By policy when there is a death in the immediate family full refunds are available after providing proof of death and an obituary. This company would not adhere to their own policy standards and would not refund any funds. The airlines were contacted directly, which were more than willing to refund the cost upon having to cancel family member flights, however were unable to credit our credit card directly due to a block instituted by justfly as being the middle man within the transaction. After the airlines themselves reviewed the documentation all attempts to refund directly failed due to this agency meddling with my direct refund. This company was only going to credit an account good for a certain amount of time to be used or I would lose the funds with justfly.

If you want to return an airline ticket with justfl [redacted] after the hour return period, they will offer a $per ticket return penalty to receive justfly credits The problem comes when you try to use the justfly credits to buy a new ticket they mark up the new ticket twice the price on their website which is twice the price the airline offers With my experience we returned wrong date tickets realized after hours The tickets were originally $each and we were able to return each ticket for $fee to receive $per ticket justfly credits, thinking we'd buy each new $ticket for the correct date and at least save $per ticket in the situation However the new ticket that costs $on their site and from the airline, cost $when using justfly credits plus they add a penalty fee upon checkout over $ We learned this after accepting the $per ticket return fee Obviously frustrated we called and complained and involved our credit card company to get the $per ticket back After a lot of effort a justfly representative did give us our $per ticket back and we are walking away from the original $tickets When asking a justfly representative why a ticket is showing $on their site but it costs $if using justly credits, she became silent and didn't answer This is highly deceptive and thankfully we got out of it or we would've lost $in the situation instead of $ When doing more shopping and research we found out that justfly doesn't actually provide discounted tickets They are a search engine showing the cheapest tickets offered by airlines Therefore I would assume they only make a profit by penalty fees, so they are banking on people making mistakes when booking flights, then sell you a new ticket through justfly credits at a marked up flight ticket price I'm not sure if it is legal to sell marked up airline tickets, but justly is doing this, so hopefully someone can look into it or warn others, it's definitely unethical and/or deceptive

I believe that I choose a flight through JustFly.com to fly via Spirit Airlines from Baltimore to Kansas City Later when I checked the booking, I saw that the flight was on a different day, actually it extended days and would take more than hours to complete I called both the airline and JustFly and was told that they couldn't do anything about it

I have used justfly for several flights within the past 2-yearsI was typically happy with their available flights, however I recently booked a flight and was overcharged by the airline after processingWithin minutes I called customer serviceI was able to speak to someone relatively quickly, however I was told my only option was to accept the increased charges (which were over $150) or pay a $cancellation fee, which they would not waive, and rebook my flightThe poor customer service has deterred me from ever using their site again and I would recommend using a more reputable site

I purchased two tickets to Rome with a layover in Turkey from just fly [redacted] on March 3, 2016 for the amount of $2085.12 , the two tickets were canceled due to the bombings that happened at the Turkey International airport this year. when I called just fly to ask for a solution they told me to purchase two more tickets with a different route through a different airport and the cancelled tickets which were operated by Turkish Airlines will be refunded due to obvious security reasons and a major event. I used their web site to change the hour for my return flight and they showed one price to pay a difference to change the price which was $each ticket and I had two so I paid an additional $on my cc to change the flight return and then looked on their billing info and they charged me $for each ticket to change the return flight! I purchased an international flight with justfly [redacted] on November 5th Due to a death in the family I was not able to travel and cancelled the reservation within hrs of the purchaseWhen I called to cancel I was told to send in a death certificate and proof of relationship in order to get a full refundAll of the documentation was sent and on November they told me that all was received and that it would take to weeks to receive a refund on the credit card usedweeks have passed and after being on hold for long periods of time (2hrs total) I was told that I needed to wait about more billing cycles in order to now receive a check on the mail with the refundWhen I asked the supervisor to send me an email stating all of this because I needed to have it in writing she agreed to do it but never ended up doing it and hung up on my face when I asked her for her name again

Not a trustworthy ticket agencyBooked online with JustFlyWhen you pay for the reservation there is a menu bar that says Cancel Flight on their confirmation webpageHowever as soon as you get the ticket confirmation that option is removedSo I wanted to cancel my flight after hours and well within the hours permittedI could not do it online anymoreThe link they give you just circles back to the booking confirmation pageNo contact telephone number listed on their site! I had to google it!!! I got someone on the line and she cancelled the flightNo reimbursement yet, but for sure they will keep my $insurance and possibly another $for processing, while cancelling within 24hours should not cost the costumer a dimeUse other merchants and save on the headache
