We just completed a trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice Everything was perfect The vouchers that were provided for our tours and transportation were all on point and went off without a hitch

I have booked a trip through tripmasters which is set to leave on July 3rd Today, on June 21st I received an email notifying me that I'm paying for an entire day at a hotel on June 8th in Barcelona when our flight doesn't land in Barcelona until AM on June 9th I was told the reason for this is because the hotel we booked through tripmasters won't allow us to check in for the 9th so we're forced to pay an extra day on the 8th

TripMasters is very convenient when booking trips because they plan the hotel and all forms of transportationThe price is worth itThey offer hour chat service online if you have any questionsThe people that answer the phone and chat are very polite, knowledgeable, and professionalWe have used this website for years and recommended to our friendsIt is very easy to use and doesn't require much research, and the website has top itineraries shown, in case you are unsure on where to visit

Purchased a vacation from Chicago to Dubai and Abu Dhabi for August in February Once on vacation, today, August 10th, the company emailed us with the return flight being cancelled and offering an unacceptable option, we would no longer have the flight we paid for - a one short stop flight, arriving in Chicago on Sunday, August 13thOur only option now would be to have two long layovers in countries we do not feel safe about, we would be required to spend the night and pay for our own accommodation, which upon checking online, would come to over $per nightNot only did the company cancel the flight we already paid for in full, they are now delaying our arrival by additional 24hours, AND they refuse to cover the accommodation and meal expenses
