JPMorgan Chase Credit Card Reviews (4971)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have yet to receive written letter from this credit card companyI did get a call from the company in September where they did not make any attempt to lower interest or find a better resolution to my concerns

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The information provided by [redacted] during a call on 1/29/as well a letter dated 1/29/does not resolve this matterBasically he told me what I had previously been told by the Chase Customer Service areaHe did advise that while the Chase system shows that the account was accessed on 11/18/and the payment process was started it was never completedHe goes on to explain the online payment process which I am already aware of however refused to consider that this issue could have been caused by "technical issues" and/or issues with Chase's on line systemAs previously mentioned we work very hard to keep our credit in good standing and for Chase to actually see that the payment process was started "but not completed" which caused the negative reporting on my credit is completely obsurd, Why would anyone start the payment process but not complete it and take a chance of this happening to them??? The fact that Chase can actually see where the payment process was started should be enough for an executive exception to be made and remove this negative information from my account and credit report as regardless what caused the payment to "not be completed" this clearly shows an effort made to make this payment and everyone knows as with all computers/electronic systems issues-complications can and do occur We are in the process or trying to refinance our home and consolidate some debt(which would include both accounts that I have with Chase) but with this negative information that has been reported by Chase is causing problems with this processAgain the payment was set up online prior to the date that caused the negative reporting to my credit and I am asking Chase to remove this information and have the credit report updated

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I got a letter from a Ms [redacted] in Ohio dated July which I assume is the company's response It continues that there is no billing error even though m complaint is that the goods were never deliveredThe tracking numbers of the three packages from SelectMed are [redacted] and [redacted] If you chack with either the India or US Postal services you will see that two packages were sent to the wrong zip code In addition to miss addressing two packages, they mislabeled the third and sent me medication meant for someone else The Post Office told me to take the meds to a drugs store for proper disposal so I cannot send them to you Nonetheless, even though, and this is hard to do, that I PROVED non-delivery, Chase effectively maintains that I am a liar and have to pay for the goods. What is more, and I sent this by fax to the Ohio person, is that even though they have declined to credit my account as of the last time I looked, and maintain that they did not and will not chargeback for the misdelivery of one package and the non-deliver of the other two, the company told me that they had been charged back the entire amount.I suppose Chase intends to keep this money Seems typical from my experience in the banking industry I mean don't they foreclose on home to which they do not have liens?I guess I will have to be satisfied to do everything I can to badmouth Chase to everyone who will listen After all, they defamed me by reporting this amount dispute to the credit bureaus even though I paid the bill I mean, isn't a disputed bill on a credit report one that I refuse to pay I disagreed with the billing, and I want my money backbut contrary to what Chase told the Credit agencies, I did not refuse to pay the bill They threatened usurious interest and ruinous late fees if I refused to pay, though I would have paid anyway because of the effect on my credit score, which is over 800, by the way. There more, but it has been my experience that Chase with disingenuously fail to understand any of this so why waste all those electrons writing more? I previously sent a page fax will all the documentation and just a day or so ago sent a or so page fax that I am sure Ms [redacted] will deny getting I'm tired and surrender to Chase's bullying and other unethical, unconscionable, unreasonable, and generally BAD behavior I hope Chase is proud of itself, beating another victim into submission

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWe are still working on cleaning up these disputesPlease find the information attached [redacted] at Discount Mugs is reviewing that amountI will follow up with her Thank you Regards,

Revdex.com:I received the letter the business describes, but in it they totally ignored my issue with the website handing my checking account information over to a 3rd partyI have since spoken to them numerous times over the phone (after getting the letter) about the issue and I was last told they are currently "researching it" and will get back to meThis was about weeks agoI will give them another week and return here and detail my communications with them if they have not resolved it by thenIn the mean time, please do not automatically close this complaint until the business gets back to me

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I wish there were a middle ground here It's not that I don't accept their response I did receive their letter - almost weeks after they dated it But I continue to receive promotional (not account servicing) emails from this business, even though they say that those emails should've stopped days after I requested to opt out After receiving another promotional email after the days, I contacted the business again and advised them that I would no longer open their emails I asked that they acknowledge that the email address they have on file for me is unmonitored by me They have not yet done so Instead, they contacted me to tell me that I didn't understand their policy I DO understand their policy They just don't follow their own policy As far as I'm concerned, this issue is resolved, without resolution (if that makes sense) What I'm trying to say is that I will simply not open any further emails from them That's a resolution that is satisfactory to me Whether they continue to send me emails, knowing that I won't read them, is entirely up to them Regards, Complaint ID:

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowA member from the Chase team did not address my issues nor my concernsShe only made numerous excuses for why it took days, of my lunch breaks from work, and hour calls to accomplish absolutely nothing

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12596041, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below All Chase told me on the phone was if no "billing error" occurred, there's nothing else they can do Really? What does "billing error" even mean? Whose billing error? - A billing error had / has NOTHING to do with this complaint - Millions of us use credit cards to protect us from "unscrupulous" vendors This case has evidence we've supplied to Chase that PROVES that: ----- faulty equipment was sold to me and installed ----- the manufacturer confirmed the product does NOT work as advertised ----- the vendor refused to both pick up the faulty equipment AND refund my credit card AND check ----- the manufacturer picked it up and delivered it to the vendor ----- Chase HAS that evidence but refuse to even acknowledge it! My hunch is that the "disputes department", is an outside company that is charged (no pun intended) by Chase and others to do their dirty work Disputes over a certain amount are NOT honored Chase refuses to honor this dispute as they claim they cannot find evidence the product was even picked up we have photos (they refuse to view them) and written docuementation! Within the past years, I have also filed disputes with Chase where furniture has NOT been picked up yet they could care less $1,each timeYET suddenly they care? Why the double standard? Regards, [redacted] ***
