I booked a trip from Denmark to Stockholm in Sept, Tripmasters replied back stating the train is not running due to insufficient capacity of the track in denmark, where ID checks are madeI advised back stating okay, please cancel my trip and will rebook for another country as the train was what we wanted to take when booking thisI paid and confirmed a specific package to include the train in my vacation and Tripmasters advised back while the trip is not confirmed the hotels booked were nonfundableFirst I do not understand how that is possible since Tripmasters advised my trip was NOT completely confirmedWhy on earth would you sell a package you were not able to deliver? I contacted Tripmasters on 07/29/to schedule my honeymoon trip to Thailand on 11/12/returning 11/23/ When we first purchased the tickets we clearly asked for the requirements for the international travel and was told that we did not need a VISA to go to Thailand unless we were going to be there over days We reconfirmed with agent that VISA was not requiredWe followed their advise and at time of scheduled travel we were turned back due to airlines telling us different requirements that VISA was required in order to travel to THAILAND We called tripmasters back to request refund due to their preparation advise however was denied and had to pay extra in order to reschedule trip I requested recordings of call and was refused any cooperation
