I would like to caution consumers about using JustFly.com. I submitted a request for a booking on line (with full credit card details, etc.) and got a message that there was a technical error with my booking and that I was to call the customer service number to fix the booking. When I did so, they tracked my itinerary and the fare had mysteriously gone up $250. When I asked how this could have happened, there was no answer except that the fare had gone up. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was refused. (Actually I was told that the person had no supervisor, then that the supervisor was in a meeting.) This all sounds pretty fishy to me, a way of luring consumers in with false prices, and I hope that there will be no trouble with my credit card...

TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTI had my share of issues with this Justfly, but this one pushed me to the edge I purchased a ticket few days later I realized that the middle was entered twice and there was no last nameI checked my justly profile and email confirmation that I received from them they all have correct informationI called the conversation went nowhere I was transferred to a supervisor by name of ***He was a disasterHe asked me to email him the confirmation email that shows the correct name I did, after he received the email instead of accepting and fix the simple issue of middle name appearing twice on the ticket he just made a new excuse and said the information I sent to not an email from Justfly, interestingly, the whole email a mail header and signature from justfly mail servers It was complete ridiculers excuse, this company couldn’t fix a very simple system issue until they get paid $If I had a name change due to life changes such as marriage or divorce etc., I would understandBut this was clearly a database error or browser issuesIT’S TECHNOLOGYRegardless of what it was this should have been a simple fix I then called [redacted] Airline and TSA which they were able to offer a resolutionThey also couldn’t believe how wouldn’t justly fix their own technical issue unless the customer paysAdditional, In a separate case the agents at Justfly has a very nasty habit of putting the customers on long mute holdI had another issue which I called another supervisor put me on 2hr hold on Dec at around pmI took the screenshot of my phone and I will be posting it on [redacted] and [redacted] as well so people can see how Justfly workRegardless, of how the issue was originated, is clearly a mistake where middle name and last name is the same, to retain customer and customer satisfaction strategy, it should have been in their best interest to correct this errorAs IT WAS NOT A NAME CHANGEIf this company continue to run this way, they will for sure run out of businessThere have terrible reviews all over the internet, [redacted] , consumer report Revdex.com to name a fewMY ADVISE DO NOT USE JUSTFLYPLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I booked airline tickets through justfly***I had to change the ticket and could not get a straight answer about using the ticket with in a yearI was charged a $fee and told it would cost me $to rebook the ticket and use it with in one yearI never received confirmation of this via email and have been on the phone with them for over minutes being sent to more supervisors without an answerThis company misrepresents their product and charges you with any fee that I cannot find anywhereThey are scam artists and give you the runaround while working several customers at a time

My sister booked a round trip flight to South Korea with this company, initially she realizedoesn't she made a mistake with the booking and called the very next day to cancel the flight. The representative that she spoke to assured her that the flight was cancelled and that she would receive a refund for the amount of the ticket within 7-10 business days. From there she proceeded to book a one way ticket to South Korea thinking that she would be able to use her refund to fly home. Long story short she was never refunded her money and has been told that she can either take the refund, which now we'll have to wait 6-8 WEEKS to arrive or she can take a cheaper flight back home and relieve no money. So essentially [redacted] effectively stole my sisters money and practically threatened to leave her stranded in a foreign country. An added note she has dealt with these people the entire time she has been in South Korea and up until today have been telling her that her refund will arrive soon or that she will receive an email from [redacted] regarding her flight home. Both of which never happened

On July 18, 2018, I purchased two round-trip airline tickets to Chile on Justfly [redacted] (Number [redacted] ) My husband is a physician, and unfortunately, his work schedule changed, necessitating that we travel a month prior, February 1-16, rather than March 1-16, I called [redacted] the carrier for the flights, and whose charges appear on my credit card statement, to change the tickets and was told that they are unable to change the reservation because the "travel agent" will not allow itI then called Justfly***'s customer service line and was told it will be $to make any changes to these tickets The terms and conditions are clear that the fee for changing an international ticket is $ According to the customer service representative and the supervisor I spoke with, Justfly [redacted] charges $in addition to $in fees charged by the airlines The terms and conditions do not state anywhere that additional fees of $apply to changing these tickets

I purchased tickets (family) on 10/27/(one way from Seattle to Norfolk)Due to work constraints and family illness during the holidays, I had to change my flight arrangements to spend less time in Norfolk, VAI called to speak with an agent on the best option for changing my flightThe agent mentioned that if I exchanged my tickets for another flight, that I would have to pay a "change fee." I spoke with the airline (Copa Air) and was told to contact Justfly which I did. I ve been waiting for a response from Justfly [redacted] from a ticket I bought but could not use since my dad passed away and had to fly couple of days before expected. I spoke to justfly and sent paper work they requested including the Death Certificate and my Birth certificate intermediately and still no answer from them. I´ve been calling several times and still no response from them. I contacted them in advance so the ticket would not present a "no show" and somebody could use the seat.

My first and last experience working with Justfly[redacted] was unsatisfactory in several ways Booking flights for a round trip on two separate airlines was easy enough, but shortly after I'd made my reservations, I received email notifications that my reservations had been cancelled due to a problem with my credit card I tried for a long time to reach an agent at the number provided, and finally spoke with a representative who wasn't able to explain the credit card problem I then made the trip reservations using another online service, and had no problems When I received my credit card statement later that month, I was surprised to see the Justfly[redacted] charges and the original flights - which I'd been told had been cancelled - listed among the charges I proceeded to dispute the charges through Justfly[redacted] and also with the airlines, one of which offered a credit for the same cost as the disputed charge Justfly[redacted] claims that a second set of identical reservations had been made immediately after the first ones were cancelled, but I didn't make a second set of reservations, because I'd been told that Justfly[redacted] had had a problem with my credit card

On 4/24/18 I booked two flights through Justfly***, Booking Reference Number [redacted] . A total of $1,168.64 was charged to my credit card in four separate charges - two charges of $511.97 on 4/27/18 for airfare, $108.70 for the booking and insurance and two charges of $18 for seat assignments. All of the charges were authorized and processed by Justfly***. On May 7, 2018 I received email notification that there was a problem with my flight, and it turns out Air Europa, the carrier, could not honor the return flight, therefore the flight they sold me was invalid. A refund was to be issued to my credit card, however the company is refusing to refund the insurance purchase and the seat selection fees. I called and demanded a full refund for everything I was charged and they refused. To date I have received a refund of the two $511.97 charges only. They were unable to deliver the flight I had purchased, and they need to refund all of my money.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon trip through [redacted] My husband then broke his leg and was not cleared to fly so we needed to reschedule The company gave us a travel credit to change our flight We understood that the destination needed to be the same and that the reservation needed to be made within the year We tried to reschedule our flight on line where they told us that there were no flights available I tried multiple dates We then tried to call the company to book, where they told us that there were actually flights available, but other restrictions that they could not explain We gave them a few other dates to look at The company told us those dates were not available I have checked on line and there are currently flights available on those dates with the airline that they are saying we must book through

I bought 2 one way flights ( [redacted] to Venice Italy, Catania, Sicily to ***) When I purchased them I entered the transactions in my financial software. The next day when I visited [redacted] 1 website to reconcile my account I found the two charges exactly as recorded plus two additional charges. They were all pending. After another day the charges were finalized including the two additional. I immediately contacted [redacted] ( [redacted] ) to resolve the issue. I was told the additional fees were for seat selection, trip cancellation insurance and correction in the flight airfare. When I asked to speak to a manager she refused. I was offered a token (approx $35) courtesy refund. I insisted the two added charges be reversed. The rep, [redacted] , stated that could not be done. Nor could I cancel the entire transaction.
