Kim's Florist Reviews (164)

Review: Purchased a $70 bouquet via company's website of flowers to be delivered for a relatives anniversary and recipient never received them. They were never delivered. Tried to contact business on numerous occasions as well as sending an email and have no heard from them. It's basically a scam artist company who takes people's monies.Desired Settlement: I am looking for a full refund on what I have ordered....

After viewing the beautiful arrangements presented online, we ordered one for our daughter's birthday. It was ordered on Jan. 30, to be delivered on Feb. 1. The flowers never arrived, but we were charged for them. We have made many attempts to contact the company, to no avail. I believe this operation is a scam. My advice is that you have nothing to do with this so-called florist. Next time, we will do business with a reputable local firm that has an actual physical presence in the area of delivery. Kim's Florist is a dishonest business! I wish I had read reviews beforehand.

+1

Ordered flowers from what I thought was a local florist, only to receive an email at 9:30 p.m. on the day they were to be delivered that I was getting a refund. No explanation, no apologies, just no flowers. These were extremely important to me and the moment is gone. No answer to phone calls placed to their 800 number.

I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday never delivered they never call back and never answer their phone watch out for them.I went to my bank and got my money back

We ordered to flower arrangements to be delivered. Neither were delivered and this company does not answer its phone or return calls. Suggest you do not use them!!! Find someone who answers the phone and is accredited!

I placed an order with Kim's florist online. My flower was never delivered. I have left numerous phone messages as well as email and on their website. They have not contacted me. I am attempting to stop payment.

Review: I ordered a flower arrangement from this company online. They immediately charged my credit card but never actually sent the arrangement to the recipient and they do not answer my phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to at least be contacted by the business and see what is going on. If the flowers are not going to be delivered then I should be refunded the $75 they took from my credit card.

Review: I ordered a bouquet of flowers and received a photo of the arrangement that was delivered. It looked nothing like the image shown. I am aware of "seasonal" replacements, but not one flower looked similar to the one in the arrangement I paid for. I have the link to what I ordered and photos of what was delivered. I called and left a voice mail and did not get a return call. Finally, I got a person to answer the phone (Mon, May 18, 2014 at 4:406pm, MST) and asked to speak to the manager. The male told me to hold on and then hung up on me. Since, I have left 4 voice mails and submitted an email through their website. After searching their website, there is no true physical address of where the flowers are originating, no one to speak with, no links to the billing department, no place to confirm delivery, all social links lead to the wrong business or dead ends. Also, there is no real business name linked to the 800 phone number. Surely, I cannot be the only person having issues and being scammed and would like to make sure others are not I would like a full refund in the amount of $59.34.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $59.34. I would like someone to look into this business for false website information, false identification information and no customer communication.

Review: I ordered a floral delivery on line to be sent to my granddaughter who was in the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh because she had been mauled by a dog. She was very frightened and I could not be there with her because I am in Mexico. Last night the status posting of my delivery on their website was "delivered". This morning I get an email showing my payment has been returned without any explanation. I telephoned and got a recording saying all of the florists were busy and to contact them through their website. I wrote them through their website and have not received an explanation. No flowers were delivered. They returned my money through [redacted] so I am not out any dollars but the grievance is much greater than a few dollars. Kim's Florist is not worthy of trust in a time of personal crisis which is when most people need their services. I wrote a [redacted] review and it appears this has happened to other people in the past.Desired Settlement: Kim's Florist needs to let the public know that there are situations where they arbitrarily decide whether or not they will fulfill your order or perhaps they are taking a lot of people's money for 24 hours in order to benefit and then returning it. The investigation and resolution is up to you not me.

Review: I ordered an arrangement called New Sensations, pictured on their website and described as:

“Upscale and uptown. This fantastic arrangement is a beauty and a half to behold. Overflowing with gorgeous blossoms and delivered in a leaf-lined cylinder vase, it’s truly a floral fantasy.

Green and pink hydrangeas, green cymbidium orchids, hot pink and lavender roses, tulips and more are beautifully arranged in a large clear glass cylinder vase.”

I was offered two upgrade options:

Deluxe (Add more flowers +&9.99)

and Premium (Add more flowers +$19.99)

I opted for and paid for the Premium upgrade.

This is what was delivered:

What was delivered included FEWER blooms than the arrangement pictured, not a twice-upgraded amount of blooms, and instead of a leaf-lined vase, it was a very cheap-looking standard glass vase with the stems showing through. And while I know this is hard to measure, the sophistication and elegance of the arrangement is nowhere to be found in the arrangement that was delivered. Blooms of different heights and a lack of harmony (and accuracy) in the color choices are but two of my complaints. (I have pictures to back this up.)

It should also be noted that the company misrepresents itself as being a local florist when in fact it is nowhere near the town it purports to “serve.” (I was looking for a florist in Boca Raton, FL. The website read “Kim’s Florist, serving Boca Raton.” The company is in Irvine, CA.)

I contacted the company on Feb. 11 letting them know I was unsatisfied with the product and I have yet to hear back from them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of at least 50% of what I paid for this substandard arrangement.

Review: On 7/22/2015 I had ordered a get well bouquet online at http://kimsflorist.com/contact-us/ and received a Order # and the cost was charged to my charge card in the amount of $53.94; I had called them to confirm the order and to see if it would deliver that day or the next; I received no response; I've called 4 other times and left voice mail messages; I've also emailed them through their "Contact Us" twice and have yet to receive any kind of response.

I never received a call back and in fact I never had received a confirmation e-mail saying I had ordered the flowers or a confirmation that they had been delivered! I again called the company after receiving my credit card statement and seeing I had been charged for the flowers.

The flowers were ordered for a Director's wife of the company I work for and they have not called to say thank you; therefore I believe this company does not exist. I also contacted the Chamber of Commerce in Lake Zurich, IL they also said there is only 1 florist in the town and there is no Kim's Florist.

I've contacted my credit card company and now have to provide them with a dispute letter; etc. and hopefully will get my money back. The charge shows the reference and "Kim's Florist KIMSFLORIST.CCA"

I also did a reverse phone lookup on whitepages.com; it shows the number, but says "Owners name is hidden by White Pages for Privacy Reasons" (that's a first).

I believe this is another scam company; nice that their voice mail sounds like a gentle old man; but they do not respond.

I would like to be fully reimbursed and that someone with the federal government needs to be involved in this scam. On another note I did a search again and there is an "[redacted]" listed and appears to be another bogus company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be fully reimbursed and that someone with the federal government needs to be involved in this scam. On another note I did a search again and there is an "[redacted]" listed and appears to be another bogus company.

Review: I ordered flowers on line February 19th and nothing has been delivered. I tried their 1800 number, email, and contact form with no response. My credit card had been charged for over $80.Desired Settlement: I want a refund! My purchase number is #18920!

I ordered $80 flower arrangement Mon 11/116/15 to be delivered 11/17/15, it was never delivered. It was going to a sick child in the hospital. I want a refund but doubt I will ever get it. When you call the 800# you don't get a live person, just a recording and no one ever calls or emails back. Horrible business, I do not recommend them at all!

Review: We ordered flowers from Kim's Florist on 2/9/16 to be delivered today 2/10/16. The flowers were never delivered and when calling the florist we had no response. After reading online, it seems to be a scam website. The bank will not refund our money but have never received any goods. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN!Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund.

ordered a dozen roses from "Kims Florist" and they never arrived. filed complaint with paypal - DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these SCAM artists. I hope to get my $75 dollars back.

I ordered flower for my sisters birthday on 9/30/15, to be delivered on 10/2/15.

The flowers were never delivered and the money was credited to my account.

I tried many time to contact anyone at the suposed flower shop in Morgan Hill only to find out that there was not such flower shop. I left multiple messages, many text and was never contacted. I then tryed to find the national compay headquaeters that is on the contact us page which is 17895 Sky Park Cir , Ste H, Irvine CA 92614.

I called information for Irvine and ask for the phone number of Kims Flowers headquarters giving the operator the address and the operator said there was no phone number. I then called another florist with the same name as Kims Florist but it was in another city, the women who answered said that her shop was not affiliated and that she had just recieved another call form a women in Washington who had ordered flowers to be sent to a hospital; flowers were never delivered and her credit card was charges.

Yesterday I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint. On 10/6/15 I got an e-mail from Kims Florist saying my order status has been changed and I will be receiving a refund in 5 to 7 days. I believe this comapny is fraudulent and

should be investigated and I hope that everyone who has had a bad experience does

contact goverment agences that have consumer oversite.

Review: Placed order and no delivery no refundDesired Settlement: Timely refund
