I booked flights back to Colorado for my grandmothers funeral right after I found out she had passed awayThe funeral was originally for january but had been changed to the later that dayI had called them hours after booking to see if we could change or cancel our flightsThey said that it would be a $charge per person to cancel(Our flight only cost us $170)After fighting with them and being on the phone for almost hours they wouldn't change our flights or cancel with no penaltywe will only be getting $back

I have ordered air tickets from Justfly.comRecently I received an email from them stating that:" Please be advised that China Southern Airlines has made a change to your itinerary for reservation # xxxxxxAs a result, you must contact China Southern Airlines as soon as possible at 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx to discuss the change and confirm your new flight options." This never happended when I purchased air tickets from other sitesI always receive a notification of the change from the site directlyI am a customer of justfly but not CSAIn addition, CSA did not allow me to view my trip information since I did not buy tickets from them directlyVery bad experiences!

I looked at JustFly and the price was the same as on JetBlue so I stupidly figured let someone make a commission and booked the flight with JustflyThe bill came in for the flight plus an extra $I called to ask why and they do not accept calls you must email themI sent the email and was told I was charged for a "seating assignment fee"I never heard of such a thingI then asked to be told where on the site it tells me about this fee and they just don't answer

After being charged $to cancel my flight, I was misinformed about my options when re-bookingI thought I could rebook from a different city with my credit but I was notAlso the flight options to re-book were hundreds of dollars more than what was being advertised on their site! Wow, where do I beginThe departure city of my flight was changed entirely after a flight I booked was cancelledI booked this through justfly and they never contacted me about the change, I just happened to see it on my own mere days before my international trip! I would have went to the wrong airport! When I called I received the new itinerary (the original flight was direct the new one was not) when I brought up feeling like I should receive a little compensation for the inconvenience and huge oversight the tables turnedThe supervisor kept saying “on this one, I am sorry” followed by claiming that the airline never notified them of the cancellation despite the first woman I spoke to about the new itinerary telling me the exact date on which they were notified by the airline of the cancelled flightI contacted the airline and they were quick to blame the agencyAlso when I mention compensation I mean, I would have been satisfied with a $Amex gift card or anything that said,

I had to change a flight due to a death in the familyAfter much back-and-forth, I was able to communicate to a supervisor that at the time of changing the flight, I would be refunded both the $change fee and the $WestJet penalty feeAt that time the supervisor refunded the $due to "misinformation", but informed me that I needed to call WestJet for the $I called; WestJet told me absolutely not - Justfly collected that fee, not them, and I needed to take it up with themI had an incredibly stressful conversation with a supervisor, in which I was given four or five completely different reasons why they couldn't refund the fee, some of which approached ridiculousNeedless to say, I wasn't successful

my flight was on 8/23/on 8/22/i was admitted to hospital on emergency surgery on 8/23/i was in surgery my wife and daughter try numerous times to call them and let them know about the situation they REFUSE to talk to them after two days I was able to talk with them and the bounce me all around but never reinstate my flight , I believe there is a federal law that states in the event of medical issues my booking should bee reinstate they refuse to do anything all they said was call the insurance and you get reimburse so now out off that I pay they saying im only going to get and this is going to take more than day to get why can any one do something about them this is HWY robbery why can the law look after them this is not should bee allowed in this country there is rules and regulations

I canceled my flight within hours and was given a partial refund of on 8/10/16, however, I have called twice in reference to the remaining and was assured both times that it would be refunded to my account shortlyThis has not happened as of this dateMy issue was that the seating club arrangement club was advertised as $or $9, but they actually withdrew $from my account which is advertisingThese are very dishonest peopleThe booking number is ***, 8/7/Thank you for looking into this matter
