This is the worst online booking I've ever used They messed up my profile and booked a wrong name on the flight ticket When I found out and called their customer service about times, it took them hours, hours, hours, minutes, etcto keep me on the phone, but finally has to cancel the ticket, with a charge!!! and worst of all, the agent on the call even threaten me that: "If you don't want to agree on the charge of $for cancellation, I'll leave it not cancelled, and your ticket will expired so you get nothing back, if that's what you want, I can do that!" This is the respond from their customer service!!!

I purchased an flight ticket on [redacted] at 16:10pm on 05/18/2016, about and half hours later, I found a lower price on their website so I decided to call in and ask for a price difference refundHowever, after almost hours of talking to different representatives, they decided that they can't refund the price difference although they have a best price guarantee on their websiteSo I decided to cancel the flight and rebook itThen they want to charge me $fee for cancellation because they have a 4-hour window! The time I called in was within the hours window, but after one and half hour of talking to them, that window has passed! They try to slow down the process so I couldn't get the chance to ask for a refund in the first place! I tried to explain it to them but they don't care at all! Their ways of conducting business is seriously questionable!! Be ware!

Good day to anyone reading this, Just Fly absolutely dose not care the smallest bit about their customers, I had a simple mis-spelling of my last name, one extra letter. After pleading with them not to charge me 75$, they were extremely rude, the customer service rep almost sounded happy about the situation I was in. After I agreed to pay, they gave me the WRONG information about the procedure, they instructed me to email my passport to the airline, and JUSTFLY provided me with the email. A few hours before my flight, the name was still not updated, I called the airline and they told me that JUSTFLY need to email them the passport from their email, not my personal email. When I called JUSTFLY back to let them know that they are the ones that need to email the airline not me, they said " so what? the original issue with the name typo is your fault not mine". This stingy and unprofessional attitude will trickle down to every customer, never expect them to go out of the way to help you in the smallest degree.

Rude customer service, they do not really care about what the customer is saying as they just repeat what their script says and do refuse to transfer you to a manager and when they do even the manager speaks very rudely like "if you stop talking I might be able to help you"They charge you for twice the amount of your ticket to book it so if you are not able to pay that then you lose the entirety of your money so you either pay them double or lose out completelyafter trying to contact their headquarter, for a month no one will even call or resolve the issue

In February of 2017, I purchased airline tickets from justfly.comThe tickets are from JFK to Cyprus through Moscow flying with [redacted] on June 18thDue to an unforeseen family conflict, I attempted to change our departure dates, having one of my children flying on June 11th (with another family member) and the other two on July 5thI was directed by the company;s 1-number to do the change on the website to save timeI attempted to do that and the website was coming up with the price of $per tickets (fine plus difference in ticket price)However, I was unable to complete the transaction because the three tickets were bundled together and I needed to break them apartSo I called the company and talked to an agentShe first said that my son could not have a reservation by himself because he is a minorHowever, when I explained that he would travel with another family member on the 11th of June who also got tickets through justfly.com she agreed to split my reservation

Stay away from Just Fly!!! I booked a round trip flight in August, and they contacted me in October with a schedule change that left me with no time to make my connecting flight. Together we agreed they could not offer a satisfactory connection, but would not allow me to cancel the entire trip, just the return leg with the scheduling issue. So I cancelled and then book on my own for a return. JUst fly agreed to refund my $383.20 in 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I called and was kept on the phone for over an hour to be told they would now refund in another 6-8 weeks. I raised a fuss, and now they say I will receive in 7-10 business days. If not, I suspect I'm in for another hour or more trying to resolve this with a person who apologizes a lot but can't get anything taken care of. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but that didn't happen. Also requested a confirming email, and even that takes 24 hours. Aargh!

Originally I had arranged my trip to Turkey for the dates December 24, 2016 through January 2nd, 2017 (round trip) (JustFly [redacted] ). However, my mother unexpectedly passed away on 12-21-2016). Therefore, I had to change my reservation urgently to December 22nd (departure date) in order to attend the funeral. I talked the JustFlyrepresentative if the penalty fee of $280 could be waived because of death of immediate family member and I was told that I should send an email to JustFly with the death certificate upon completion of my trip. I emailed the certificate as I was told upon completion of my trip. I never heard anything since then.

On 6/14/I called Justfly at hoursI was transferred to a customer service representative so I could speak with them about extending a trip from September 30th to October 4thI booked my honeymoon to Iceland from September 24th to September 30th prior to finding out that I could take extra days off of work to make this a once in a lifetime honeymoonI spoke with the customer service representative for approximately minutes as I was on hold for approximately minutesMy total call time was minutes and secondsAnyways, I spoke with the customer service representative and explained my situation to himHe advised me that the airline has a $cancellation/processing fee and then Justfly has a $per person ($300) processing fee, bringing the total to $I advised him that right now I can actually book the flight to Iceland from September 24th to October 4th for a little over $I told him that it didn't make sense to spend $for cancellation fees

I found a flight on Justfly [redacted] on 11/20/that showed tickets available for $so I booked my flight! I purchased plane tickets from them and then received a email message from them to contact Finnair to get my new itinerary and when I contacted them they said they could not generate the new tickets because the company Justfly had to do something in there computerSince I called them on 7/17/when I got this email they have given me bad information a wrong address in rocky hill, ct and [redacted] to tell me it will take to hoursIvespoken to numerous people from [redacted] ans still no new e ticket to board our plane to Prague in sept 5/through sept 15/for myself my husband and two children booking number is [redacted]

On 03/20/2018, I used [redacted] to search for flights from Portland, OR to Gold Coast, AustraliaI selected a deal that was offered through justfly.com and booked the flightI paid $for the ticketsI did not realize until I reached the confirmation page that my browser had auto-filled the field for the passenger’s first name with Kiki, my nickname, rather than my legal name, KirstenI called justfly immediately to ask if this could be correctedI thought the nature of the mistake would be clear and easily adjusted; when booking the flight, I also provided my passport number (which is under my legal name) and entered my legal name along with my billing informationDuring this call, I was advised by a justfly representative that I had two options: 1) I could cancel the booking, as it was still within the hour cancellation window, and re-book the flight with the correct name; or 2) I could wait until hours had elapsed and call back to change the nameThe representative
