The first week of February I bought tickets to Milwaukee, from Newark, since they have a "policy" of free of charges if you cancel it within the first hoursI decided to give them a try (first and last one) we decided to drive so we could save some money, so I went ahead and canceled the reservation within the first hour
I got the confirmation e-mail, checked my credit card the next day nothing was charged, about a week after that, I checked my account again and to my surprise they made different charges for $which was pretty weird (they should make a one $601.20) calls started, the airline says they never got that reservation made, is not even on their system! Customer service agents are the worse, poor knowledge of their policies, long waiting times on the phone (2+ hours), they don't give solutions at all and you barely understand their terrible English accent

The purpose of this review is to help others avoid the bad experience I had using JustFly.*** service DO NOT USE this service unless you are willing to deal with 1) No nonsense and rude remarks from the customer service 2) Pay$ 20/person so you can change your booking within 4hours(go to airlines, you have, for some airlines, up to hours to hold a reservation for you) Pay for "EXTENDED CANCELATION INSURANCE" and the ADDITIONAL PENALTY when you change, or CANCEL you preexisting reservation 5) Agents PROVIDED you WRONG INFORMATION, this includes JUSTFLY's policiesI speak from the bad experienceI purchased international ticketsI WILL NEVER use JUSTFLY.*** ever again

Then she told me to wait a bit longer, then call back with a representative from my bank for a three-way conference callMy only concern is how much money I'm out of right now, and how this company is still in businessSave yourself the drama and just don't book with them honestly
