any further documentation when I am not even a customer of yours! You people have lost your damn minds and I will not tolerate this from you not one more day! Remove the inquiries and send me something in writing that the fraudulent account is removed from my name and social security number and that you have deleted your inquiries. You did not have the right to put an inquiry on my credit report nor did you have the right to ignore and violate my Civil Rights by ignoring the Fraud Alert on my credit reports.  I want what I've requested in writing and I do not mean next year! I want it now! I will not wait for what I need in writing any longer.  Send it upon receipt of this reply or you will hear from my attorney! What you have done is ignore the complaint I have with the Revdex.com against you, and trying t o alter and reverse the situation from what the problem really is. All you had to do was tell the Revdex.com that you confirmed the account to be fraudulent.  Instead to save yourself and your B.S. reputation you play on words to avoid the facts around the original complaint. Wow! … Chase Bank is not a bank I would want to conduct business with because you are very unprofessional when it comes to adhering to the facts and the real matter at hand![redacted]P.S. Revdex.com please contact me by email so that I can email you a copy of the letter that I received from Chase Bank requesting I sign documents to confirm my social security number and my W-2 Tax Returns.

The business put a very rude lady in charge of responding to my complaint, she had no objective to assist me or help resolve my complaint. All she did was argue with me, disrespect me and make the situation worse. She attempted to redirect my complaint and blame to VISA. My issue if she would have taken the time to read the complaint is not with VISA it's with the negligence of CHASE and the representative they hired to represent them which failed to handle my issue in a timely fashion and never responded to my calls, voicemails or fax's. The issue all started when [redacted] would not answer me nor return my calls, many many voicemails and fax's. I would try to reach someone else to assist me and they would apologize and redirect me back to Tereese who of course never responded. This is unacceptable.
