Wow How do they get away with itis it legal? take the money and run? so now I do not agree with it at allI purchased this policy years before I was informed of any information of disabilitythey are not doctors who denied you they do not use up to date medical evidencethe terms and condition in the policy are vague, so when you try to use you policy you can'tthey are scaming disable individuals and they all should be fined by the FCCand whoever else you can think ofthey cafnt just sell policies and accept people and then not pay the policy, Un just and not right and Chase is just as Lible as the insurance company and disable people sfhould not have to fight for thier policies

However there is no message or attachment below, therefore I cannot agree or disagree However, I am still awaiting the return of my $paymentStatus as of 2/12/16: I applied for a 0% credit card to JPMorgan Chase requesting a $14,balance transfer to my existing credit card with First National Bank Omaha Rather than decline my application, JPMorgan Chase gave me an $line of credit and mailed that amount to First Bank of Omaha thereby creating another credit card/debt for me I called them several times and no one could help me So I temporarily made a $payment to JPMorgan so my credit would not be ruined I called First National Bank Omaha and asked them to return the payment to JPMorgan and they were not sure that they could do that, but did change my account to a lower rate and reduced my monthly paymentsAs I explained that my husband just had a kidney transplant and was collecting a small amount of disability for weeks On February 3, I received a letter from First National Bank Omaha indicating that they reversed/returned the $payment to JPMorgan Chase and apologized I called JPMorgan customer service yesterday to request that they return the $payment They said they see a note in my file from 1/29/asking for the $payment to be returned She apologized and said she will put it through and it will take business days

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have spoken with the Chase representative and received an unacceptable letter in the mail that was vague about Chase's requirement to fulfill its obligation if I meet the prmotion's requirements I have therefore contacted the company and requested another letter that SPECIFICALLY states the following: When I fulfill the requirements as stated in the promotion, I "will receive the 50,bonus points in my Southwest Airlines account" plus the additional 5,bonus points I am to be awarded as previously agreed based on my inconveniences in this matter - note the emphasis is on "will receive" and not merely restating the promotion requirements as in the initial letter; I have until October 6th to fulfill the spending requirement for the promotion; this is days from my approval date, extended from the days stated in the promotion because the promotional date started when I was approved for the card, not when I received it/had the ability to use itI will await this revised letter to determine if it satisfies our agreements I was told this revised letter is forthcoming to me, and await it to be satisfied per the above
