I placed an order for poinsettia's 12/15/The flowers were delivered the next day and one of the plants died the next day I have called the company numerous times, only to get their voicemail box I left voicemails and sent customer support emails advising I wanted a refundIt has been over days since my first contact and no one in the company has respondedAbsolutely the WORST customer service

I agree with all the negative complaintsNo replies to phone calls or emailsHow can they still continue to be able to take money and not complete orders? Beware!

I ordered flowered on there website to surprise my year old mother from her daughter and grandchildren for Valentines DayIt was on Thursday early and Valentines was Sunday Will to make a long story short my Mom never got her flowers or box of candyI called them lots of times know one answered the phone also emailedThey could have called me or my mom because I included both numbersBut they billed meWorst experience I have ever gone throughI was so hurt it was supposed to be something special..then I contacted my bank to file a complaintThey shouldn't be in business!

I won't bother reciting my story because it is pretty much identical to everyone else's on here I filed a complaint with the FTC today and I'm hoping they shut these scammers down How they are allowed to remain in "business" is beyond me and you would think that after so many negatives reports on Revdex.com, someone would take action I'm going to do all I can They claim to be "family owned" but it's not possible to be in practically every state and be family owned How they are allowed to show up in local searches representing themselves as delivering to a specific town is a mystery Please, everyone, contact the FTC complaints and file one against these people They need to be shut down and arrested

I ordered $flower arrangement Mon 11/116/to be delivered 11/17/15, it was never delivered It was going to a sick child in the hospital I want a refund but doubt I will ever get it When you call the 800# you don't get a live person, just a recording and no one ever calls or emails back Horrible business, I do not recommend them at all!

I too had a horrible experience with this business Ordered flowers online believing it was a local company in WestStPaul, MN Ordered flowers for a friend who is a Korean War Veteran and wanted them delivered on Veterans Day Got acknowledgement and confirmation # after I provided my credit card # Then next day got email saying my order was being refunded The flowers were never delivered Have called the business after locating only a 1-# for them, left numerous messages along with email messages Have not gotten a response back at all I did get a refund on my credit card statement, but now am very concerned that they have my credit card # Believe this is a total scam and that there is no legitimate business Please DO NOT have any thing to do with this alleged company

I ordered roses for my mother on line because she was not feeling well She never got them!!! They won't return my emails or phone calls The charged my credit card and I can't get my money back This place is a scam!!!

On 1/21/I ordered on-line for deliveryNo flowers were delivered, my card was charged and refunded (at least) however NO-ONE as of yet have called me to say there was a problem with the order and no delivery would be madeIn the end my special person did not receive the uplift I tried to send...KIMS FLORIST IS THE WORST!!! I placed an order online with Kim's Florist on Thursday, expecting delivery of Friday. However, on day of funeral, I got a refund from them without giving any reason. Tried calling them at least 10 times, also contact through their email support but NO response at all. BAD customer service. Yet to receive my refund. I would give them a zero star rating but there is no such option.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them !
They don't care if they get the order right. they just want the money.
They have no customer service, and won't reply to any messages.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!
SHUT THEM DOWN !

I am luckier than most: when I went to file a credit card fraud report, my money had been refunded. My order was cancelled with no explanation. My gifts was for a brother who just had heart surgery. Not only is this business a sham, it is morally bankrupt to treat people this way. It needs to be shut down. What is the game: Is Kim's game to harvest our personal info? This is fraud.

Terrible customer service!
I order flowers fro a friend living in Baltimore after an operation, only to find out when they were delivered that the order had come from a completely different florist and were not at all what I had ordered.
I contacted both florists, the one that had delivered told me they had only received a vague description of what to arrange and deliver, which didn't match the order I had placed, BUT at least they replied. The florist that had processed my order and payment have not answered any emails, or telephone calls.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Kim’s Florist should NEVER be trusted if you want something that is meaningful & beautiful.
My flowers were for my brothers memorial service, ABSOLUTELY nothing like the picture depicted on their web page, no responses to my emails & calling the number listed does not do any good, the arrangers are always “busy” perhaps laughing at the customer figuring another dope. How bad was it? I removed my name off the arrangement because I was totally embarrassed, not to mention a total insult to my brothers memory. RUN DO NOT WALK & STAY FAR AWAY! I have disputed this charge with the CU & have pictures to back up my claim. This was the Delaware branch.

HORRIBLE! Ordered flowers for my brothers memorial service & they did not even come close to the picture depicted on their website!
I was extremely disappointed & embarrassed that my name was on the arrangement! He valiantly fought cancer for over 3 years & he looked better than the flowers. Not to mention the exorbitant delivery charge for local delivery.
I just cried! Steer clear of this florist!

KIM'S FLORIST IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM! I thought I was ordering flowers from a local (Pflugerville, TX) florist for a funeral. When I arrived at the funeral it was obvious that my flowers were not there. After the funeral I called the number listed and, of course, got a voice mail message. I left a message. I called 2 or 3 more times that day - same thing. Last message I requested a refund. Next day still no phone call and so I called again - same thing. Later that day I was checking my emails and found an email from them dated the day of the funeral at 12:59 pm (the funeral was at 2). It stated that they were refunding my money and it would take several days. No explanation or even an apology. It appears they decided to issue a refund and not even try to notify me before the funeral. It was extremely upsetting, embarrassing and disappointing. Horrible company! Horrible customer service! Unreliable!
