Our vacation was really good , accommodation in each country we visited was excellent they are all in central location especially the one in Vienna classic hotel wien buffet breakfast was good I gave four star for tha hotel because our hotel in Prague the room for my other friends are in the living room and the bed is not comfortable but otherwise their customer service is very good All trains connection are good we didn't encounter problem The only thing that stress our journey was when our flight was delayed for hours I from Fresno to Philadelphia because there's a problem with signal accirding to the pilot of American Airlines so what happen was we missed our flight in Philadelphia , but it's good we were accommodated in the next flight routed to London heathrow to Munich it makes our travel longer but any way we made it to Munich when we're claiming our luggage it wasn't there according to the person in charge of the baggage since we missed our flight in Philadelphia they take out our baggage and did not load in the next flight , we received our baggage after hrs our vacation was stressful initially but enjoyable after all Our overall experience in trip master is good , highly recommended
