No this is not true. I was told it was going to be escalated to National. No call or nothimg from them that I was suppose to get by this past Tues. Noone has called me si ce a week ago Thurs and it was Travis from consumer affairs for kia that stated national had 2-3 business days to call and nothing. Wvem the service manager never got a call. Problem ia a guy named [redacted] was suppose to call national with me and refused. A bunch of people know about the whole situation but refusw to call me. [redacted] Weida promised a call within 23 hours. They lie they dont want to be in trouble. They beat aroind the buah and lie. This is why Kia motors now needs to be involved. Dont pass it off to someone tbat has never even called me. They only want to deal with the motor issue nor everthing elae. [redacted] THE OWNER ANSLD KIA MOTORS NEED TO BE INVOLVED. THEY REFUSW TO CO TACT THE OWNER. NOONE IS DOING THEIR JOB BECAUSE THEY ARW ALL IN TROUBLE. SO I AM ASKING THAT KIA MOTORS CONTACT ME SOMEONE FRONT THE TOP I AM TIRED OF GOING THROUGH THE CJALHAANELS 100S OF HOURS AND ALMOST A MOBTH OF THIS IS ENOUGJ. IVEE THE PHONE THEY TELL YOU INE THING AND DO ANOTHRR. AT THIS POINT I DESREVE TO MEER SOMONE FROM KIA MOTORS ALONG WITH THE OWNER [redacted] NOONE ELSE BECAUSE THE ONES INBOLVED WILL NEVER LET ME TALK. THEY NEED NOT TO KNOW ABOUT A MEETING LIKE THIS BECAUSE THEY WILL STOP IT SO AFTER MWETING WITH ME THEN TALK TO THEM. KIA IS RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY AND RESPONSIBKE GOR THEIR CARS AND PROBLEMS ALONG WITH THEIR DEALERSHIOS. SO MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT THIS IS WHAT NEED LS TO BE DINE. I told you I mad a complaint on [redacted] Kia. I am now making a vomplaint to Kia Motors. The complaint is so long because I have to keep adding more and more. Please forward the complaint I already wrote to Kia Motors! Lies decit, harrasment sales and kia consumers affairs. All I can try doing is...

seeing if I can copy and paste most of it but it shouldnt be that hard to send the original complaint to kia motors the case number is in this original complaint.
