Terrible travel agencyI was to fly to Bangkok through Taiwan on July 9th, 2018, on a ticket purchased through Justfly (with Eva Airlines)My Justfly booking number is [redacted] However, due to weather problems (a typhoon), my ticket was cancelledEva Airlines got me on a flight for the next day (July 10th) from SFO to Bangkok, but when I asked about my flight from Taipei to Bangkok, the airline told me that I had to speak with my travel agentI then called JustflyI spent nearly hours on the phone with various Justfly agents, including a supervisor named "***" (or "***", something close to this)I initially spoke with two agents, and both times I lost the connection (I do not have connection problems with any other person from the location where I made this call, only Justfly), both times I asked the agent to call me back if disconnected (since I had to wait minutes on hold the first time, and minutes the second), and both times the agent failed to call me back-even though they had my phone number [redacted] (the supervisor) later told me that one of the agents did try to reach me, and left this note in his daily notesHowever, my phone showed no account of his call, and certainly not a voicemail proving that he calledIt is not enough for an agent to simply leave a note in his records, the agent must actually call me such that my phone rings, and I then have an opportunity to answerIf the agent had entered my number and pressed "call," but the phone did not ring, then this does not constitute a "call." This is basic common senseNo such call cameCompletely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptableI thought that this might just be a problem with just the one agentHowever, I learned that this is a much bigger problem at Justfly[redacted] When I called back (late morning, Pacific Standard Time, USA), I asked to speak with a supervisorThe representative (***) finally got me on the phone with the supervisor, ***After being on the phone with [redacted] for two hours, explaining to [redacted] that I simply wanted to make sure that I had a seat on a flight from Taipei to Bangkok for July 11th evening, the best that he could do was to get me on a waitlist for this routeHowever, as I explained to ***, I had spoken earlier in the day with Eva Airlines, which said that I could get on a Thai Airways flight (leaving Taipei at 8:pm, arriving BKK 10:pm) under "class Q," and that Justfly merely needed to provide this information to Eva AirlinesBut when [redacted] supposedly related this information to Eva Airlines, he came back to tell me that I had only two options: Accept a refund for my ticket (which would have required me to spend an additional $to get a new flight through which I could arrive to BKK by on July 11th), or Put my name on a wait list (which at that point would have been very long)I told [redacted] that this was very inconsiderate of Justfly, especially since I had called over three hours earlier (and would have been much higher up the wait list if the agent had properly handled my case)I told [redacted] that there must be a problem here, and there must be a better option for meHe said that there was notAfter this, I then called back Eva AirlinesThey answered relatively quickly, and gave me a confirmed seat for the Taipei-BKK flight, with the same travel time as I mentioned aboveThey told me that they knew nothing about any kind of waitlist, and that they never said this to [redacted] at Justfly.com Eva Airlines then guaranteed me a seat for the 8:pm departure from Taipei on July 11th, without any chargesInterestingly, they also told me that Justfly is extremely difficult to deal with due to general incompetence and lack of care for their customersI made a complaint with Justly and asked for a small monetary compensationSo far no replyI will remove or update this post if there is a reply

Last fall my wife and I purchased RT tickets from Justfly [redacted] and cancelled due to an injuryWe each had $in credits after hefty cancellation and rebooking feesThis morning, Aug I was on the phone for about two hours rebooking for myselfThe staff member put me on hold several times to confirm the amount of credit and that it could be used for this purchase, that I had to put additional cost on my credit card then told me YES, the RT for Sept 9-was CONFIRMEDI was told that I would be getting an email restating all the details, and it did not comeI went online and put my reference number and last name in the FIND YOUR ITINERARY page, and got 'Invalid info" We held for another hour to talk with a supervisor, then was told "We would get a call back in no more than hours"No callI wrote them an email, no responseWhen my wife was booking her travel using her 50% of the credit, she was told it was approved, then cut off and did not receive the promised call back

On Oct 08,I ordered from Justfly.com a return airline ticket from Tucson AZ to Ho Chi Minh City/ Vietnam for departure on Dec 11, and a return on Jan 12, Three day before departure, while checking the schedule, I noticed a change, a shortening of the layover time in one leg of the return itineraryI contacted Justfly by phone to have it correctedThe correction resulted in my return date to be Jan 13, a day laterBefore my departure from Vietnam, I checked with [redacted] online and found that my name was not on the passenger listRepeated long distance calls from Ho Chi Minh City to Justfly to have my reservation confirmed/reinstated did not bring any results nor was I given any alternatives or adviseI had no choice but to purchase and pay for a new return ticket to get homeIn the meantime, [redacted] informed me that Justfly had cancelled the scheduled flight on Jan 12, but not ordered one for Jan The airline reimbursed me for the cost of the f

products were not as advertised, wording on the hour cancellation insurance is misleading, impossible to navigate the website without purchasing something you don't want, customer service is pleasant but powerless to change what's already happened due to the fine print that you never see

I purchased 2 tickets to Key West, FL. on 10/15/16. However, my travel companion is unable to go. I contacted Just Fly [redacted] to inquire about my options. The first time I called, I was told there would be a $75.00 change fee, and a $200.00 cancellation fee. This fee is half of the cost of the ticket. At this point I did not cancel my reservation. However, I called Just Fly [redacted] back later on 10/25/16. This time I was told there would be a $75.00 fee, and the remainder of the monies would be a airline travel credit to be used within the next year to be in my travel companions name. I paid for these tickets, the monies should come back to me. Seems like every time I've called I've been given a different answer.

For the first time ever I used [redacted] to book a ticket for my sister and family for their trip to BostonBut due to conflict of travel date, I had to cancel the reservation which, I did within hour of original bookingI also received a confirmation email stating my reservation has been fully canceledWhen I saw my credit card statement there was a charge of $from www.justfly.com and when I called them to inquire about the charge they say its a cancellation fee$per ticket and as I had booked for people it is $But when I was cancelling the ticket online it didn't say anything clearly like that besides as per FAA policy if one cancel reservation within hours there shouldn't be any chargeIt looks like www.justfly.com is deliberately misleading the customer and scam them with stupid fees which the

Justfly[redacted] is incompetent, unprofessional, engages is FRAUD and has zero customer service (polite people who are trained to repeat themselves, but zero power)They gave me a flight on a different date and time than the one I choseI immediately called back and they disconnected before addressing the problemI immediately called back a second time and was told that "minutes has passed since the booking so it is too late to change the flight"They insisted on charging $to change their mistakeI refusedI called the following day to pay their fee and dispute the charge as fraud but they refused to cancel the flight AND refused to accept any fee to change the flight and correct their mistake! I tried to file a complaint but their supervisor refused to provide any information, other than their main number, as to where a complaint could be madeEventually they told me to email: [redacted] I have yet to find out if anyone will respond

Misleading practices about what is charged for flights, "Best Purchase Guarantee" fees, cancellation and modification fees When cancelling a flight I was told I was going to get a refund for $XXXX representing a $charge per ticketBeyond that justfly had charges for seating fees, other fees that we not clearly representedThere was a promotion where they displayed a refund of the Best Purchase Guarantee fee on their website, but then they do not honor it crediting you for that promotionI have called customer service times to try and straighten these details outVery frustratingBeware

We booked a flight with JustFl [redacted] for a trip and also paid for flight insurance Unfortunately the resort we planned to stay at was taken out by the hurricane When calling to cancel our flight after our friends booked thru Expedia and received all of their money back we were told we would have to pay different fees totally $ The customer service was terrible and very rude They said since we can still fly to that destination that we wouldn't get all of our money back even with the flight insurance we paid I would not recommend booking flights with this company there are hidden fees and even the airline we used were not able to pull up our info to see what we paid for our tickets Totally scam!

I purchased an airline ticket (for international travel on TAP Portugal Airlines) through Justfl***Justfl [redacted] did not disclose that they were selling a 'TAP | discount' class fare -- which restricts baggage allowancesThey advertised the fare as a traditional economy-class ticketIn seeking out information via their website on baggage allowances for economy-class tickets, Justfl [redacted] links directly to TAP Portugal Airlines' website -- which specifies that a carbag may be checked, free of charge, on intercontinental flightsTAP Portugal Airlines' website also outlines the restrictions for 'TAP | discount' fares as compared to traditional economy-class faresAgain, however, Justfl [redacted] advertised the fare they sold me as a standard economy-class ticket, when it fact it was notIn communicating with TAP Portugal Airlines, they expressed frustration with third-party sites mis-advertising fares in this way and mentioned Justfl [redacted] as a particularly egregious exampleIn trying to rectify the issue with Justfl***, I spent hours on hold over the course of a weekCertain agents agreed to process a refund for the excess baggage fee I was charged, but then never did soI would call back and another agent would refuse altogetherWhen one supervisor told me that, yes, though the Justfl [redacted] website does seem to be selling discounted tickets as standard economy tickets, even so I should have somehow known to call and verify this before purchasing online, I finally gave upThat, in patronizing a business, I am to assume they might be dealing disingenuously with me and do more than due diligence before making a purchase is as foolish as it is cynical as it is totally unacceptableLastly, the company seems to be using extremely excessive wait-times (in excess of hours in one instance this week) to dodge customer complaintsCustomer service agents at offshore calling centers can sometimes be difficult to understand, as they are speaking English as a second language; I do try to be charitable and understanding, but in this case, the agents at Justfl [redacted] almost do not have a working command of the English language -- which led to agents often misunderstanding me and communicating erroneous information along to supervisors

My experience with this company was completely awful from start until finishFirst their site says you can make any changes for free within hours I tried to make a change within minutes and was told I could not and if I did I would have to pay a fee of one hundred plus dollars when I mentioned what their policy says online the manager told me it was Nothing he could doThe day before my flight my flight time changed (which I’m aware happens sometimes) when I called just fly to explain to them I was flying with my younger brother & we could not be separated they told me “well we sent you an email it’s your responsibility to to call us if you’re not happy with the change” no customers service just rude and nasty I spoke with an individual by the name of [redacted] when I asked to speak with her manager she told me “they’re just going to tell you the same thing” she then told me it’ll be a moment before I speak with a manager following by putting me on hold for about three minutesShe then got back on the line and said no supervisor would be available for as they were all “busy on other important calls” I told her I didn’t mind waitingShe placed me on hold for one minute and then hung up the phoneNo one from the company called me back about my complaintI warn all don’t use their site Lucky for me I was able to contact the airline and explain to them what happened and a nice gentleman fixed my flight for meThe deals were much better going through the airline also when I found out after making a purchaseLesson learned This experience is from November

Booked a flight with Justfly in June to StKitts in NovemberGot a notice in October that my flight was changed with a minute layover in MiamiNot possible! Called Justfly to help- Agent [redacted] was very rude and condescendingTold me what I already knew and explained to her, after a minutes on holdWhen I asked to speak to someone else she told me “No”When I asked again She hung up on meI gathered my composure and called backThe young man was helping me put me on hold and guess whose back on the line NicoleWho promptly told me it wasn’t her problem and hung up on me againHorrible experience!!!!!!

I booked airline tickets through justfly***I had to change the ticket and could not get a straight answer about using the ticket with in a yearI was charged a $fee and told it would cost me $to rebook the ticket and use it with in one yearI never received confirmation of this via email and have been on the phone with them for over minutes being sent to more supervisors without an answerThis company misrepresents their product and charges you with any fee that I cannot find anywhereThey are scam artists and give you the runaround while working several customers at a time

I proceeded to process my purchase with a total and agreed to pay the total, when I received the confirmation it was over $more than what I agreed to payI selected the flights that offered the free cancelation with bold letters, only to find out that in the fine print it claims that it's only if you purchase the extended cancellation option which is $24/passenger, and it clearly showed that there were no airline cancellation penaltyIt is truthfully a way the company gets to make money for while offering no service in returnIt's advertisement is misleading and billing faulty and unethicalI was on the phone with a member who acted that she was doing me a favor in returning my money at $25/passengerSo, it cost me $to cancel flights that were advertised as free cancellation, and I cancelled within the hour due to the overcharged amount

I was advertised flights for $508, but was charged over $ When I immediately called to complain, I was told I could only cancel the tickets if I paid a $fee Eventually, the lowered that fee to $ I am not going to pay $to cancel a transaction that was made fraudulentlyI was also told that they had a screenshot of my computer at the time I confirmed the transaction which is absurd Their website does not have the ability to take a screenshot of my computer

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this company and highly recommend everyone stay away from themThe prices are good, but if anything goes wrong, they will not assist you in the leastMy family was traveling to Australia and booked tickets months in advanceJustfly sent us a confirmation itinerary just days before our departureWhen we arrived at the airport to leave for our family vacation, we were informed that the flight justfly had booked for us did not existWe were stuck and would miss our flights to AustraliaJustfly would not help us while we were stuck at the airportThey said it was the airline’s problemThen they blamed us A month later I called the customer service agent to ask for them to refund us in some way, they admitted to making a mistake by not contacting us of any changesThey then said they wouldn’t help us or refund us anythingThey ended up hanging up on me after around hour of holding and being transferredIt was a truly awful experience and demonstrated that this company has no regard for its customers
