I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Junkyard Jungle. I have used them multiple times now, along with my family members. Customer service is superb; they really know their stuff! I needed a new engine for my Dad's car; he was going to pay an outrageous amount for one but I told him to let me take care of it. Junkyard Jungle gave me a price quote that was HALF of what my dad was going to pay, which also included shipping (free). Shipping speed is always very quick, which is a huge plus. Would definitely recommend.

We have verified that the refund did in fact take cplace and is now back on the original purchasers card. Please see below and attached receipt for verification.

As a confirmation email, Junkyard Jungle's accounting department has issued you a full refund in the amount of $2100.00.  Please see the attached receipt showing credit issued.  Please keep in mind that today is presidents day and most banks are closed today and depending on your bank it can take 2-3 banking days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We sent the correct engine.  Customer has been refunded and he still decided to keep the engine that he promised would be sent to us.  Customer got a free engine from us by claiming it wasn't what he ordered.  Got a refund and kept the part.  What proof are you needing...

I am rejecting this response because: this is not a warranty issue, this is a mistake by Junkyard Jungle. I will accept the engine that is due me as long as it is verifiable mileage equal to the mileage engine I purchased. The other issues can be sorted out in court. Send me the information on the replacement engine so my customer can get his truck back after 5 months of waiting. He arrived here today from Mexico and still no truck. Junkyard Jungle is holding up the process. I have all the proof I need. If Junkyard Jungle sends the information requested followed by the replacement engine we will be that much closer to resolving this issue. It would be a good faith effort on their part.
