I booked my first ever day European trip to London and Paris with my adult daughter through Tripmasters I could not have been more pleased!! Their website was easy to use, their on-line personnel were very helpful, our flights were perfect, our hotels were perfect, the Chunnel ride was fantastic, and all of the tours we booked through Tripmasters were amazing! And, all of this within my designated budget! We were late (Metro train broke down) to our first tour in London, and Tripmasters went out of their way to assist us with catching up to our tour and not missing out on any tour highlights The Tripmasters staff turned what would have been an upsetting day (missing our tour), to an amazing day, as they went out of their way to ensure that we caught up with our group and tour guide I wholeheartedly recommend Tripmasters to anyone who wishes to take a European (or otherwise) trip within a designated budget!! Stars to Tripmasters from my family!!

I was skeptical about this website at first because the prices seemed too good to be true, but everything turned out AMAZING! We definitely did a lot of research outside of the website to ensure we were getting quality hotels and comparable prices, but had a good experience overall with Tripmasters
I am extremely disappointed in the marketing of the "refundable" portion of our trip to Italy We paid extra to be able to change our hotel in Rome, only to be told that we can only refund of the nights on our multi-city trip I find this to be advertising Additionally, information on the total refund and rate that we are paying per night was not readily available, and I had to request that an email be sent to me to obtain the numbers The "cancellable without penalty" clause should actually mean "cancellable without penalty," not "oops, you still have to pay us for at least one night of hotel."

We just came back from an escorted trip to Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and BudapestI bought the trip from Trip Master (days)The company is outstanding, they kept us updated on everything, they also provided us with an application that has all the details about the four citiesThe hotels were all or stars hotels centrally locatedThey provided us one free dinner in each city, the restaurant were exceptionaly good (local food plus local entertainment)The tour director was very well organized, he took care of all the logistics, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and very professionalI fully recommend them
I booked a trip to Amsterdam and Stockholm, Sweden through Tripmasters and was very satisfied with the service and level of customization that was availableThe trip itself went off without a hitchHotel selection was great, though I eventually went with the initial recommendations, as were the couple tours booked through themMy only suggestion is that it would be nice to have the option to look for prices in Premium Economy as well as the current options of Coach and Business since most airlines offer that class of travelI look forward to working with them again on my next trip to Europe

Whenever I had a question and phoned them, I received prompt and helpful answersI was very pleased with the service and the pricesI'll use this business again

After finally getting someone to the office to get our car, I was charged $for "after hours rental"Tripmasters reply was that it was our problem, it was covered in the two pages of fine printWhat kind of reputable business schedules you at a vendor that is closed?

The first day of my Ireland trip I had a probkem with the Dublin Ireland Budget Car Rental, my trip included a standard rental carI picked up my rental from Budget and drove a few blocks away (not even minutes from the car lot) when the car started smelling like the engine was on fireSo I parked and called BudgetThey picked me up in a van and another rep drove the car back to the Budget car Then I spent approximately hour being interrigated by a represenrive asking me personal employment info and ss# that made me feel uncomfortableThey " strongly suggested" that I burned out the clutch, which is humanly impossible as I barely made it out of the car lotThe car was having issues when I picked it up They told me that I had to purchase an automatic as they were not going to provide me with a standardThis costed me $American dollars that I did not plan on spending on a vehicle that was included in my packageBy the way I am very experianced in driving a standard vehicleI used to own a standard vehicleI bought my son a standard vehicle and taught him and my daughter how to drive a standard as that was a requirement thst I insisted if they wanted to learn to driveThe Budget representative suggested that I drove the car in 3rd gear and burned out the clutch I told them that's impossible and I did not want an automatic...I wanted a standard that was mechanically functionableObviously the prior customer burnt out the clutch and they didnt catch it, because when they were interigating me with question they were submitting a claim with their insurance coI was an escape goat and they made money by making me buy a automaticLiterally they refused to give me a stardardThey said take it or leave itI had no choice as I was in another country and felt extremely intimdatedNever again will I use Budget RentalI strongly belived that I was just a dumb blonde american girlBut that's not the caseVery upset over the intimidation techniques that they used to man handle me and the loss of funds that it cost meAfter the car issue, my trip was fabulous all of the stays were amazing and Trip Maters did a great jobI would strongly suggest that you use a different rental car cofor that package
I requested a refund for the hotel we booked in Rome As you can see that was on 9/10/ At that time I was told my complaint was forwarded to cust svc To date no one has contacted me I have called TripMasters times and have yet to receive compensation This morning I was told they refered the matter to their vendor and that could take to weeks for a resolution They sure wouldn't book my trip if I told them I'd pay to wks after we returned from our tripWith the documentation I provided the refund should have been immediate and tripmasters could then deal with the vendor, etc BAD Customer Service
