[As of close of business 9/27/17, I have received the duplicate vehicle title and MN DMV accepted the paperwork.Refund check has not arrived.____2/21/- I wrote out a check for the payoff amount.3/2/- an extra $was auto withdrawn from my bank account(Awaiting a refund check)3/7/- my pay off check was cashed (according to my banking records provided by my bank).3/9/- Retain Installment Contract letter was composed and sent by Kia Motors Finance for my account # ***This letter stated, “Congratulations! Our records reflect that your retail installment contact, referenced above, is paid in full.”3/22/- Lein release sent from Kia.3/28/- A second lein release sent from Kia.No status changed, still unable to take full ownership with Minnesota DMV.____9/6/- Submitted complain with Revdex.com.9/17/- Received an email from Kia Motors Finance Alert: Statement Ready.The email stated “ Accounting Ending in: ***” “Current Amount Due: $10.00” “Payment Due Date: 05/03/2017”I logged in Kia’s payment portal to check my account and statement history.January 14, Payment Due Date: 2/3/for $Payment of $was auto deducted and received by Kia 2/1/17.February 11, Payment Due Date: 3/3/for $On the March 14, statementPayment of $3,received 3/3/17.AND Payment of $received 3/14/*** THIS IS THE OVER-PAYMENT ***____In regard to my 9/17/email from Kia Motor Finance Alert: Statement ReadyWhy am I receiving this $bill and it’s DATED APRIL 13, with a DUE DATE OF MAY 3, 2017… EMAILED 9/17/17? This is fraudulent activity.Paperwork sent on 3/9/states my retail installment contact, is paid in full.Statement April 13, states I owe an unpaid late charge of $with a total amount due of $It also states regular paid payment amount of $is due May 3, 2017.I have already overpaid on the car by one payment which was received by Kia, auto deducted from my bank account 3/2/and received by Kia 3/14/Still awaiting for this refund check to arrive.I have all paperwork associated with my vehicle since date of purchaseI can happily provide any documentation needed.This case is to remain open until my refund payment check is received, and the suspicious and fraudulent activity following 3/9/is resolved]

The reason I reject this response is as follows. I have contacted kia of occasions requesting the duplicate title, and all representatives I have spoke with have said the duplicate title has been processedI spoke with KIA today 4/19/and they stated that there was a order to place for a duplicate titleWhich one is it? Did it process or has there been a order to process the duplicate titleI have been requesting a duplicate title since November of last year Countless hours I have spent on the phone with KIA motor finance for the mishandling of the title is unacceptable.
My bank has raised my interest rate to 11% because of the the no title in hand, therefor I am paying an extra $and change for the past months.

The payment of $was received prior to providing the customer a payoff quote
and as such is not able to be refunded. The customer made the payment in question via our website on 2/20/2016. It was not withdrawn without her authorization
We have since received the required funds to close the account and her title release is being expedited and should arrive shortly via FedEx

The title for the customer’s vehicle was not lost by KMF, the original title issued for the customer’s vehicle was discrepantAs such we are awaiting a corrected title from the State of Illinois. Per our previous response, once received by KMF, the title will be released to the customer’s credit union as requested in the correspondence received with the payoff check.
