This company used a bait and switch on me twice! Advertised prices on website are incorrect I booked a trip, then got an email saying hotel price increased $ Then I got a call saying my credit card was declined I gave them another card on the phone, and they said "now the price of airfare has increased another $you need to book now it can go up by the hour" I felt pressured and said ok I looked online, and the fares have not increased, even on their site This is fraud I went to online chat and said cancel everything, they said no it's too late hotel I still non refundable (hasn't even been hours)
Our family of returned from our recent trip to Italy, traveling to Rome, Florence and Venice This was the first time we have used Tripmasters and everything went smooth The travel portion including our flights, trains and transfers were all well scheduled and we enjoyed the location of all the hotels making it very easy to walk to the sights We booked several tours while in each of the locations and had great experiences with each tour The app that contained our trip details and maps was wonderful to assist in enjoying our experience We would definitely use Tripmasters again
We just got back from a Rome and Paris trip booked through Tripmasters for flights and hotelsEverything was absolutely perfect and went flawlesslyWe had a wonderful trip and absolutely no issuesI would definitely recommend them and will use them again and have already recommend them to friends and family
I booked and paid in full a vacation in Athens, Greece and Istanbul, Turkey for August 4-After the bombing at the airport in Istanbul and the recent failed coup , I noticed my travel agent that because it was not safe to travel to Turkey , I wanted to cancel the Turkey portion of my trip and extend my stay in GreeceInitially, I was told my hotel reservation in Turkey was non-refundable and regular airline change fees ,$,would apply if I wanted to change flight plus feesUnder circumstances I could understand the fees, but this is an extraordinary circumstances beyond my control

We had a great experience everything went smoothly we booked our trip with flights, airport transport to and from the hotels and the hotels all through trip master we had no problem what so ever We traveled from Los Angeles to Fiji then from Fiji to New Zealand then to Australia back to Fiji then back to LosAngeles I highly recommend using this site I will definitely be using it for future trips The app that you download to your phone is very helpful and I was really glad that it was available with maps and recommendations for food and activities This site is awesome

Tripmasters sold us a vacation package to Istanbul Turkey that includes flights and hotelsThree months after the purchase, they informed us that airline has changed the schedule and now we must leave one day earlierThey never asked our permission to change this to see if it fits our scheduleThey also never offered any accommodation for hotel for one day extraAfter working with several layers of customer support they continue to drag their feet and claim that if airline changes the schedule they cannot do anythingThe issue Tripmasters sold us a specific vacation package for specific datesIf they are going to add an extra day due to whatever reason, as a consumer I cannot be expected to also pay for that extra dayTripmaster is only offering a partial refund of flight ($400) which does not cover a replacement flight if we were to book on our ownTripmasters receive bulk pricing which as consumer I cannot get so the $refund is not enough to book an alternative flight T

What a horrible experience This so called company is great at taking your money but if there is one bit of an issue, then you have to speak with a supposed customer service that is in the *** and all they do is say "sorry, so sorry you have a bad opinion of us" We've been stuck without any clothes or hotel and they basically wash their hands and blame it on the airlines
I used them once before and spent over $15K with them and more of the same It was my mistake to comeback for a second round of abuse with this so called company
