We have reviewed the inspection report and confirmed that the Excess Wear and Use charges are valid; as such the customer is responsible
Additionally a 7% tax is collected on Disposition fees and Excess Wear and Use charges in the customer’s statePer the customer’s contract he has been billed the applicable tax

I appreciate them putting things back to way it SHOULD beBut it doesn't help that it's already caused me stress and issuesI requested someone hire up in both KIA and Kia finance to call meI should be able to let them have an ear full of what they've DONE to me and my family by this mistakeIn the end, the first time you sent me a bill was a mistake, understandablebut after that was supposed to be cleared up it not only stayed it escalated and caused me damage.***

As stated before, our complaint stems from mpg claims represented to us by Kia when we leased this carWe would not be subject to lease end fees but for the claims made by KiaKia admits their MPG claims were falseKia's reimbursement program is IRRELEVANT to the issue at handIt is reprehensible that we are even being subjected to this disputeKia need to step up, admit they made a mistake, apologize for the inconvenience they caused us and waive the fees.

This sounds like a cookie cutter response and is all I need hear at this pointMy family and I will not be making any new Kia purchases now or in the futureI'm very disappointed with the company's lack of acknowledgement of the issueI will pursue the matter in small claims court since I have proof that there was no damage to the car (pictures) when I turned it in to Penske Kia

Where I have made several calls and Kia Finance had me call back several times, now at this point I understand where you say I can not get an extention, this info should have been conveyed to me the first time I called not making me call over and over and over where your customer care said that yes it was available to me just the next month aheadWhere is the customer care where you just keep saying you can’t extend and that you will look into this? I have to question, how does this satisfy myself the customer? Why has it been that you kept having me call back and I am sure not in notes as I do hope that they were docunented correctly but I am sure for quality purposes that the calls are recordedWill you be looking at this? Will you be able to tell why it had to go this far? What the outcome will be besides you still not helping me?

The charge for one missing spare tire has been waived from the customer’s
account and the current account balance is $

I did return the paperwork required, four separate times. The last time I kept the fax report proof. I have attached it for your recordsThe first page is the fax transmission report. It shows the phone number that my paper was faxed to, which matches the fax number listed on page two. It shows the date and time of the fax, which was minutes after speaking to a Kia representative on the phone who told me I had until August 15th to return the paperwork. It also shows the results of the fax are "OK," which means the machine on the other end of that number received the transmission fully. I would like Kia to update my account accordingly, remove the late payments from my credit report and remove the late payment fee's. Thank You!
