I booked a trip through tripmasters and it was a big hassle It took many days to get booked They overcharged my credit card, tried to raise the prices which were locked in In all the chaos they created, I didn't see a charge for the insurance I requested We talked about the trip cancellation for any reason They took care of it I didn't have time to read the policy which was sent several days later I read it at a later date and it did not contain cancel for any reason Talking to them was worthless I need to cancel my trip and their insurance won't honor it I called to explain the situation and they won't take responsibility nor refund any money I have been disrespected and treats unfairly They are a ripoff company
I returned from a tripmasters vacation last nightI had the company help me book a two week tripEverything was fine for the first weekUponnleaving Kyoto and arriving to Osaka we were put in a hotel with stained and dirty carpets and a very strange smellWe didnt have time to change hotels as we were only there overnightThe next day we arrived in Okinawa and decided we could not stay in the hotel tripmasters placed us inIt was in a very dirty area nearly an hour from the beach-the review of the hotel said minute walk upon bookingThe staff was not kind and breakfast was not included as afvertisedWe called tripmasters who told us we would have to find another hotel on our own which ended up costing us an additional $A manager was supposed to call us and never didFinally our trip back was cancelled and tripmasters did nothing to help us find a new flightWe spe t hours on our own figuring it outWe need to be refunded for these issues
I want to congratulate Trip master on it's outstanding service and knowledgeable array of choices and tailored amazing trips they will tailored your traveling to your needs and wishesI took a day trip to Irland, Scotland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Austria and Germany , the hotels were placed in the perfect safe and local area of activities the conexión flights where perfect even a train travelingI went by myself and had a wonderful time , it was a cultural fun and timid efficient tripI totally recommend Tripmaster for your world journeys
We have used TripMasters for trips to Australia, New Zealand, Italy, and Switzerland Their customer service is second to none - extremely helpful, polite, and available 24/7! We use them for all of our trips and have never been disappointed in any way!
All our excursions, pick-ups and drop offs, hotels, etcwere seamless with the use of our vouchers Would definitely book through you guys again in the future
My husband and I booked a trip to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest through TripMastersThe price was very reasonable and we had no issues when bookingWe left on December 30th, and returned on January 6th, Through the entirety of our trip, we had no issues with anything at allTripMasters handled everything from sightseeing tours to cultural cooking classes and even our tickets for the train between citiesThey gave us very easy to follow instructions on where to go, when to be there, and what to doThe entire trip was stress free and enjoyable thanks to TripMastersI will most definitely be booking through them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
