We have already resolved this with the client and have refunded a portion of her loan in the amount of $ The loan company refunded that amount to the client on 4/** The client should already see that credit posted to her account If the client has any questions regarding her

We have reviewed the client's account and it appears that we are waiting for the client to reply to our questions regarding his bookkeeping transactions as well as provided us with the bookkeeping documents we requested Once the client provides the requested information, then and only then

We have reviewed the complaint made by this client and after further research, we have verified that the requested Wfor was mailed to the Social Security Administration on 7/*/2016.We received a copy of the IRS notice from *** showing that the extension was received on April **, 2016. Due to the extension being received late,1-800Accountant has agreed to assist McGilll should there be penalties as a result of the extension being received after deadline. Therefore, once the client receives notification from the IRS in regards to penalties we ask that the client send these statements directly to 1-AccountantUpon receipt of these statements 1-Accountant will work with the client and IRS in effort to have the penalties abated.At this time, all of the concerns have been addressed in order to satisfy this complaintThank you for your assistance in this matter. 1-Accountant

*** ***, the owner of Corner Tracks Saloon and Stage, signed a three year contract for merchant card services on February *, 2016. On page one of the document he initialed that he agrees to lease a *** POS device for $per month. On page two of the agreement he initialed that
he agrees to a $Early Termination Fee. The Early Termination Fee is designed to cover up front set up costs including cost of goods sold for the *** POS device, programming and shipping fees, and restocking fees from the manufacturer. All pricing and fees were fully disclosed in the document. *** *** initialed the bottom of each page confirming his understanding of the pricing and fees, and signed both agreement execution section and the personal guaranty section on page four acknowledging his receipt of the Program Guide, and understanding of the agreement and services.On February *, 2016, *** *** also signed page three of the Program Guide acknowledging several additional details including the following:Page 3, Item "We may debit your bank account from time to time for amounts owed to us under the agreement"Page 3, Item "...in the event you terminate the agreement prior to the expiration of your initial three year term, you will be responsible for an early termination fee..."Page 3, Item "If you lease equipment from the processor.....THIS IS A NON-CANCELABLE LEASE FOR THE FULL TERM INDICATED."The merchant card services represented by 1-800Accountant includes processing and POS equipment by First Data Corporation and transaction settlement by *** *** ***.
