I contacted Tripmasters on 07/29/to schedule my honeymoon trip to Thailand on 11/12/returning 11/23/ When we first purchased the tickets we clearly asked for the requirements for the international travel and was told that we did not need a VISA to go to Thailand unless we were going to be there over days We reconfirmed with agent that VISA was not requiredWe followed their advise and at time of scheduled travel we were turned back due to airlines telling us different requirements that VISA was required in order to travel to THAILAND We called tripmasters back to request refund due to their preparation advise however was denied and had to pay extra in order to reschedule trip I requested recordings of call and was refused any cooperation
