Hello, On 1-9-17, my family and I were scheduled to departure from JFK airport to Dubai and then from there to Karachi as our final destinationWe arrived at the airport around 11:am and our flight was scheduled to depart at 5:pmWe were the first in line at the Emirates counter and as we proceeded to give them our passports we realized we were missing oneIt was there on the way there as we verified it in the carWe looked all over the airport and couldn't find itEither someone stole it or it slipped out of my wifes hand on accidentWe then called Justfly [redacted] (have screen shot available from phone and records) at 12:pmWell before their hours cancelation policy requirementsThey said we can change the flight at the counter and when we tried to do that they said to call back the company we originally dealt withBetween this mess the time clicked away and as you can imagine the likes we had to wait in at the JFK airportWe had to rebook our flight days later and

At the airline ticket counter the airline said I was not booked on the changed flight!!! Paid the airline $directly to get on the flightSpent over hours on the phone with JetFly with promises of a refund and excuses about flight was not available at that fare anymore so they never booked the flight!!! Trying to book a flight with justfly [redacted] site was horrible. The flight came through with the destination and departure reversed. I called immediately and the only solution they had was to charge $25 per ticket to cancel on tickets that cost $19 each way. No customer service, poor english skills and a terrible site.This was even though I had the travel insurance! don't book with this company.

ON 9/6/16, I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR A FLIGHT FROM JUSTFLY [redacted] FOR A DELTA AIRLINES FLIGHT FROM GHANA TO LONDONI CALLED THE COMPANY MULTIPLE TIMES BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITINERARYWHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED IT, THE NAME ON THE TICKET WAS TRANSCRIBED WRONGI CALLED THEM TO CORRECT IT, AS THEY WERE AT FAULT FOR TRANSCRIBING IT WRONGTHEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I COULD DO AND THAT I HAD TO CANCEL THE FLIGHT, PAY $CANCELLATION FEE, AND BUY A NEW TICKET, WHICH WOULD BE MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE, SINCE IT WOULD BE ON SHORT NOTICEBOTH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ( [redacted] AND HER SUPERVISOR [redacted] ) WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, UNEDUCATED, RUDE, AND INCOMPETENTI SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT DELTA AIRLINES AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THE COMPANY PROBABLY TRANSCRIBES CUSTOMERS NAMES WRONG, SO THAT THEY CAN CHARGE A FEETHEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT NOTHING COULD BE DONEI CALLED THE DELTA CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUEI PAID A FEE TO DELTA TO CHANGE
I needed to cancel a flight in doing so they charged $per ticket to do so but told me my remaining balance could be used toward future travelSo when I chose to book future travel they told me I needed to call in person and not book online so I could use my account balanceHowever , when I called the names needed for tickets were to hard for the representive to understand so she told me to book online so names would be correctly spelled and my account balance could be appliedSo low and behold when my credit card statement arrived the balance was not applied For a total of days and talking with four representives and a manager named "***" on phone for hours each I could not get them to credit my credit card , told me I had to book in person by phone , I told them I attempted and another rep told me to do online etcetc., basically they keep forwarding you to the next available rep ,give you conflicting information and you get so frustrated you just give upSo ,I guess I am out of over $because I don't feel they will ever give me my credit if I am stupid enough to ever book a ticket with JustFly [redacted] again
I purchase a flight with JustFly [redacted] We had a family memeber that was unable to make the flight due to a car accident they were involved in The airline advise us to contact justfly to change the flight They stated they will not be able to assist with that and that the ticket is now gone We ask if we will be able to use the flight back and they stated yes the flight there was only voided outWe were able to purchase a ticket through another airline to get the family memeber to destination for the funeralThey stated we will be able to use the flight back and the plus dollars used for the flight were a waste we purchase a ticket that can’t be used In the contract agreement none of the information was mention or provided

Justfly [redacted] is a total scamThere is no address of company mentioned on website We purchased ticket at justfly [redacted] in January and they charged us $1,USD We called to cancel tickets a month later and they told us that airline fee will be 400$ We should have got 1000$ but instead of refund they charge 300$ on same credit card without any authorizationWe need refund of 300$ (Unauthorized charge) We also need refund of ticket -airline fee ($400) $1487.30-400=Complete fraud
