I purchased a vacation through *** ***, a division of ***, for October Things seemed to go smoothly until I discussed possibly moving the trip to a later date; March From that point on, I was continually given incorrect information and lied to My biggest complaint is that I only agreed to move the dates of my trip with the written guarantee that I would have new insurance for the March trip and keep the original insurance for the October tripI was told yes, in writing, I most definitely had insurance for both trips but this was a lie And the lies continuedI was told different stories about some of my hotels and train tickets not being refundable; however, after the fifth conversation I was told that none of my hotels and trains were refundable and I was going to lose out on $ When I purchased the trip, the two women who helped me assured me the hotels were refundable but suddenly they're not? They told me not to fret because I could use
I returned from a tripmasters vacation last nightI had the company help me book a two week tripEverything was fine for the first weekUponnleaving Kyoto and arriving to Osaka we were put in a hotel with stained and dirty carpets and a very strange smellWe didnt have time to change hotels as we were only there overnightThe next day we arrived in Okinawa and decided we could not stay in the hotel tripmasters placed us inIt was in a very dirty area nearly an hour from the beach-the review of the hotel said minute walk upon bookingThe staff was not kind and breakfast was not included as afvertisedWe called tripmasters who told us we would have to find another hotel on our own which ended up costing us an additional $A manager was supposed to call us and never didFinally our trip back was cancelled and tripmasters did nothing to help us find a new flightWe spe t hours on our own figuring it outWe need to be refunded for these issues
All our excursions, pick-ups and drop offs, hotels, etcwere seamless with the use of our vouchers Would definitely book through you guys again in the future
We have used TripMasters for trips to Australia, New Zealand, Italy, and Switzerland Their customer service is second to none - extremely helpful, polite, and available 24/7! We use them for all of our trips and have never been disappointed in any way!
