I booked a round trip flight, only to learn AFTER the purchase that it was actually one way ticketsWhen I needed to make a change, the fees were $from justfly, and $for each "ticket" from the airlineWhen I pointed out that I requested a round trip ticket and choose from the options presented (as one ticket), they refused to budge on their $feeYes, they are right, their work speaks for itself, unfortunately the message is that they misrepresent what they are selling and don't do right by their customers when they are caught with shady practices! Be VERY careful using this service or better yet, go with a reputable service you can count on and avoid these jokers entirely!

I booked a flight through justfly [redacted] on April 20th, 2016. The trip in question is a flight from San Francisco to Tokyo, booked on ANA (All Nippon Airlines) and operated by United Airlines. There were problems with the booking and it was cancelled through United Airlines. I received an email notification confirming this from justfly***. Fearing I would lose my seats on the booked flight, I rebooked the exact same flight and seats again through justfly [redacted] on April 21st, 2016. Four days later, while reviewing my bank statement, I noticed I have been charged for both sets of tickets even though the first flight was cancelled. I was charge twice for my airline ticket. They told me that American Airlines were the ones who double charge me, to find out, that it was not the truth. They refuse to give me a refund. When you call them, they are very rude on the phone and scream at you, as if your were not the customer. Justfly.com need to stop with that practice.

Justfly [redacted] severely failed to communicate very important information regarding the fact that my flight ticket had been cancelled! I called them and emailed them several times, and was assured several times, that my reservation was intact, meanwhile, it was cancelled, and I had to purchase a new last minute (very expensive) ticket at the airport. Justfly has acted with a severe lack of professionalism, and severely misinformed the customer (me, in this case). My complaint is in regards to the misinformation, the general confusion I was met with, and the total lack of organisation and proper communication. More details, in a nutshell: I had booked multiple flights with multiple airlines, through Justfly [redacted] Due to airport issues in [redacted] missed one of my flights.
