We made a round trip reservation in April to fly from JFK, New York to New Delhi, India using Just Fly [redacted] for a family of four under reservation number [redacted] Just fly offered us a best price package with outbound flight with Aerofloat via Moscow and return flight with AirIndia via MumbaiRecently, we got a notification from Aerofloat about a major change to our itineraryWe contacted Just Fly about this change and they explained that Aerofloat made a major change to our itinerary and if we are not happy with the new plan, we can request a cancellation and a full refundWe looked at our options and considering that we could not work with the revised itinerary, we told Just Fly that they should cancel the entire trip as we cannot keep just the return flight if the outbound flight is getting cancelledThis is where Just Fly said that since the return flight does not have a change, if we want to cancel it we will have to pay $for Airline change fee and $for Just fly

On September 7th, 2017, I purchased flight tickets from justflyConfirmation # [redacted] As advertised and upon completion of purchase, the first checked in bag and carbag was free of chargeWhen attempted to check on at airport each passenger was charged $per checked -in bag, regardless of showing proof of pruchase that clearly stated free of charge agreement from justflyOnce back from the trip I contacted justfly to attempt to hey refund for chargesTheir costumer service department has been extremely unhelpful and even after multiple contacts; now going on two months after at least contact attempts, and over hrs spent each attempt, I have yet received a refund for what clearly should not have been charged to begin withIt has been extremely frustrating dealing with such incompetence and it would be very appreciated to have this issue resolvedEach conversation has been recorded per justfly costumer service department, if that has any validity confirmation

On October 10th, I searched Google Flights and found what I thought was an incredible flight through JustFly. I was flying from Washington, DC to Amsterdam for a business trip in December. After a little bit of research about the airline, Icelandic Air, I booked the trip. Confirmation numbers were received via email and I was all set. On the morning of my flight, I started receiving odd emails from the airline about a strike (zero communication from JustFly). I thought it was weird, but after 3 emails in the span of about 2 hours, all seemed to be resolved. However, I did receive an email notifying me that my flight had been changed to DCA > via American Airlines PHL > AMS. Being an anxious traveler, I got to the airport about 4 hours before my flight - and I am LUCKY that I did. My original flight was from DCA > via JetBlue BOS > KEF > AMS, but since I didn't have any messages saying that it had changed back to that - I went to the American Airlines counter to check in.

This is also a refund issueOn 10/6/I purchased round trip tickets from Justfly[redacted] for $Later on that day I was sent an email with my receipt and an advertisement saying " With justflyyou can fully manage your booking online and at your convenience." and it gave a specific attention to the fact that you can change your flightI kept this in mind as a better offer may appearOn 10/a better offer did appear when I clicked "Change Ticket" on the itinerary I thought it was a "trade" for the round trip tickets that the search results provided listed as $and my original tickets listed at $Instead my original tickets information was erased except for the charge I was given and I instead of what was advertised was charged an additional $in modification fees and an additional $for the ticketsThe listed price was $more than I payed (after the modification fees) but the original price of the first round trip tickets did not go awayI called cu

I had to have emergency surgery and had complications after that surgery that prevented me from traveling. I provided letters from the doctor and spoke with multiple agents, as well as submitted multiple health request forms for reimbursement and never received them.

This company is the worstThey do not care about their customers at allThey gave me the wrong information about a flight which led me to purchase the ticketWhen I called because the airline told me that my ticket didn't include the baggage as the [redacted] agent had told me it did, they didn't want to admit their error at allThey kept repeating the same lines over and over againI had to pay over $extra because one of their agents gave me information, RIDICULOUS!

Be aware of their hidden penalties.They charge your credit card after your call for cancellation right away! They charge my credit card $without a mention! star travel agency

I purchased airplane tickets through this agencyI was charged by selected carrier price for ticketsBut Justfly charged me $for "Other travel" When I contacted them about this charge I was told that they charged me for opportunity for seat selectionI was charged by airline for seat selection $per seat and during booking there was no indication that Justfly will charge me as well

I did purchased ticket using Justfly [redacted] they charged me $409. Then when I cancelled it they stoled from my debit card without my permission $150. When I asked them , why they did this they told that they will credited for my future fly on my account $389. I disputed through the bank, but bank failed dispute, and I didn’t get any cent neither from bank, no from Justfly [redacted] nor from Aeroflot. All the times even after dispute Justfly [redacted] representatives told me I have a credited amount and I can use it at anytime to make fly by this Aeroflot line. But right now they refused and still refusing to get for me ticket using my account explaining that I did dispute. Please force Justfly [redacted] to reimburse me my either my money back, don’t steal the money that Aeroflot returned to them to returns it by justfly to me or book the new ticket on same passenger-me by the same route and airlines. Please help me to do this [redacted]

JustFly [redacted] stipulated there is a modification fees for flight itenary changesWhen trying to modify the flight itenary, they are not willing to provide any available dates and are asking to cancel the flight and do a re-bookingI am afraid, that is not going to be possible for meThe problem I have currently is although I am willing to pay the modification fees, I suppose they don't have a way to re-schedule flights at all and are providing customers information about the sameThis relates to a degree of wrong-doing and not true to the rules and regulations prescribed for travel websites

I just ordered tickets from Justfl [redacted] and I am getting really concerned because I found a site that says they may be just a mileage broker and that another company, Flighthu***, is TERRIBLE and cheats people out of money as well as cancelling their flights for no reason at all! I was searching for a deal on a flight ticket, justfl [redacted] came up with the flight I was interested in and so I booked it A few weeks later I got an email from them saying: "Dear Customer, An Airline has made a change(s) to your itinerary for Reservation [redacted] You must contact us as soon as possible at [redacted] to discuss the change and confirm your new flight optionsFailure to contact us could result in complications with your trip) In addition, it is your responsibility to verify your itinerary directly with the Airline hours prior to your scheduled departure(s) to ensure that your flight information or itinerary hasn't changed Please call us at [redacted] as we will be happy to work with you to rectify the situation, and thank you again for your choosing Justfl [redacted] Sincerely, The justfl [redacted] Team" Now when I call justfl [redacted] I can not connect to customer service (I actually waited hours because they said, they was having high volumn of call, more than 10-people ahead of meNot once but three times I called) OK, I thought how about I'll just select option 1, which is for a new reservationWhen I started to tell the operator about my concern, she said she would connect me and that I should have selected option After a long I hung up and called backGuess what? Still no answerThere's someone on option but no answer on option Am I wrong or is there something very suspicious going on here? I don't know how their review on Google play store rated above score I wish I read their Revdex.com before I purchased the ticketsNow I lost lost over $that I worked hard for and couldn't get it back

Unfortunately, I was not able to submit this review with ZERO STARSJustFly is an absolute scam and should NEVER be usedI booked a flight on the website only to (by chance) wake up in the middle of the night and see an email saying they cancelled my reservationI called them immediately and they said it was a bank issueI called my bank who said that they received the initial fee and approved it but never received the full ticket fee, after which JustFly cancelled the charge for no reasonI called JustFly back and the agent fumbled around trying to help me rebook the reservationWe found the flight and booked it TOGETHEROn review of my itinerary a week to my travel, I noticed that they put me on the wrong leg of one of the flights! I called JustFly and spoke to agents and a supervisor to tell them I needed them to put me back on the original leg that they cancelled for no reasonThey told me that they could reinstate my old reservation (THAT THEY CANCELLED) for a change fee and price ticket difference (mind you, the second time I called to rebook my flight, they charged me slightly more than the first flight they cancelled.) On top of that, they are trying to tell me that I wasn't on the phone with an agent at IN THE MORNING working out a solution to their mistake and that I completely booked the second flight on my own on the websiteFinally, I asked them point blank to clarify that they were taking no responsibility for canceling my original flight and getting me into this messAfter he has nothing left to say, Supervisor [redacted] (employee number ***), said "no, we are not taking responsibility." Worst Experience of my life, using justfly [redacted] booked my flight from Seattle to India and return - Air Canada I applied for the transit visa and the approval came late and I was not able to make for the flightI called justfly for cancellationThey said they will charge in $per ticket cancellation charges also they wont be able to refund the money and instead will give me credit points and that to I can use these points only for air canada and no other flightthan they told me that they will also charge me $more for rebooking the flight plus the cost difference of the new flight and when I asked them to search for the flights with new dates they came up with flights which were $700- $more than what I paid for my flightI found weird thing that I see same flight at cheaper price on the air canada flightand when I brought that in there notice they said thats how is worksthey are just there to loot peoplethan I know more about this company I searched google that is company is a milage broker and has very bad customer reviewsthey were looting me for another $to book a new flightI will really suggest to everyone please don't buy tickets from this companythey will just loot all your hard earn money
