Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told that I was to receive a full refund of the $on November 14th and again on the 21st Now I am being told this again on the 2nd of December, and that it will take 2-more days? I am having a hard time believing that electronic debits occur instantly (as they did on October 29th to the tune of $800.00), yet electronic refunds take or more days? I don't believe the refund will take place based on prior communication with this company However once my account is credited for the full $I shall get back with the Revdex.com and set the record straight Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

This place is a scam I like their cut and paste reviews that are the same but with different customer names on their Google reviews

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was sent a core motor strapped to a pallet with seat belt material holding it .The motor had core engraved over the vin numberI contacted the seller and sent pictures and was given a $credit to my visa and the promise of $in partsThe parts never cameTherefore the said receipt of the good running motor can be proven to be with a few pictures I have and a visa credit issued by Junkyard JungleI would like to send you this information in a secure manner.I would also like to speak to a representative in your office to discuss criminal liability Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] here is the receipt that we ordered a different motor than what we received the motor we ordered had 74,miles and the one we received had 180,miles one it and it was out of a surban not a truck

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is not a warranty issue, this is a mistake by Junkyard JungleI will accept the engine that is due me as long as it is verifiable mileage equal to the mileage engine I purchasedThe other issues can be sorted out in courtSend me the information on the replacement engine so my customer can get his truck back after months of waitingHe arrived here today from Mexico and still no truckJunkyard Jungle is holding up the processI have all the proof I needIf Junkyard Jungle sends the information requested followed by the replacement engine we will be that much closer to resolving this issueIt would be a good faith effort on their part Regards, [redacted]

Junkyard Jungle has tried to execute our warranty to provide customer with a replacement motor, the customer has refused our policies while insisting on creating his own policies We are wiling to supply the replacement engine but there are no labor or expenses paid and accessories are not covered under our warranty

This place is a scamAll these "reviews" posted here read like TV advertisement testimonialsIf you look at these "customer's" profiles you'll see that they post reviews from multiple places throughout the U.Sand even EuropeHow interesting that these people have "homes" in different statesTry reading these "reviews" out loud, and see how far you get before you notice that NOBODY outside of TV commercials talks that wayYou see their address listed as " [redacted] **"? It's listed as such on their website too, and if you look at the street view you'll see there is a U.SCourt House and Post Office thereHeck, I even went down to [redacted] **personally to see if there indeed was a "salvage yard" right in front of the AlamoLo and behold, there was a U.SCourt & Post Office at [redacted] **I even went around the block to see if Google was off, but nope! Just more U.SPost Office and tourists, because the Alamo is right in front of the building ft awaySo I can't visit this business in person (because they don't exist), maybe I could call them? Nope! When I called a bit after AM (their listed opening time) I get a, "All lines are busy serving other customers, please leave a message"That's interesting how they are apparently are swamped with customer calls right as they open! What if I call later? I tried calling different times throughout the day and still "All lines are busy"So I leave a voicemail, and to this day, months later, never received a callI then had a theory: would their phones just ring endlessly on a day when they are closed? So I called after closing time and on the weekend"All lines are busy"! Wow! So there is no difference in the calling response no matter the time of day! What about email? I tried that tooI sent an email inquiring about an engine that I was interested inI specifically stated the year, model, trim, and engine code that I was looking forThen, a little over a week later, I finally get a responseThe response basically was, "What year and trim is your car?" UGHHReminds me of scam phone calls that refuse to reveal their address or business name

Spoke with [redacted] today and we are actively resolving this issue by finding out what parts are still missing and shipping those parts out

Refund has been issued Customer had engine on layaway and paid three seperate times Each payment has been refunded

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: What they said is incorrect"We have already fought this customers dispute with their bank, they found in our favor, and we were found to be telling the truth The customer ordered the incorrect part and has refused to return the product as per our return policy he agreed to The customer has every right to post incorrect reviews, contact the Revdex.com, but the truth is that the customer is not in compliance with our terms."Let me go over how unprofessional they responded to my bank 1) My bank did not rule in their favor My bank is still fighting with them and I spoke with them the past Thursday and they are still disputing the chargeMy bank sent meinformation to dispute their claim which I did by their timeline of July (I included the front page of the request and other emails I sent to my bank from the JunkyardJungle2) As you can see from the documents, the information JunkyardJungle says is incorrect They sent a copy of my invoice but blanked out the relevant informationThat is why I sent a copy of the invoice They say "We show that the transmission has been shipped and is waiting for customer pick-upCustomer can not cancel due to not being able to pick up freightWe can offer to ship to another address, but there is a small fee to pick up freight We can offer to ship to another address, but there is a small fee to switch carriersWe can offer a refund but customer must pay shipping back to us and there is a restocking fee of 25% Please see shipping proof and order form/receipt." All of this is incorrect Why? Because if you look at a copy of the invoice [redacted] that I included it clearly states: "Hello ***, We are shipping the transmission to: San Leandro Auto Services, [redacted] The driver will call to confirm prior to delivery.- ***" It was never delivered to my mechanics shop as indicated in my telephone calls to JunkyardJungle's sales person and manager My email correspondence that I enclosed also indicate the lack of meeting their commitments 3) As I previously stated on my last call to cancel the manager said he did not know where the transmission was because the freight company did not know where it was at the time.4) What they sent my bank (also included) is a bill of lading for an engine that is going to Corpus Christi, TX I ordered a transmission as you can see from my invoice and it was to be delivered to San Leandro, CA.5) They claim they met the requirements to my bank by sending only a invoice that says paid and has the information that they would send the transmission to my mechanics address blanked out If you are going to try and hoodwink a bank you should also try and get my copy of the invoice with all the information. As you can see from the evidence they are not only wrong but still telling untruths to continue to try and use my money Regards, [redacted] ***We have already fought this customers dispute with their bank, they found in our favor, and we were found to be telling the truth The customer ordered the incorrect part and has refused to return the product as per our return policy he agreed to The customer has every right to post incorrect reviews, contact the Revdex.com, but the truth is that the customer is not in compliance with our terms

This is the first we have heard of the engine being the incorrect engine We shipped the customer a good, complete [redacted] 5.3L opt LC(to verify the 8th digit of the VIN is a *) The shipper has verified (per the complaint) that the freight arrived The customer has everything they ordered

The paperwork was received today and we are still waiting for the completed warranty claim form to be submitted in order to open a claim for the wrong engine ordered Waiting on customer in order to proceed We have attached another copy of the claim form we need in order to proceed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with the company on Thursday with what seemed like a great responseHowever, I have not heard from them sinceI can not contact them because the number they gave me just goes to voice mailThey have not found a solution to this situation and don't seem to be trying to resolve it in any sort of timely mannerI would like my money back and to return the faulty merchandise they sent me Regards, [redacted] ***
