nothing got resolved from the companyOne of their representatives Had called On 12/12/and 12/13/me and left a messageI called back at 2:15pm 12/13/17, to address these concerns verbally regarding the inaccurate late payments on my credit reportsDuring the conversation the representative kept talking over me, he was very rude, condescending and did not have a care in the world in discussing the issue at handI had consistent issues with this company for several years they don’t care about their customers the only thing they care about is money and NOT willing to help people in any regardThey have very poor customer service skills and need to improve on their communication and be more compassionate towards customers that have issues that need to be addressedHow can anything get resolved if you have a representative talking over you that is not willing to listen to everything you have to say they are ridiculous. If there any questions or concerns please contact me by email or phone thank you

I am rejecting this response because: As I had mentioned in my most recent contact with Revdex.com regarding my concern(s), in talking with Mr*** on 6/20/17, he has rejected any resolution the my assessment that the interest and finance charges to my Loan held by Huntington was incorrectly figured; he has also not offered any damages to me as a result of my auto being repossessed as a result of Huntington's automated billing/payment department's system failure to: 1) see that I had NOT failed to pay my payments timelyIn fact, over 80% was paid prior to the time of repossession 2)the loan was setup for months of payments & the loan was in fact paid off in months3) Mr***'s position seems to be that I should have called and talked to the credit/payment line However, these are the people that when I did talked to them, they didn't show a payment I made days prior 3) Note that my contacts from the beginning (starting in June when there seemed to be a problem with Huntington's process) 4) My visits began & they were in person at the Huntington Bank locations 5)They were non-responsive, unable to tell me anything, said they would get back to me and never did 6) This is all addressed in the prior info provided to Revdex.com Mr*** has communicated to me that it all my fault because I prepaid 7) which I was under the impression I would NOT be assessed a prepayment penalty So, it does appear that Huntington's law suit regarding misapplication and erroneous interest charges is true8) I will now have to proceed in contacting other sources; in-fact the one that the Revdex.com suggested previously Regards,*** ***

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Dear Ms***:
I’m writing in response to your complaint filed with the Revdex.com regarding a title transfer fee and Vendor Single Interest insurance fee charged to your Huntington installment loan account number ending in ***It was a pleasure talking with you on the telephone
and this letter is a follow up to our December 16, conversation
Please know that we have completed a thorough review of this matterPlease note the following:
Vendor’s single interest insurance policy (“VSI”):
We found that during the loan booking process, your loan was assessed a $vendor’s single interest insurance policy (“VSI”) feeAfter reviewing your Personal Loan Agreement, we found that your contract does not require this insurance coverage
On November 30, 2015, we applied a $credit to your loan and backdated to the origination date of this loanThis adjustment will prevent any finance charges on the $misapplied insurance policy fee
Title Transfer Fee:
A title transfer fee is a fee charged by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) when there is a request to change any of the information listed on vehicles titleThis adjustment can include, name changes, moving to a different state and removing a name from the title
The title transfer fee is charged to owner of the vehiclePlease note that Huntington is the owner of the collateral of this loan until it is paid in fullAny fees charged to Huntington, are applied to the installment loanThis is described in the “Use of Collateral” section (Number 7) on the back of your enclosed Personal Loan Agreement
Ms***, we have reviewed your October 28, telephone conversation with our Phone Bank and found the following:
• You stated that you approved Serra Jackson Automotice LLC (dealership) to create a loan with two authorized signers (Chris and Laura ***) however, his name (Chris) should not be on the title of the vehicle
• We explained that we can have his name removed for youOur representative submitted a request on your behalf
• At the end of the conversation, you stated that you did not care if we leave his name on the title
Mrs***, we sincerely regret any confusion regarding this situationWe have refunded the $title transfer fee as a customer courtesyIf you have additional questions, please feel free to contact me directly at ###-###-#### or Toll Free at ###-###-#### (ask for extension ***)We appreciate your business and the opportunity to address your concerns
Sincerely,

I have printouts showing from Janto Septthe balance on account was $Then in Octit for some reason jumped to $I also received nothing in the way of letters or phone calls about a past due amount before repossessionAmounts keep changing, I was told months without a payment now I'm being told it was only months, and the account was closed in Feb2013, yet interest kept being added, and I never received any statements showing interest being added

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me
Regards, *** ***

the fees I was given were and which equalls not as stated in the letter, also the two *** transactions were credited back to the account and I was told no more credits of fees would be given I made the deposit for the into my single account because I only had my card and it was late so I forgot to transfer it manually, I made a mistake on that however the promise of those fees being credited was never fulfilled the credits were for the *** charges Also I made the deposit on Thursday July 24th, it shows in my husband's account when it was taken out right away, and took until Tuesday to post which is very unusual it's only a day for his checks deposited into my account through mobile deposit I am going to end up paying on the 31st out of a retirement deposit and that deposit is only approximately, I will not be able to pay my rent because of this There are many errors in her explanation and I can prove everything

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: In order to accept I need to review the information requested A call was received @ 9:am today There was a conversation of concerns ONLY! No resolution has been met yet The information that the Huntington National Bank has never provided is just now (I'm told) being emailed and mailed I would have to receive, review for accuracy etcto see if there is still a discrepancy I do not owe any additional balance They have not confirmed if they ever received the 5/22/letter The longer they fail to respond, the more interest they attempt to charge on a balance I do not owe. Regards,
