The customer is trying to drag out a refund that is just not allowed under our guidelines The engine received was never installed and there was not a warranty claim form filled out We did issue a parts refund out of courtesy as the engine does not come with the accessories the customer demanded We issued a refund so the customer could purchase his own accessories again as a courtesy There will be no other refunds

The money put down is a non refundable deposit to hold the engine. We have explained that the balance needs to be paid as we do not provide refunds for customers who have changed their mind about the purchase. Our options are as follows:
The customer can pay the remaining
balance and the motor will be shipped within business days, or the customer looses the layaway as they can not afford to pay the balance.
We just spoke with the customer and have agreed to provide a partial refund of $
Please verify with consumer

A full refund was issued to the customer We shipped the engine, the freight company tried calling her for engine pick up for days before holding engine with additional charges that she is responsible to pay

Our mechanic spoke with *** mechanic We are not covering his "loss of oil pressure." Per his mechanic "*** is overly paranoid about the engine temperature and has been obsessing about this for months now Different oil temperature and pressure is normal There is
nothing wrong with his engine, per his & our mechanic No warranty coverage needed ***

We have already fought this customers dispute with their bank, they found in our favor, and we were found to be telling the truth The customer ordered the incorrect part and has refused to return the product as per our return policy he agreed to The customer has every right to post
incorrect reviews, contact the Revdex.com, but the truth is that the customer is not in compliance with our terms

Way better than the pick and pull down the streetCalled them up on the phone, told them what I needed, got a price quote, and got the transmission I neededNo hassle or fussShipping was fast and free

Customer has agreed to the refund provided The refund has been processed Please see attached documentation

I am rejecting this response because: You guys are smoking crackI kept no such engine, Are you kidding me?? Or part, or anything from youWhat business would refund a customer their money and let them keep an engine or a part that they paid over 1500$ for?? Really? You are seriously the biggest scam out thereI don't even know how to respond to this except with complete disgust and disdain for your corrupt business practices.. Find attached the BOL - which means something (an engine was returned to this business)

9/23/to me
Fair enough. To clarify, we will return the motor and issue you a refund. You have not contacted the bank and started the dispute process. Is that correct?
We will set up the freight and have a truck get the engine ASAP. Is the motor at the same location it was delivered to?
Thank you
Todd Parker

Customer ordered and received a good tested used engineThe motor is under full warranty however we don't promise exact mileage Please see our terms and conditions that state the aboveThe oil pan is an accessory and is not covered under the warranty

I am rejecting this response because:The ordered products were never delivered. I was originally told that my order would be delivered within a week to days. Because of the bad weather we were experiencing everywhere, I gave extra time for delivery to be made. After days, I started following up on the order, not months. I called Junkyard Jungle once a week and got the run-around every single time I called with excuses as to why it wasn't delivered. Never, at any time, did anyone state that delivery had been made

We have issued a full refund for the customer Please see proof attached

I am rejecting this response because: this company has made many false
statements to me in the pastI will accept when the money is placed back into our accountI hope they are telling the truth in this matter but with them having lied to me I can easily see them lying to everyone else.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: Apparently a mistake has been made, my mechanic specifically stated that the oil pressure problem results from a bad engine that needs to be replaced. Perhaps the Revdex.com would agree that a car is supposed to idle in a standstill position for any length of time without a oil pressure stop engine problem, that is substantial to prove that there is a problem with the engine, that overrules the Junkyard Jungle statement that "different oil temperature and pressure are normal" If this was right then then there would be no red oil lamp, oil pressure notice, stop engine notice that comes up, that proves that the junkyard statement is not right. Could the Revdex.com contact the mechanic to get his statement on this, that would be substantial to determine if the matter is a warranty matter; his name is *** ***, his e mail is ***@gmail.com, telephone number is *** *** ***, address is: *** AUTOMOTIVE *** * *** *** *** ** ***The original mechanic whom installed the engine is listed below: *** ***

This mechanic stated that the oil pressure problem is a mechanical problembut the other mechanic diagnosed it and stated that it is a bad engine. Stelmack told me that his equipment does not read the diagnostics on my carbut *** did check the codes on his diagnostic reader and did diagnoses thatit is a bad engine. The determination of judgment on it would be that the engine had a blown oil baffleon it when it was delivered; the oil baffle problem would irrefutably the oil pressureproblem. Complaint ID: *** If the Revdex.com can determine the repair history pertaining to the VIN, this should besubstantial to prove what the oil pressure problem is pertaining to what the problem wasthat resulted in the oil baffle problem; that the oil baffle was not repaired by the junkyardthe oil pressure problem was irrefutably not repaired, that determines that the junkyard isliable for the oil pressure repair, oil baffle problem, if it is a problem that can be repaired. I ask that the Revdex.com check on the repair history and accident history of the car to determine ifthe oil baffle problem resulted in a accident. that the junkyard sold me a deville engine where I ordered a engine, this provesthat they performed fraud. The claim for the repair of the oil pressure, oil baffle problem would be a legitimate claimwhich would also be legitimate if this problem cannot be repaired as was diagnosed by ***. If the Revdex.com could specifically determine in writing what the ***, Stelmack, and Junkyard Junglestatement is on the diagnostic, this would be substantial to determine judgment on the case. I ask that the Revdex.com e mail me a copy of the accident and repair history of the vehicle if you canresearch and sequester this information. Thanks, *** *** *** ***
