booked trip to Hawaii for Feb 2017, including Maui and Kaui , including hotel and rental car on both island Just received en email from Trip master that they have increase the price from $5,to $6, They said in email if I don't want the car in Maui and Kaui for increased price, I should cancel the car They say that they no longer have the contract with the car company They should no be advertising and allowing anyone to book and pay for a trip if they do not have a contract that is thru the date that the trip is scheduled It is days later and now they are saying there is an issue I believe that trip masters should provide the car at the agreed price and in the future, should only offer pricing online that is consistent with contract terms and dates I consider this bating and switchingproviding a lower overall price, knowing they could not provide it and increasing the price
We set up a 10-day trip to France in June and a 10-day trip to Italy in June using TripMastersWe were able to choose flights, hotels, tours and trains that we wantedThe TripMasters website was informative and easy to navigateThe one time we did need to speak with a TripMasters representative, the call was quickly picked up and our problem quickly solvedWill definitely be using this company the next time we go overseas

Booking # *** Extra charges made by the hotel in San Jose We booked a vacation to Costa Rica using Trip MastersTrip included airfare, hotel and car rental the Courtyard by Marriott charged our credit card $and $for the rooms that we already paid for we provided the voucher provided by Trip Masters but they still charged us a second time I first contacted Trip Masters in August and they said they would look into it I followed up again in October and again in December and have not received a response

My wife and I booked a european vacation with TripMasters since they were so highly regarded with the Revdex.comOOur flight is scheduled for 8/31/18, yet, in an accident on 7/27/18, I fell and broke my elbow, wrist, and footI had surgery and doctors informed me I would not be able to travel until further notice due to the surgeryTrip Masters is offering absolutely no assistance with my problemI am not asking for a refund, simply looking for a credit so I can take my dream vacation with my wife when I can safely fly againANY ASSISTANCE WOULD be so greatly appreciated
We traveled to Paris using Tripmasters to book our entire trip, including airport transfers and toursThey were great all the wayWhen we had problems with our outbound flights, they notified the transfer agency, checked with the airlines to make sure we would not have problems on the return flight, and called us back quickly to confirm that everything was okayWe will definitely travel with them againAll in all, a great experience and the cost of the trip was very reasonable as well
