I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Junkyard JungleI have used them multiple times now, along with my family membersCustomer service is superb; they really know their stuff! I needed a new engine for my Dad's car; he was going to pay an outrageous amount for one but I told him to let me take care of itJunkyard Jungle gave me a price quote that was HALF of what my dad was going to pay, which also included shipping (free)Shipping speed is always very quick, which is a huge plusWould definitely recommend

They are liars and take money from people and doesn't provide products Joey is a fake I paid $for a Toyota 22re motor that has never been delivered no money refunded and then when you keep calling they blocked my number delighted my invoice and said they didn't have a record of it but my lawyer had a copy of them and he sent a letter to them that he never got a response to I even talked to a detective in San Antonio they didn't help ether so don't do any business with them there fake and will take your money and you won't get nothing but a empty wallet

Customer put engine on layaway. We never received final payment and have been unable to accept the credit card for the final payment. Per customers request a full refund has been issued. Please see refund receipt attached. [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The supposed refund issued on February 17, 2014, appears to be fraudulent No money has been received as of this date Sufficient time has passed to allow said refund to post to our account Also, I was never informed that the parts were damaged before shipping Instead, I was told that they were either en route or still sitting in the yard, as recorded in the original complaint The entire dialogue from Junkyard Jungle and its employees appears to be fraudulent I [redacted] not be satisfied until the entire amount of the original purchase price has been refunded to me and is in my possession Regards, [redacted]

Our mechanic spoke with [redacted] mechanic We are not covering his "loss of oil pressure." Per his mechanic " [redacted] is overly paranoid about the engine temperature and has been obsessing about this for months now Different oil temperature and pressure is normal There is nothing wrong with his engine, per his & our mechanic No warranty coverage needed [redacted]

Refund was already issued when customer filed a credit card dispute with their bank last week. We are in the process of verifying this dispute, customer hass all $ in the interim. [redacted]

Let me give you a complete run down of the facts so Junkyard Jungle can't distort the truthI went on line in the first week of November in search of a engine to replace my customer's failing engineI listed and requested a engine for a *** *** with a engine with the vin code ** Junkyard Jungle responded to my listing on Novrequesting the 8th digit of the vin number. I indicated in a e-mail Nov11, that the vin code was a After several conversations over the phone, I purchased the engine on Nov19, The invoice #*** dated Novfor the amount of $states a 3yr parts and labor warranty and to business days for deliveryThe engine didn't arrive as planned and my customer who is Mexican (and was here on a work visa) was forced to return home without the truck and had to pay $to fly his son and himself homeI was told weather conditions held up the delivery and that it would be a few more daysDays turned into weeksI received the engine January 7, It arrived damagedI called *** January 7, 2014, and explained to him the extent of the damages and then e-mailed him pictures to prove my claimsHe said he was opening a claim against the freight company for the damaged parts and the labor bill I was submitting to change the damaged partsI requested $labor and *** said he was going to send the replacement parts immediatelyHere is the list I submitted to ***: the intake manifold, the pcv valve and tube, one fuel rail, one fuel injector, oil dipstick and dipstick tube, a complete set of spark plug wires and a complete intake gasket set needed to install the manifoldHe asked me to be patient on the labor bill because it takes awhile for the claims to be settledI told him that I think I have proved I was patient because of how long it took to get the engine shippedOver the next couple of weeks I kept calling *** to see where my parts where and he kept giving me excuses that his suppliers have been failing himSuddenly he stopped returning my calls and eventually blocked my numberOn March 1, I sent a e-mail complaining about the treatment I was receiving. On March 4, I received a e-mail back from *** *** (Sales Manager) asking for more details and stating he would respond as soon as I doI responded March 4, with all the details and I still have not heard from them. On or about March 7, I decided to install the supplied engine and use the parts from my customer's engine to get it running because the customer is returning soon and needs the truckI purchased a intake gasket set, a new set of spark plug wires and filled with oil and filterWhile I was doing the install I started my complaint to the Revdex.com to recoup my loss of damaged parts and labor as listed aboveWhen the engine was complete I tried starting itIt won't runI was receiving camshaft and crankshaft codesI purchased a new camshaft sensor, still no luckI did some investigating and found out that the engine sent to me is wrongThe engine block codes are differentI was told by *** that the engine came from a ***Actually the vin number on the engine states the engine came from either a *** or a *** applicationThese manufactures purchase their engines from **When ** designs a vehicle they often use the same block but change the internal gearing configurationsEach different configuration is given a engine block designation and that designation determines the 8th digit of the vin numberIn the *** with vin #the designation block letters are (CLD)As seen in the picture attachedThe engine sent to me has the letters (YHA) which makes the 8th digit a MThe internal configurations are completely differentIn the attachments supplied - If you look through the crank sensor access hole the gears are differentThe engine supplied is wrong and will not work - periodThis explains why they have not heard anything sooner than now about the wrong engineI also called *** of exfreight regarding my labor claim*** told me that *** called and requested a claim form, which was sent to *** at Junkyard Jungle*** said he never received the completed formShowing yet another lie
This is what I want to resolve this issue - I will accept a replacement engine supplied by Junkyard Jungle but I reserve the right to verify the miles and complete vin number of the donor vehicle or a complete refund of $In addition I want the labor reimbursement for installation & removal of the wrong engine and the labor for the intake manifold installation $The reimbursement for the parts purchased to complete the installation - gasket set $62.09, spark plug wire set $37.49, water pump gaskets 13.98, camshaft sensor $and oil filter and oil $Anything less and I will have my lawyer contact Junkyard Jungle and they will be on the hook for my Lawyer's fees along with everything else. I have been honest and the most patient customer everJunkyard Jungle has been everything but honest and helpfulStand make things right
