Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Apparently a mistake has been made, my mechanic specifically stated that the oil pressure problem results from a bad engine that needs to be replaced.  Perhaps the Revdex.com would agree that a car is supposed to idle in a standstill position for any length of time without a oil pressure stop engine problem, that is substantial to prove that there is a problem with the engine, that overrules the Junkyard Jungle statement that "different oil temperature and pressure are normal"  If this was right then then there would be no red oil lamp, oil pressure notice, stop engine notice that comes up, that proves that the junkyard statement is not right.  Could the Revdex.com contact the mechanic to get his statement on this, that would be substantial to determine if the matter is a warranty matter; his name is [redacted], his e mail is [redacted]@gmail.com, telephone number is [redacted], address is:

Again,
We must receive the completed warranty claim form from the customer in order to open a claim.  We have supplied another claim form that must be filled out prior to resolution.  Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:I am sending the warranty claim sent you and a picture of the tag on the trans sent to you.If you want more its called communication which you lack. Not so when you were taking my money. Again tell me what shipper to take this trans to quit passing the buck when it comes to responsibility!

Per customers request a full refund has been provided.  Shipment has been cancelled and engine back in route to Junkyard Jungle.  Refund receipt attached.

Per the customers request he wanted the engine shipped.  We did offer refund, customer told us he wanted to wait.  We will verify that the customer does want refund.  Will refund by eob today.  -[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The supposed refund issued on February 17, 2014, appears to be fraudulent.  No money has...

been received as of this date.  Sufficient time has passed to allow said refund to post to our account.  Also, I was never informed that the parts were damaged before shipping.  Instead, I was told that they were either en route or still sitting in the yard, as recorded in the original complaint.  The entire dialogue from Junkyard Jungle and its employees appears to be fraudulent.  I [redacted] not be satisfied until the entire amount of the original purchase price has been refunded to me and is in my possession.

I am rejecting this response because: These are lies.. I have been cheated and have the pictures to prove the engine was a core . Not a good running engine. These people make a living cheating people . They have the pictures. They also know I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office of consumer affairs. Being a LLC will not protect them from investigation .

I am rejecting this response because: The response is outrageous.  Check with employees [redacted] and [redacted].  I had been in contact with both of them and then they ceased to communicate. Check the e-mails from June 2, June 21, June23, June 27.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke with the company on Thursday with what seemed like a great response. However, I have not heard from...

them since. I can not contact them because the number they gave me just goes to voice mail. They have not found a solution to this situation and don't seem to be trying to resolve it in any sort of timely manner. I would like my money back and to return the faulty merchandise they sent me.

Junkyard Jungle has tried to execute our warranty to provide customer with a replacement motor,  the customer has refused our policies while insisting on creating his own policies.  We are wiling to supply the replacement engine but there are no labor or expenses paid and accessories are not covered under our warranty.

All parts have been delivered and this matter is closed.

I am rejecting this response because:I was sent a core motor strapped to a pallet with seat belt material holding it .The motor had core engraved over the vin...

number. I contacted the seller and sent pictures and was given a $200 credit to my visa and the promise of $150 in parts. The parts never came. Therefore the said receipt of the good running motor can be proven to be false with a few pictures  I have and a visa credit issued by Junkyard Jungle. I would like to send you this information in a secure manner.I would also like to speak to a representative in your office to discuss criminal liability.

I am rejecting this response because:  I was told that I was to receive a full refund of the $800.00 on November 14th and again on the 21st. ...

Now I am being told this again on the 2nd of December, and that it will take 2-3 more days?   I am having a hard time believing that electronic debits occur instantly (as they did on October 29th to the tune of $800.00), yet electronic refunds take 18 or more days?  I don't believe the refund will take place based on prior communication with this company.  However once my account is credited for the full $800.00 I shall get back with the Revdex.com and set the record straight.

I am...

rejecting this response because:
All we want is to get an invoice for the last payment owed. I gave [redacted] my credit card information over the phone on 4/11/14 for the last payment. Not until 5/1 did he tell us it never went through. We asked that he send us an invoice for the last payment 5/2 by the end of the day, and he never called or sent the invoice. I find it funny how quickly we got the refund, so why is it so hard to get the final invoice sent?
The resolution I desire is to get the invoice for the last $140 I owe, and get that paid so the engine can ship from [redacted] and be delivered. If this is not possible, they need to call and tell me. Communication has been a huge downfall with this whole business transaction
I just want the engine I have spent months working on getting.
Thanks,

I am rejecting this response because:  What they said is incorrect. "We have already fought this customers dispute with their bank, they found in our favor, and we were found to be telling the truth.  The customer ordered the incorrect part and has refused to return the product as per our return policy he agreed to.  The customer has every right to post incorrect reviews, contact the Revdex.com, but the truth is that the customer is not in compliance with our terms."Let me go over how unprofessional they responded to my bank.  1) My bank did not rule in their favor.  My bank is still fighting with them and I spoke with them the past Thursday and they are still disputing the charge. My bank sent meinformation to dispute their claim which I did by their timeline of July 15 (I included the front page of the request and other emails I sent to my bank from the JunkyardJungle. 2) As you can see from the documents, the information JunkyardJungle says is incorrect.  They sent a copy of my invoice but blanked out the relevant information. That is why I sent a copy of the invoice.  They say "We show that the transmission has been shipped and is waiting for customer pick-up. Customer can not cancel due to not being able to pick up freight. We can offer to ship to another address, but there is a small fee to pick up freight.  We can offer to ship to another address, but there is a small fee to switch carriers. We can offer a refund but customer must pay shipping back to us and there is a restocking fee of 25%.  Please see shipping proof and order form/receipt."  All of this is incorrect.  Why? Because if you look at a copy of the invoice [redacted] that I included it clearly states: "Hello [redacted],  We are shipping the transmission to: San Leandro Auto Services, [redacted]  The driver will call to confirm prior to delivery.- [redacted]"  It was never delivered to my mechanics shop as indicated in my telephone calls to JunkyardJungle's sales person and manager.  My email correspondence that I enclosed also indicate the lack of meeting their commitments.  3) As I previously stated on my last call to cancel the manager said he did not know where the transmission was because the freight company did not know where it was at the time.4) What they sent my bank (also included) is a bill of lading for an engine that is going to Corpus Christi, TX.  I ordered a transmission as you can see from my invoice and it was to be delivered to San Leandro, CA.5) They claim they met the requirements to my bank by sending only a invoice that says paid and has the information that they would send the transmission to my mechanics address blanked out.  If you are going to try and hoodwink a bank you should also try and get my copy of the invoice with all the information. As you can see from the evidence they are not only wrong but still telling untruths to continue to try and use my money.
