I purchased a flight ticket (JustFly Booking Number: [redacted] ) on 2/24/On 4/20/I contacted the company to cancel the flightI was charged $modification feeI could not understand the customer service (language issue on the other end)My understanding was I would get the refundIt is now 7/24/and the refund never cameI just want to request the refund on the service I did not usedI have contacted the company a few weeks before the actual travel dateThis is a scam!

I purchased airline tickets through justfly and upon check-in I am told by the ticket agent that justfly did me tickets that do not include luggage. At no point did Justfly make clear that this was the case when I purchased the ticket. I was charged a total o% 800 + dollars at the airport for the round trip ticket.

DO NOT FLY WITH [redacted] THEY ARE A SCAMI booked a flight thru this companyA few days later I went back to the website to review and clicked on a button to review and it immediately charged my credit card $for insurance protectionI called to speak to a representative and was told at that time that the $would be refunded to my cardNever happenedBy the way, these were not English speaking individuals and were hard to understandWhen asked to speak to an English speaking person, I was told to just keep calling back until I got an English speaking person.Subsequently, I could not make the flight and called to look for an alternativeI was told that they would give me a flight credit for $452.60, plus to rebook I would have to pay a rebooking fee of $200.Never heard of this beforeOn my charge card bill, I have the following entries: from Justify $which they said was their help in seating, the price of the fare from Delta, $from Justfly, which they now say is the price of the cancellation So, for a flight that I will never use, this is unheard of: $plus $75, plus $A total of $569.55, plus if I am crazy enough to rebook add $to thatI have not yet been able to speak to someone that I can understand

On 20 june I booked air india ticket from justfly.com the price was shown to me $975.10 and when I checked my debit card statement there were two transactions one of $975.10 by the name of [redacted] and $15.95 by the name of justfly.com so I called them and asked why there are two transactions they started telling me that I have selected the seats that the reason we have charged you $15.95 which I was not informed during booking so decided to cancelled the ticket because I was eligible for full refund and within 30 minutes of booking I cancelled my booking. The Company representative told me I would get my refund within 2 - 10 business days. Now its been more 15 days they have refunded me only $15.95 when I call them and ask for refund they are not able to give me appropriate reason why the money is not yet reflected in my account .
