Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAfter speaking with your customer service representative he offered no solution to the matter I suggested several options, including canceling my c=new and unwanted chase freedom card (with no damage to my credit) and applying the points to my new chase ritz carelton card OR, offering no annual fee for the first year of the ritz carelton card He offered 5,points (which is less than a third of the points loss ) on the unwanted chase freedom card Again your companies actions have hurt me three ways: 1) send my card to wrong address and allowed me to become the victim of identity theft 2) hurt my credit score by providing me with a card I don't want and force me to cancel it 3) eliminating 17,000+ credit card points by selling them to an outside organization without my consent That's $value at 1% per point or a domestic flight ticket Regards,
