As someone else already said, I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing anything from Kim's Florist. They are very defiantly scamming people out of their money... DO NOT purchase from them. I received a written confirmation when I first ordered and that is the last correspondence I received from them. No proof of delivery, no returned calls, no answers to my emails and no refund of my money and of course no delivery of the flowers. AGAIN—DO NO TRUST THIS COMPANY and for all that have, do as I am doing and report them to the RevDex.com and any other agency that you feel can help get this company shut down.

Ordered plant basket. Description said 5 plants paid 20.00 upgrade for extra flowers.
Received 3 plant and nothing extra. Did not look like picture.
What makes things worse they don't respond to email or phone call.

Ordered Easter flowers for my mother in Florida 6 days in advance. Received a "cancellation" email the day they were to be delivered leaving me no time at all to order from a reputable florist. Tried twice to reach them but the floral arrangers were "busy" and never received a return call. Fortunately, my money was refunded. Very sad I couldn't get Easter flowers to my mom. Wish these con artists gave me a little more heads up. NEVER US KIM'S FLORIST - EVER!

this is a scam company and it needs to be stopped. If you don't check on your flower delivery which lots don't they don't send flowers they just take your money. If you complain to the voice recording they give your money back but what about all the people who never check to see if the flowers to delivered. They never answer the phone because no one works their. Someone is making a living off your flower money.

CANt SUBMITT WITHOUT RATING IT SO I HAD TO PUT ONE STAR But deserves a minus 10 stars...KIMs florist DIDNOT send my Valentine Gift. It was ordered in time and I also rang them on their 0800 580 6298 number and emailed on their Email: [email protected] and put it on their Contact Us page https://kimsflorist.com/contact-us/.
Result: ZERO... Useless people and a total fraud in getting monies from people... BEWARE - it not a company but just a storehouse for links to other florists... STAY AWAY... ITS a SCAM I feel.----- Cannot get an answer either … I MISSED my chance to impress my VALENTINE... for ever I Guess... NOT HAPPY (:-((

On Friday, Feb I ordered Flowers to be sent to a funeral service on Monday, Feb when selecting the date for delivery and going forward the date defaulted back to Feb It happened twice before I submitted when I changed the delivery date back to Feb 29, it worked however, when I received the confirmation it was defaulted back to Feb In my order it stated what time to delivery the flowers and the address Immediately receiving confirmation of this I called their **SSN**to speak with some but unfortunately no one was available so I left a message as it stated that's what I should do Since this was something important due to the date of delivery I then emailed them from their website explaining the situation and to correct delivery date this is was all done in the morning of Feb I never heard back so I called again in the afternoon same thing had to leave messages again I am still not happy A collegue of ours passed away suddenly and the flowers were for him Monday morning came and still no word so I called again and left a message and followed up with an email giving them a stern request to get back to me before 3:pm on Monday 2/and I never heard back Still made one last attempt even though it was past the funeral time The next morning I received an email all it said was "Order refunded" It may take up to 5-days for the refund to show on the account I contacted American express fraud department to report this There was no explanation as to what happened, no one ever called me back I sent them two more emails asking them asking why no response and never got one and never received a call this really upset me as there was no time to call other florist in the area to make a delivery, I didn't want to get doubled billed Not a happy camper and I did tell them they have the worse customer service I have ever and will not ever use them nor refer to Thank you

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer serviceThe advertising makes it look this a family run business in the local area (central Florida) as does the outgoing phone message I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother for her birthday and received a confirmation of the order and then within the next minute I received a confirmation that the charge was refunded but would take 5-days to show up I tried to no avail to find out why through email on their system andby replying to the confirmation they did send as well as left several phone messages for an explanationNOTHING No flowers - NO explanationNow I just hope that they follow through with a credit on my cardI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONEI wonder if the whole operation is a scam...I googled florists in my mother area & this got high marks although they probably placed their own ratingVery disappointed at the unprofessional way of handling my inquiries - by not handling them at all!

I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday never delivered they never call back and never answer their phone watch out for them.I went to my bank and got my money back

This review is coming from a florist that receives the orders from Kim'sThey often do not supply the adequate information for delivery purposes making it difficult if not impossible to complete the floral orders they are sending to meWhen we ask for additional information they rarely respond or respond with a very rude answerI often wonder what happens on the customer end - I think by reading the reviews left it is not a positive flower buying experienceI would recommend calling your local florist over Kim's!

Unfortunately they advertise themselves as a local company. When I searched for local florist these guys come up. They’ve also managed to tie their name with a good florist on yelp so when you see their reviews they look very good. Wish I had taken the time to do the research properly now, I was just rushing at the time and didn’t do the normal checking. Let your guard down once and this is what happens.

I tried many time to contact anyone at the suposed flower shop in Morgan Hill only to find out that there was not such flower shop I left multiple messages, many text and was never contacted I then tryed to find the national compay headquaeters that is on the contact us page which is Sky Park Cir , Ste H, Irvine CA
I called information for Irvine and ask for the phone number of Kims Flowers headquarters giving the operator the address and the operator said there was no phone numberI then called another florist with the same name as Kims Florist but it was in another city, the women who answered said that her shop was not affiliated and that she had just recieved another call form a women in Washington who had ordered flowers to be sent to a hospital; flowers were never delivered and her credit card was charges
Yesterday I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint On 10/6/I got an e-mail from Kims Florist saying my order status has been changed and I will be receiving a refund in to days I believe this comapny is fraudulent and
should be investigated and I hope that everyone who has had a bad experience does

After viewing the beautiful arrangements presented online, we ordered one for our daughter's birthday It was ordered on Jan30, to be delivered on Feb The flowers never arrived, but we were charged for them We have made many attempts to contact the company, to no avail I believe this operation is a scamMy advice is that you have nothing to do with this so-called florist Next time, we will do business with a reputable local firm that has an actual physical presence in the area of delivery Kim's Florist is a dishonest business! The only reason I gave this company any stars at all is because I couldn't submit a review without it. I ordered same day flowers for my very excited niece's Nutcracker performance from what I thought was a local company (I never should have believed the advertising without checking first). While they did send me an e-mail shortly thereafter to inform me that the flowers would not be delivered, they were certainly happy to take my money, which was never credited back to my credit card. I have called several times and left messages to no avail. Is it coincidence that my credit card was compromised shortly thereafter?

I am stunned after reading these reviews! I too ordered, upgraded, paid and viewed a picture of the arrangement that my daughter received....IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE IN COLOR, SIZE AND FLOWERS!!! What's up here??? I am so angry! I paid $dollars for the arrangement I chose! I ordered flowers from kimsflorist.com on Monday February for Valentine’s day Within hours of placing the order I realized this wasn’t a local florist I attempted to contact them to ask questions I called the 800-580-number, nobody answered and nobody ever returned my call I called the number repeatedly and you only receive a voicemail saying all florist’s are busy leave a message, but no one will ever call you back I completed their online contact form, no response I sent an email to [email protected] and never received a response I ended up having to contact my bank and dispute the charges because I could not reach anyone at the shop to cancel the order There are reviews on yelp saying nobody can reach this business and many reports on Revdex.com all negative saying others are having to contact their bank to dispute charges to get money back because flowers paid for were not delivered In my opinion this “business” should absolutely not be allowed to accept our credit card information and their webpage should be shut down immediately And whomever this “business” is registered to should never be allowed to own another business nor be able to accept credit cards They are not responsible enough to be given those privileges
