Ladyboss Support Team has been absolutely amazing since I started well over a year ago. They have responded to all of my inquiries within a reasonable time & resolved fairly. I have never had a problem that wasn't resolved.
I particiapted with Personal Results Coaching & it was an AMAZING experience from the start to the end. I lost almost 40 pounds & I gained so much more mentally. I believe in myself & I love what I CAN accomplish now. Anything is possible.
I loved my Coach Angela Midgett who was amazing and so supportive. I loved all of the Coaches and the unique skill set they have to colaborate and bring that to the Client.
I love the Ladyboss Trainer - I never knew how to use the machines or weights before & Kaelin literally taught me how. I now have the confidence in the gym that I never had before. I'm able to branch out and modify and completely work up a routine on my own now. I love the SWAG - I wish I could buy more...lol!

I know people are complaining about customer service, but I've had nothing but prompt and friendly help from them! I LOVE ladyboss. I'm already down 10 lbs and will keep going! They do send a lot of emails, but I find it helps keep me on track!

Love Lady Boss. Prior to joining Lady Boss, I started to change my eating habits, stopped drinking soda and drinking more water. Also started going to the gym. Lost a total of 14lbs from mid March til end of May. In June I started Lady Boss Lean use it daily 2x a day. Also use burn 2x a day. Tried fuel but can’t seem to keep it down. Which totally sucks. I now have a total weight loss of 52lbs as of today! I’m so proud of my progress and hoping to loose another 60lbs. I couldn’t
Have done it with out Lady Boss. I’m happy because I finally able to lose weight and see the results. I’m Loving the new me!

LadyBoss is an amazing company who is helping woman all over the world love themselves again. This program has literally changed my life and I'm forever grateful to Kaelin for starting this awesome program for women. I was able to leave a very toxic relationship and I owe my bravery and the self worth that I have today to this LadyBoss program! Also, I've never had any problems getting in contact with customer support. I send them an email, and get a reply within a day or so, and have been satisfied with the resolution of anything I've emailed them with.

I ordered Lady Boss shakes and app. for coaching they were both
On a bank draft monthly. I continued to receive bags of shakes more than needed. So I tried to call and have my order stopped 6 months ago. Could not find a telephone # but only email address. Emailed several times to stop draft for shakes and coaching app. Finally draft stopped for shakes. But not for app. I’m being drafted *** dollars monthly . Tried calling phone number and placed on hold . Left message to return my call.

LadyBoss is an e-commerce site as well as online subscription service. Ladyboss mails a product based on what is purchased. The product ships the next business day to the registered shipping address and the customer is sent their shipping tracking number
On 08/05/2019 8:48 AM LadyBoss received notice that the customer *** with the registered account email *** filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. The evidence below will show that the complaint is invalid and we never received any communication from the customer regarding her account prior.

On 10/01/2018 the customer signed up for a Free 7-Day Trial of the LadyBoss Lifestyle Program.

On 08/05/2019 9:50 AM as N stated in the email below we have cancelled ***’s Monthly Membership for the LadyBoss Lifestyle Program App. In addition, we have refunded one month, but since we didn't have any previous communication about cancelling, nor did she respond to our 2 emails with any evidence that she attempted to contact us we cannot refund the previous months. There has been no further communication from *** since the Monthly Membership has been cancelled.

On 08/02/2019 7:22 PM *** left a voicemail after office hours on Friday stating she sent an email 6 months ago to cancel her app but still being charged.
On 08/05/2019 8:48 AM the following Monday we received communication from the customer in the form of a Revdex.com complaint.
On August 5, 2019 at 9:50 AM Monday morning, N emailed in response to the voicemail saying
“Hey ***,
I apologize as we have no emails on file from this email requesting to cancel the Trainer App. I have cancelled this for you as of today 8/5.

Without any further response from *** we attempted to email again
On 08/07/2019 12:36 PM S then emailed saying,
“Hi ***,
I wanted to reach out to you in regards to your Revdex.com complaint you filed on 8/5 about cancelling your memberships with us but them not actually getting cancelled. I looked into this and I see in your complaint you said you called us 6 months ago but I am not seeing any cases of a voicemail left with the number you provided on the Revdex.com complaint or on your accounts with us. I also didn't find any other forms of contact from your emails (*** and ***) requesting to cancel your memberships until 8/5 when you left a voicemail saying you have been trying to cancel for 6 months. I do see that we responded via email to that voicemail stating the same as I said above, we have no record of any other calls or emails from the information you provided. If you think this is in error we would love to look into this further, if you can provide screenshots and/or the email and phone number you used to reach out to cancel.

they did not receive an email for my cancelling monthly app. This is part of there problem at time

O sent email that was only way to communicate with them was by email. They had no phone number .

I located my email requesting shakes to be stopped shipping auto ship. And also to stop *** dollar

monthly draft on my account for application. The shakes stopped being shipped but monthly draft continued

of *** for application.. The email is dated for *** please send me an email address that is working

and I will gladly forward my original email to you. Again I would like a refund from date of my email until draft

We reached out again via email but still have not heard back other than the rejection to our response of the Revdex.com complaint. Unfortunately, the screenshot of the email address to which the cancellation requests were being sent to is a different company and not associated with LadyBoss

Since joining Lady Boss Aug of 2018 I've lost 25 lbs and several inches off my waist due to the Lifer program. I love the App. The app is a great place to go to get your recipes, workouts at home or at the gym. If I don't know how to do something Katlin shows how to do it! Since joining I have more confidence in myself. I started out slow and have gotten stronger everyday! In the lifer program you get several key components to help you stay on track. Drinking your water, meditation track, sparkling, workouts and weekly meal plan. and of course the BEST Protein shake called LB LEAN and you can make other snacks using the Lean like Buckeye Balls!
I'm glad I joined the LB program. The facebook page is great for LB to reach out to one another for support and suggestions like, meal prep recipes and live workouts. I love the live workouts to keep me motivated! Be the Best YOU!

I canceled my subscription a month ago through email. I sent an email several times to cancel my subscription. They still charged my account and sent the product. I decided to just keep the product and just make sure it was canceled before the next shipment, which it was. They said I had to click on a link to cancel completely and I did. I even sent another email trying to verify the cancellation. I have tried to call them as well. When they want you to purchase their product you can get anyone to help you but trying to cancel is another story. I checked my account today and they have charged me once again and I guess I’ll be getting two more bags to go along with the other 3 bags that I haven’t even used yet. I just want my money back and the subscription to stop!! They have very poor customer service skills and once they have made the sale they don’t care about you anymore.

On 08/05/2019 we have cancelled the LadyBoss LEAN subscription and refunded $83.26 for the last order that was shipped to the customer. We have asked her to keep the 2 bags of LEAN on us and please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in the account.

On 6/3/2019 12:32 PM the customer signed up for the LadyBoss LEAN 2 Bag Subscription of $83.26 per month.

On 6/5/2019 1:44 PM *** emailed for the first time stating,“ Hi, I'm writing to check on my order that I placed with you. I have not received a confirmation or a receipt for my purchase but the money has been taken out of my account. Can someone help me with this please? My name is ***. Thanks, ***”
On 6/10/2019 3:24PM D responded to the first email above, “Hey girl! Thanks for reaching out. I have looked into your order for LEAN. I have found that the UPS tracking number for the order is ***. We do show that your order was delivered on 6/10. I hope you find this information to be helpful. :) Thank you sooo much for your patience and understanding during this transition. :) Keep on shining! On 6/7/2019 9:38 AM before we responded to ***’s initial email, she reached out for the second time stating,“Hi, I sent an e-mail checking on my order two days ago and I haven't heard from anyone. I think I just want to cancel my order because this is a little fishy to me. I hope I was not scammed. Please let me know the status of my order asap. I don't even have an order number because I have never received a confirmation or an email or anything from you but my money has been taken out. ***”
On 06/13/2019 9:24AM K then responded to the second email, “Hey girl! I am soooo sorry for the delay in getting back to you! I have looked into your order for LEAN. I have found that the UPS tracking number for the order is *** We do show that your order was delivered on 6/10. I hope you find this information to be helpful. :) Thank you sooo much for your patience and understanding during this transition. :) Keep on shining! K LadyBoss Account Recovery ***”
On 6/10/2019 8:46 AM *** then called and left a voicemail worried that she was being scammed as we had not yet replied until later that day. The email provided by the customer in the voicemail was different from previous emails and what her account is listed under, therefore resulting in multiple cases at this point.

On 6/25/2019 1:11 PM *** emailed for the third time stating, “Please Cancel My Subscription of Lady Boss Lean Protein Shakes as of 6/25/2019 Thank you, ***”
6/27/2019 2:53PM V emailed replying to the third email, “Hey Beautiful! I am sorry to hear that you no longer wish to receive discounted monthly shipments of LABS. We can also pause your LABS Membership if you have too much, or swap out different products if you’d rather customize your Transformation System rather than forfeiting your amazing CLUB discount on future orders. The choice is entirely yours :) We just want to make sure you have all your options. If you'd still like to cancel your monthly LABS Membership, I just need you to fill out a quick, required form to cancel your subscription. If you have the Transformation System, please use this link:*** If you have an individual item subscription, please use this link:***1” Once you click the cancellation link you will scroll to the bottom of the SWAP page and click the blue link that says “No thanks….”. On 8/5/2019 8:25 AM *** emailed with her final response, “To whom this may concern: I have cancelled my subscription with your company since 6/25/19. More money was just taken out of my account on Saturday August 3rd. I have tried emailing y'all and calling your company over and over and can't get a response. Below is a history of my emails that no one will acknowledge. I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com to try to get this resolved. I didn't want the last batch I got but decided to keep it even though I won't use it and now apparently there is more on the way. Do not send that to me and refund me ASAP. It sure is funny to me that when y'all were trying to get me to buy from you I couldn't get your emails and texts to stop. But, now that I want to cancel my order and NOW get a refund on something that I cancelled well over a month ago y'all are nowhere to be found. Not very good customer service if you ask me. The last reference code I got was *** but that's been over a month ago since I received that. Once again.....Please Cancel My Subscription of Lady Boss Lean Protein Shakes as of 6/25/2019. Also please refund me the total of $83.26 Name: *** Email: ***@***”
On 8/5/2019 2:05PM N emailed responding to ***’s last response, “ Hi ***, I'm so sorry for any inconvenience you may have incurred as a result of this charge. I have cancelled your subscription for LEAN, which was under the email address, ***@***. This is probably why it wasn't cancelled appropriately before. Unfortunately, your August renewal has already been shipped. As a courtesy, I have refunded this charge of $83.26 to your account. Please allow 3-10 days for the funds to appear in your bank account. You do not have to return this shipment when you receive it. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience and we sincerely appreciate your business! Always remember your worth and sparkle on! On 8/13/2019 D sent an additional email stating, “Hi ***, We have received notification of your Revdex.com complaint and want to apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. We have looked into this further and take full responsibility regarding your order. As of August 5th at 1:58 PM we have cancelled your LadyBoss LEAN subscription and refunded $83.26 for the last order that was shipped to you. Please feel free to keep the 2 bags of LEAN on us! Also, please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We do hope this resolution satisfies your desired outcome. At this time we have not received any further response from the customer ensuring that we have resolved the issue and satisfied her desired outcome. This company could have been great. It took a turn for the worst and customer service really went downhill. Customer service is nearly impossible to get in touch with. If you question the company because you are not taken serious (because you pay for products with virtually no ability to cancel due to lack of customer service!) you are badgered to death.
I would like to add that ladyboss COMPENSATES WOMEN TO LEAVE POSITIVE REVIEWS TO OVERRULE THEIR BAD REVIEWS! This right here is extremely unethical.
I have screenshots to back me up. Do not join this group. Do not enter any credit card information unless you want to kiss your money goodbye.

I ordered a challenger bundle that was suppose to come with a tank top and it didn’t have it. I emailed support and they said they would reship. They reshipped to the wrong address. I contacted them again. The rep said she would correct it and I should get an email. I didn’t receive it and it’s been 3 weeks. I emailed her she said she can charge me $10 to have to reshipped. I should not have to pay to receive my order. I’m so disappointed in this company.

We accept 100% of the responsibility for this complaint. We did have our Challenge Tanks on back order, and it seems when they restocked the order didn’t end up with the customer, but was returned to our warehouse instead. We did reship another tank and noticed it was waiting in shipment to be picked up by USPS for a few days so another tank was sent to ***. We did reach out letting her know about all of this but have not heard back from her. On 8?7/2019 the original reshipment of the tank was picked up by USPS and delivered as of 8/9/2019 at 3:27PM, and the new tank that *** sent out is still awaiting shipment by USPS.
On 8/2/2019 4:34 PM LadyBoss received notice that *** with the email *** filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. The evidence below will show that we accept 100% responsibility for this complaint.

On Jun 23, 2019, 9:02 PM the customer purchased our Challenger Bundle for $76.86 (includes tax and shipping fee).
On 7/12/2019 7:45 PM we received an email from *** stating “I ordered the challenger bundle and I didn’t get a shirt or cards.”
Upon sending that email the customer is informed that A member of our dedicated support team will respond to your case within 24 hours.
On July 13, 2019 at 3:14 PM D replied to ***’s email “Hey LadyBoss,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm so sorry about this! I have manually created a new order for the tank top to be sent to you. ASAP. You should receive the shipping confirmation email in 1-2 days. <3 Unfortunately, the Sparkle Cards are on back order until this weekend. Once they arrive they will ship them out ASAP. :)

Unfortunately, I cannot issue a refund due to The Challenger Tank being apart of the Challenger Bundle. However, I can re-ship this item to you for a $10 re-shipping fee. Please let me know how you would like to proceed!

On 8/2/2019 a new order for a Challenger tank was processed to reship to *** at the address she provided for us twice. After waiting 4 days for that order to receive tracking and not getting an update with USPS tracking, *** reached out to ***.
On 8/7/2019 2:09 PM *** reached out to *** via email “Hi ***,
I wanted to reach out to you in regards to your Revdex.com complaint and your Challenge Tank that you have yet to receive from us. I want to sincerely apologize that this issue was not resolved earlier and that the process of getting your tank has taken so long. I do see that a tank was set up to get shipped to you on 8/3 and we do have tracking for it but the tracking number still shows that USPS is awaiting the shipment which I have attached below

I have refunded you the price of the Challenge Bundle which you should receive a refund receipt shortly. Please make sure to check junk/spam if it's not in your inbox and allow 3-10 business days for that to reflect back to your account. I also sent out another tank, in case you do not receive the one that we resent, along with a few apology items for the troubles.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to restore your faith in LadyBoss.

I am very discouraged, disappointed and annoyed about this company. I signed up for the 21 day challenge well over a month ago. Then on top of that I got the copy of resources when it said I could purchase it for $17 but I got charged $27. When I contacted about this, I was told that the $17 was a 24 hour sale and I missed it, even though it didn’t say that in the advertisement. Then I received the resources and a bunch of emails giving history of “Lady Boss”. And I NEVER received anything about the actually challenge! This is a horrible way to run a business and get customers, let alone keep them! I paid for virtually nothing!

Hey Tiffany, We are truly saddened that this has been your experience with LadyBoss. I looked into this for you and see that you purchased the The LIVE Challenge Physical Kit on 6/25/2019 6:12 AM. I see that you emailed after your purchase on 6/25/2019 and 6/28/2019 asking why the amount charged was more than advertised. On 6/27/2019 and 6/28/2019 we responded to both emails that The LIVE Challenge Physical kit was available for $17 as a 24 hour promotion with the relaunch. You then responded on 06/28/2019 that you would not have ordered the kit for $27 and would have liked to cancel before it was shipped. As of 8/7/2019 we have refunded the $27 charge which may take 3-10 business to reflect back to your account. We are 100% committed to providing the best information, products, and services possible to help women lose weight and love themselves again. I absolutely love LadyBoss is has completely changed my life I'm no longer depressed I still have moments but no where near as bad as when I began LadyBoss almost 1 year ago the group of woman is so supportive I suffered from depression since age 12 and I never loved myself I was full of negative self talk and negative self hate I stopped wearing makeup I stopped taking care of myself and the minute I took the step to join LadyBoss my life was completely changed forever I love myself again I can look at myself in the mirror again I can wear makeup again I feel confident going out places and I learned to stop caring about what other people think or say about me I love the LadyBoss lifestyle its supportive theres coaches to help you through your journey when other diets dont work but that's the difference with LadyBoss it's not a diet it's a lifestyle and it's amazing I thank kaelin *** p*** so much for creating LadyBoss she is amazing all the woman in the group are amazing its opened my eyes to alot of things especially fitness and nutrition I'm so glad I chose this lifestyle its changed my life forever and for the better I'm so much happier

If there was a larger scale then 1-5 I’d give Ladyboss a 20.... Ladyboss has changed my life! Kaelin has truly shown how much she cares to not only help women loose weight but to love their self again. That is a gift from the heart. God truly has blessed her with a desire to help women. I believe she will reach past her goal and reach the world. I have been trying to get off my weight for years and it’s harder for my body for some reason to drop the weight. But just with becoming apart of Ladyboss I love myself the way I am. LadyBoss is an amazing company. The lean shake is fantastic and tastes so good. I actually don't have time to exercise but Im still losing weight by walking at lowest 10,000 steps every day. Kaelin and her team are very supportive. Cant wait till we meet in Chicago in October.

I will be a LadyBoss forever. I have been a Personal Results Coaching client for 18 months. During that time I have had multiple interactions with the LadyBoss Support team. I have found that they are responsive to my emails and to my Facebook Messenger posts. The coaching program provides me with the accountability and structure that I need to continue my journey to health and wellness. Along with way I have purchased LadyBoss Labs and was able to successfully pause and adjust the contents of my monthly subscription. I have also enjoyed many SWAG drops. When one of my items arrived damaged LadyBoss Support was again responsive to my request for an exchange. I sent them photos of the defective item and they promptly sent me a replacement. I find the LadyBoss Community to be generally supportive of all members. Those who come to the group with questions about health and fitness usually receive multiple helpful responses. Membership in the Facebook community is free. And it can be a tremendous resource to those who leverage it appropriately. Other LadyBoss goods and services are available for a fee. For me they have been worth every penny. As I said, I will be a LadyBoss forever.
