Kim's Florist Reviews (164)

Review: I placed an order online for a floral delivery in Duncan, SC. I learned the flowers were never delivered and my card has been charged. The family I was sending flowers to were out of town. I had a friend go check to see if they were left on porch, despite me asking them to only deliver to a person, there were no flowers anywhere. I have completed their online contact form, I have called them and left multiple messages and sent an email. I've heard nothing and my card has not been credited. My online account even indicates (ND) beside the status which I can only assume means not delivered.Desired Settlement: I want my debit card credited for the charges.

Review: I ordered the Perfectly Pastel flower arrangement at a cost of $34.95. On the card, I noted to keep the lavender and purple touches. The recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement -- no where near what it should have looked like -- and no where worth the cost at $34.95. I immediately sent an email asking for someone to contact me. Hearing nothing, I sent another email at the end of my day and the first thing on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday morning, hearing nothing I placed a call asking for someone to call me to discuss this matter. I have heard nothing.Desired Settlement: The bank has paid this and I want all of the arrangement cost plus the $14.99 shipping and tax, a total of $53.94 returned to me immediately. I have now learned that this is a common practice - either the arrangement isn't sent, never is what is ordered, and telephone calls are never returned. Put them out off business immediately. Thank you.

Review: This complaint is about a Advertising Issue, A Customer Service Issue, Delivery Issue, and many other issues. This Company is advertising outside of its area of operation, taking peoples money and not delivering the product. When you try to call you get a recording that states they cannot be reached. I had to order flowers from another LOCAL florist costing me double because KimsFlorist is fraud. This is not the only complaint for this issue that has been reported it is all over the internet, I just wish I would have read it before I had ordered. My order # for this company is #[redacted] and I ordered a Fleur-de-Love Bouquet with a Balloon and Box of Chocolates for my wife for our anniversary. However that was not delivered. the Boquet/Balloon/Choclate= $59.95 Shipping= $14.99 and Tax=$6.00 bringing the total to $80.94 that KimsFlorist.com need to be reimbursing to my account. To the Revdex.com Good luck getting a hold of these thieves, they dont like to answer their phones, you will get a recording. Yet another complaint that hundreds have reported when trying to get their money back for failed deliveries in different states.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, and Kimsflorist.com needs to be shut down as a company or needs to be prevented from advertising as a local florist for CITIES that are not located in California, in this case O'Fallon IL. They are located IN California, and selling flowers nationwide?? that alone is fraudulent. Quit stealing peoples money.

Review: On Thursday, October 22nd, I ordered a plant to be delivered to my friends home. Her father had just passed away. I was given order # [redacted]. As of today and three phone calls and two emails nothing arrived to my friends house, however they charged my card $69.06. You can call their 800-580-6298, and you will get the message saying that all their florist's are super busy ( yea right) and to leave a detailed message. I have left two detailed messages with NO return call nor a delivery. This is a store front that poses like a florist. The website needs to be taken down. Kimsflorist.comDesired Settlement: Full refund and this company website taken down. You will never get flowers/plants if you order from Kim's Florist.

I ordered flowered on there website to surprise my 84 year old mother from her daughter and grandchildren for Valentines Day. It was on Thursday early and Valentines was Sunday. Will to make a long story short my Mom never got her flowers or box of candy. I called them lots of times know one answered the phone also emailed. They could have called me or my mom because I included both numbers. But they billed me. Worst experience I have ever gone through.. I was so hurt it was supposed to be something special..then I contacted my bank to file a complaint. They shouldn't be in business!

I too had a horrible experience with this business. Ordered flowers online believing it was a local company in West. St. Paul, MN. Ordered flowers for a friend who is a Korean War Veteran and wanted them delivered on Veterans Day. Got acknowledgement and confirmation # after I provided my credit card #. Then next day got email saying my order was being refunded. The flowers were never delivered. Have called the business after locating only a 1-800 # for them, left numerous messages along with email messages. Have not gotten a response back at all. I did get a refund on my credit card statement, but now am very concerned that they have my credit card #. Believe this is a total scam and that there is no legitimate business. Please DO NOT have any thing to do with this alleged company.

Review: Kim's Florist did not deliver the box of chocolates or the Mylar balloon I ordered for a friends birthday. They also did not deliver the flowers I ordered. The flowers that were delivered did not look at all like the ones I chose. The vase was plain instead of having birthday candles on it, and the flowers were not the colors that I wanted. I was very disappointed with the entire order, and because what was delivered was not at all like I ordered, I am asking for the entire price be refunded to my account $76.59Desired Settlement: I believe the business should reimburse my entire bill, as they did not deliver half of it, and what they did deliver, is not what I ordered, and would not have ordered, had I been given a choice.

Review: Primary nature of the complaint is Advertising, customer service, delivery, scam, fraud, etc. On 12/19/15, I ordered the White Garden arrangement for a funeral to be delivered on 12/21/15. They were never delivered. They do not answer the phone, there is no physical location on the website, there are issues with their contact form where it cannot be completed, they list as a local, family-owned florist in Nixa, MO, but they list their headquarters in CA. I sent an email to [email protected] & left a voice message, but have not received a response. This is a scam. Is anyone doing anything about this? I read 24 previous complaints that are saying the same things.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $69.06. These flowers were for a funeral service and the opportunity was missed. I also want someone to put these scam artists out of business. This stealing and thievery should not be tolerated or allowed.

Review: I am from Oklahoma, my friend was in the hospital and I wanted to send her flowers. So I googled florist in the tomball texas area and kim's florist came up. I pick the flowers out and paid extra for a stuffed animal. The girl that was in the hospital sent me a pick of the flowers, the flower arrangement looked horrific and they didn't even send a stuffed animal with it. I pay well over 60.00 and it was the worst arrangement ever, plus the fact they didn't fulfill my order. I ordered it last week 09/17/2015, and I have called and left messages at this 1-800-[redacted] number, and no one has ever called me back. It's like I call and they send it straight to voicemail. Im very disappointed and also think they need to do something different with their website because the arrangements they have online doesn't even look close to what they say it will.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I paid for a service that was not fulfilled, and the arrangement looked terrible. I would like other people to know what the service is so they don't waste their money on a service that they wont get.

Review: An order was placed for "Recipe of Romance" flowers for delivery on July 20, 2015. The flowers were delivered but the flowers were totally different than what was described or pictured online. I can understand that flowers can be substituted if unavailable but the color scheme and itself and the arrangements received was as if another arrangement was delivered in its entirely. For example, the floral arrangement order should've been "Crème roses, white spray roses, gladioli, miniature white carnations, lisanthius and waxflower are delivered in an antique silver hurricane Mercury Glass Vase" but I received yellow and pink roses, purple lillies and an assortment of dark purple and white flowers (which I do not know that names of) with a vase that looked similar to an oversized mason jar.

Also, the flowers came withered where the flowers had already turned in color on the edges.

I have contacted the business twice via their contact form on their website (7/20 and 7/23) and also called to leave a message at their 800 number listed on their website (7/21, 7/23) but have not heard back from them yet.Desired Settlement: I would like Kim's Florist to issue a complete refund of the price I paid of $67.98

Review: I paid for flowers online and they were never sent. They have not responded to two phone messages and an email from me.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded.

Review: On 10/27/15 at 10:50 AM I placed a call to kim's Florists in allegedly Belleville Il. This was to order flowers for our wedding Anniversary. The total was $53.94 paid on pay-pal. The order was never delivered and numerous calls to their [redacted] is always answered by a recording. They ruined our Anniversary and lied and stole my money. I will file a complaint with pay-pal in order to get my card refunded. They are a fraud and a rip off don't trust them they need to be charged through the US Justice Dept FBI for wire fraud and interstate commerce violations.Desired Settlement: Apology and my money refunded to my credit card

Review: For our 26th wedding anniversary, I ordered a Love's Devine Bouquet (for $104 +++ total of nearly $130) with instruction for an afternoon delivery. After repeated calls and messages, the flowers arrived around 9 pm, totally spoiling our evening. Rather than enjoying the evening with my wife, I was upset (trying to convince my wife that I had not forgotten our anniversary etc and sending messages to Kim's, where no one ever answers the phone). The evening was ruined. When the flowers arrived, it was very underwhelming. For $130 I got 15 red roses, with some baby's breath and a glass vase. When you look at the photo in their advertisement, it shows a large ensemble stacked with 20 red and white roses that are visible, not to mention what is on the other side of the bouquet that you cant see in a photo. There were no white roses, only 14 red roses is a large vase with some baby's breath. My grand gesture fizzled and I felt like a cheap date.Desired Settlement: They completely ruined an important milestone in our marriage. I am seeking restitution and a refund will be a good start. It cannot bring back the misunderstanding that it created. I also think that an apology to my wife would be in order, given she is the aggrieved one here.

Review: I ordered a bouquet to deliver to a friend in a hospital in San Antonio, TX after searching florist in San Antonio, TX.

I was never called or emailed to let me know my friend was not getting her gift. As a matter of fact I checked on the order to verify it was awaiting delivery.

My friend never got her order and I lost the opportunity of having someone else send her a gift.

I have messaged once and emailed twice with no response.Desired Settlement: I just want Kim's to work on customer service. INFORM customers if something is wrong so that they can decide what to do.

I appreciate the fact you didn't keep my money but not calling or offering some other form of compensation is unprofessional.

I am left with no way of comforting my friend when she needed it.

Review: I ordered flowers on Kim's florist web site on Dec. 1,2015 to be delivered to a funeral on Dec. 5, 2015. I called Kim's florist three times with questions and was never called back. I e-mailed them and never received a reply. I never received a conformation that the flowers were delivered. Very poor customer service. They charged my credit card for $114.00 for no services given. I want a refund of $114.00.Desired Settlement: Refund of $114.00.

Review: I ordered flowers (on-line) to be delivered to 10 Lombard Cresc St. Albert AB for my 85 year old mother's surgery. Flowers did not arrive on 21 January 2016 as I had requested. Nor had a prior telephone call been received by my mother as I had requested. In checking my credit card I had been charged with exchange. That charge made me check the website more closely and sure enough charges were to be in US dollars. I called twice (2) left messages and emailed twice (2) asking to be contacted for I believed an error had been made. I sent two (2) more email messages and called again twice all over the space of 22 January 2016 when I first realized that no delivery had been made again on 23 January 2016, 24 January 206 and again on 27 January 2016. I have now realized that this is a US based company. I doubt there is a 10 Lombard Cresc and I have had no response to discuss cancellation of this order nor to discuss how to rectify situation.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment. There has been no delivery. Nor did anyone contact me to alert me to the fact that delivery was not possible. Certainly billing has taken place as of January 21, 2016 with exchange taken into account. I would like full restitution.

Review: Flowers ordered on September 19, 2015 (Order #[redacted]) to [redacted], have not been delivered as of today, Wednesday, September 23, 2015. Kim's Florist has not returned six phone calls nor answered our e-mail queries as to why flowers were not delivered. Efforts to track Kim's Florist by other than its 800 number [redacted] have not been successful. Alternate company for Kim's Florist is listed on the internet as [redacted].Desired Settlement: Payment method was Visa Credit Card in total amount of$64.74 USD.

I ordered flowers from kimsflorist.com on Monday February 8 2016 for Valentine’s day. Within hours of placing the order I realized this wasn’t a local florist. I attempted to contact them to ask questions. I called the 800-580-6298 number, nobody answered and nobody ever returned my call. I called the number repeatedly and you only receive a voicemail saying all florist’s are busy leave a message, but no one will ever call you back. I completed their online contact form, no response. I sent an email to [email protected] and never received a response. I ended up having to contact my bank and dispute the charges because I could not reach anyone at the shop to cancel the order. There are reviews on yelp saying nobody can reach this business and many reports on Revdex.com all negative saying others are having to contact their bank to dispute charges to get money back because flowers paid for were not delivered. In my opinion this “business” should absolutely not be allowed to accept our credit card information and their webpage should be shut down immediately. And whomever this “business” is registered to should never be allowed to own another business nor be able to accept credit cards. They are not responsible enough to be given those privileges.

Review: Feb. 4th I order flowers for Birthday to be delivered on the 4th, They with drew $48.84 they were Never Delivered, I called on Feb. 6th 3 times and left messages NO answer, I called for the next several days with NO answer leaving message each time. I emailed them several times with NO response.

They also stated they on there web page they were family owned in Decatur Indiana. They are NOT nor have they been.. I want my money back and they can send flowers to the 88 year old cer patent that the flowers were going too.

This is purely fraud.Desired Settlement: My $48.84 returned Immediate and Kim's Florist to be closed and charges to be placed againist them

Review: Ordered flowers for a funeral from their website.Flowers that were delivered did not remotely compare to what was advertised. Appeared to have bought some flowers from a grocery store and stuffed them into a plain clear vase. False advertising and representation of what they are providing. Cost was $101.46 and certainly not worth what was delivered.
