This is contrary to what multiple representative told me, as well as what actually happened. Per a reply from Kohl's support (the most recent, received on 5/16):[redacted]I apologize if I was not able to elaborate and further clarify what happened to the authorizations on your account. I reviewed our process when it comes to orders mixed with a ship-to-home and pickup-in-store items once again. I found that a pending authorization for the amount that you paid for the ship-to-home item will also show up on your account and will fall off the moment this order gets delivered to your home address, as what happened in this incident.Order total = $176.05; $176.05 authorized on card($11.81 BOPUS & $164.24 ship-to-home)When the BOPUS item is ready for pick up at the store, customer will see:• Initial $176.05 authorization• $11.81 charge (BOPUS item)• $164.24 charge (remaining )*Authorizations should fall off within 7-10 daysThis is means that it is normal that you are seeing both an authorization for the ship-to-home order and BOPUS order and they will eventually fall off from your credit statement.Please be assured that we never intend to inconvenience you in any way. Upon review of Order [redacted], we processed a refund for Order [redacted] to the customer’s Visa card ending in 5465. Our records indicate a credit was processed on March 13, 2016. We have received the customer's complaint sent through the CFPB and several other channels. The customer has been advised we stand behind our decision as we are unable to update his credit profile. We consider this matter resolved.

The credits do reflect on our customers Kohl's account. It does show we credited our customer  $33.02 for order 7040353109. For Order 7006584440, it does show that we credit $16.94. At this time, we consider the matter closed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However how am I guaranteed that I will receive the certificate.  I have been around and around with Kohls on this matter.  I HAVE NOT received the certificate.  It was not delivered to my email or to their app and as having received another reward for January I don't buy that the reward went to SPAM or my junk mail box.  I just want a guarantee that I will receive the award.

customer contacted us in regards to the address one hour after the order was submitted.
 On our website, it does state there is a
30 minute time frame for order modifications. Unfortunately, since this was not

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The valid thru date is expired but this has been going on since before it expired.  When I called I was told that the stores had to be doing something wrong.  All of them.  Three places, different dates different times.  they never offered to replace the card.  now the card is expired and they don't want to do anything about it.  Its a scheme.  First off the cards should not have an expiration date if they are going to take a $3 a month fee it should expire when the funds are gone.  I believe they are ripping people off and I am disgusted.  I have been doing a lot of reading and several people have had similar issues.
