I do not feel that this response from Kohl's is acceptable. By both Kohl's and FedEx denying responsibility for my missing package, they are placing the fault on me, the consumer, which is absurd. Kohl's entrusts FedEx to get their merchandise to their customer and by Kohl's not requiring FedEx to get a signature for an order totaling approximately $600, the fault should be on Kohl's.

packing slip. Per our return policy, when a return is made via nail, it must be sent in a postage paid package/envelope. We are unable to reimburse the customer for postage paid.

of the sale price in question, as our records do not indicate a difference in

We have processed a return for Kohls.com order #4007096198 on 12/29/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. Additionally, we advise the customer to update the shipping information on her shopping profile before placing future orders.

Kohls offered no solution other than they shipped the items.  Not mentioning they shipped them to the wrong address.  Not mentioning that they had the ability to change the address but chose not to. Kohls.com failed once again to rectify the situation.

The company did honor the price on the stroller. HOWEVER, I
continued to run into the same problem with multiple items on the site and the company refused to honor the
discount on other items. I often
make purchases separately for record keeping/reimbursement/budgeting reasons (which I can demonstrate is a regular, weekly event); such was the
circumstances on this day (March 19, 2015). When I had contacted the company and the Revdex.com, I did not realize this problem was prolific sitewide. My
next purchase was to be a Baby Bjorn Travel Crib. I've attached an
image of the BabyBjorn Travel Crib as it appeared on March 19th. I informed the company on March 19th that I specifically intended to purchase this item. On March 20th, I followed up and stated that I wished that the March 19th price was honored on this, but they refused.  I informed the
person from their social media team, [redacted], on March 19th that I
attempted to purchase this. I was told my [redacted] that the company was
aware that the information was not accurate and that there was a lag in
updating this information. My husband and I have been watching Kohl's
for sometime. This "lag" was only remedied by Kohl's after I made them
aware that CONSUMERS were aware of this problem, too.I was not offered the Baby Bjorn at the sale price even though it was listed as such at the time.I
also tried to purchase a Graco TotBlock. When I received correspondence
from sr. executive correspondence advisor on March 20 I was told, and I
quote, to "Please be advised we are unable to offer an additional
discount on the Britax Advocates, Baby Bjron Travel Crib and Graco
TotBlock items you wish to purchase. These items are excluded from any
additional discounts. This information is located on the product page." At the time of the March 20th email, the Graco TotBlock still did not
contain this language (please see image attached).I would like Kohl's to honor the prices I should have legally been allowed to pay on March 19th, 2015. That is, I would like the 20% Friends and Family discount along with the additional 20% I should have garnered from opening a credit card.
