Hi my name is Forson*** I bought an airline ticket through justfly in December I could not travel so canceled the flightI have hour cancellation plan on it so they told me they will email me credit for my next travel, I call several times they keep on telling me the same story and I am not getting the email they promised

No stars I purchased a ticket and airline insurance (which stated a refund would be given with this purchase) for a round trip flight and ended up having to cancel hours later because my husband was unable to book the same flight with his miles I click "cancel reservation" and then told that to confirm the cancellation, I have to pay a $cancellation fee!
