Kia is taking no responsibility for the total loss of my vehicle because the car was burned beyond the point where an accurate determination of fault could be ascertainedHow convenient for them! They ignored the fact that their sister car has had similar issuesThis company has done nothing to earn my business ever againThey refuse to do the right thing without legal forceNot the kind of company I will share my money with.

[My case has been opened and sent to various case handlers since the end of May with no resolution at this timeThe response associated with email does not close this caseI will consider my case closed when a refund check has been mailed to my home for the rental car I obtained through AVIS covered in full not dollars a day from 18-24thI am disappointed at the way KIA deals with their loyal customers. My car was covered for a warranty and they took their time making a decision to give the okay to repair my car which in turn cost me money when I had to keep extending the rental I had as a result for something that was not my fault.]

We do apologize for the inconvenienceOn June 11, 2015, the Court granted final approval of the class settlement and we anticipated mailing out settlement payments by the fall of Unfortunately, some appeals have been filed in connection with the settlement and this has halted settlement
paymentsUntil the appeals are resolved by the courts, we are not able to mail out settlement payments

We do apologize for the customers concerns and experienceWe have confirmed the customers vehicle does not qualify for the warranty extension/recall at this timeWe understand the customer has repaired the vehicle through their extended warranty

Kia did not even attempt to help resolve the issue, they simply looked that the mileage exceeded the warranty and denied any help whatsoeverThey did not even consider the fact that they are recalling cars for this same issue they just deny and denyI mean if two people are sick and they have the same symptoms they get the same treatment but I guess Kia could care less.I am truly dissapointed that they did not even try to helpI am no longer a Kia fan and will never purchase or reccomend a Kia again!

Kia has introduced the Tire Mobility Kit in lieu of the traditional Temporary Spare Tire in some of the newer modelsWe do recognize that some customers may prefer the compact spare tire and have reached out to the consumer for assistance

Because the KIA representative and I are in agreement that the wheels are covered under Basic 5yr/60K Mile Warranty, I feel that all wheels should either be repaired or replaced, not just 2.
