I placed an order with this company on may 19, 2019, the e-mail I received from company stated the product would be mailed in 2 business days and take 2-3 business days to receive. on May 29, 2019 after not receiving the product, I contacted the company via e-mail. the automated response stated they would respond within 48 hours, I have waited 48 hours and contacted the company again, I was then sent an e-mail stating I would receive a response in 72 hours. I can not get a response and would like a tracking number for my purchase.

Thank you for your assistance, this issue was resolved, my order was shipped today and the company provided me with an active tracking number.

I paid for a life time membership which includes access to my app as well as to the Facebook group and have now been blocked from both.

On 5/31/2019 2:41 PM LadyBoss received notice that *** with the email *** filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. The evidence below will show that the customer did not reach out regarding her lack of access and that we reached out to her to help resolve this issue.

On Mar 6, 2017, 8:07 AM the customer signed up for LadyBoss Lifestyle Unlimited Access membership to our trainer program.
After receiving this Revdex.com complaint from *** we reached out on June 4, 2019 at 2 PM stating “Hey Christina,
I wanted to reach out to you in regards to your Revdex.com complaint. I see in your complaint you listed that you were blocked from the Lifestyle Trainer app and the Facebook community page as well. I am sorry that you have not been able to get into your trainer! We did update our trainer app in order to ensure that everyone who was not paying for the app did not have access to it. I am including a new link for you to try. Validation is case sensitive so if entering your email address does not work try capitalizing the first letter and see if that works. If, after using the new link and viewing the video below, you are still having issues accessing the trainer app please respond to this email and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

As for the Facebook group, I do see that you are blocked from the group and it was because of negative comments telling everyone to go to the Revdex.com to report LadyBoss for the change in LEAN ingredients during Kaelin's Live video explaining and apologizing for not informing everyone of those changes.
The sole purpose for the LadyBoss Community Facebook page is to provide support and accountability along your health journey. Per Kaelin’s MANDATORY video and post in the LadyBoss Community page, there is zero tolerance for negativity, bullying or nay-saying against anyone in the community, to include the Support Team, Kaelin, or the LadyBoss company and products, and you will be immediately removed without refund for any of those offenses. Being a part of the LadyBoss Community Facebook group is an added perk to purchasing anything from LadyBoss, however it is not included in the price of the program or product you purchased, and therefore a refund for your Unlimited Access membership will not be honored. On May 15th the LadyBoss Lifestyle Trainer app had a major update to help log and validate paying members. There were, and still are, some issues for some members gaining access to their personal link for the trainer. On May 15th LadyBoss Support Team posted in our Facebook Community page alerting customers of the updates and have continued to provide updates and troubleshooting over the last few weeks for those still having issues. Customers have been directed to contact us if they are still having issues. We have not heard from *** regarding her issues with the trainer, but reached out to her when we received this complaint and still have not received a reply.

Ordered from Lady Boss Lean a protein power April 26 did not recieve an email comfirmation 10 days later I tried to call and email left a message when I called no response.
Contact ed my credit card company and I was charged the day I ordered
I still did not received the product it has been a month

Unfortunately we have experienced an increased volume of tickets which has delayed our response time. We responded to your email on June 6th with your tracking number: ***. Your UPS tracking shows that your order was delivered on June 5th at 8:26 am to your local post office and left in a locker box. I've attached proof of delivery to this message. I also noticed that you have disputed this payment, where we have also submitted the tracking information. I sincerely apologize for the delay experienced as LEAN was on a temporary pre-order status and hope that you have received your order as expected. So I ordered shake mix from Lady Boss Lean website.. never got a email with tracking info... their site looks like a scam site and they have one phone number to reach them with a pre-recorded message and fake phone ringing as if you’re being directed to an attendant when you never are... you’re only hung up on or you leave a message. There is NO WAY to even get in contact with these people and now my money is taken and I can’t get it or my product.

Case #***After messaging the company multiple times after being unable to reach anyone.. after I filed the complaint and after I told them yesterday about the complaints that I had they messaged me finally to resolve the issue.So feel free to go ahead and delete this complaint since they did what they were supposed to now.I just really thought it was unprofessional to not have any way to actually talk to any of the representatives of said company and to never have an order number or tracking number and unable to find out anything one way or another.I still think they need to fix that part of their business, though for future instances.Thank you for your assistance, and I’m glad this matter was resolved quicker than I anticipated.

I have cancelled my shipments with the company and continue to receive products and be charged for the products. I have attempted numerous times to contact someone and can not reach a person. I have left multiple messages with no response. I have also reached out via facebook with no response.

Haley responded to that cancellation form asking if you meant for your LEAN membership to be cancelled, but we did not hear back from you, and therefore did not cancel your LEAN membership.
I have cancelled your LEAN and I do see that you already received the most recent delivery of that. To return your LABS, please send the unwanted items to the address below within 30 days of delivery and be sure to include a note with your contact email address :) We will issue a refund and/or contact you once the items are received.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They take your money and have very pushy sales people. Their sales tactics are abnormal. You must buy MORE products than you want in order to keep the "sale price" and then you dont get those extra products till months later!! THEN, the only way to get in contact with their support team is through email, and they NEVER respond to emails. Their phone line is an automated message and no one answers. So, its impossible to speak with someone to get your money back. VERY SKETCHY BUSINESS!!

This company is a Joke I was removed from the group for commenting on some posts due to the fact Kaelin *** P failed to mention to all the ladies she changed the ingredients in the ladyboss lean protein. Untill someone in the group caught it and called her out. She removed everyone who made a comment. Anytime I tried to contact support it was always the same response like a robot. So I would ask the ladies on the group they would shut the commets right off. WORST program ever. If you wernt the highest paying customer to their products you are nothing to them. PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I also forgot to mention once they removed me for my FIRST ever innocent that didnt meet their standards. Then never emailed me saying due to WHATEVER I was removed. I had to email them numerous times. Then they said I was removed. But I pay a monthly fee to be part of that group.

And its not an added perk the group has everything in there so without that its nothing she goes live on that GROUP all the time. What you did was wrong protecting her business or not she was wrong and we got punished. Your support team acts all innocent when called out but I have emails where your NOT so understanding like you are here. How funny

Beware of this so called “business”. They will charge you for a program that does not work the majority of the time and then blame it on “user error”. Also, they will change ingredients without any warning to things that could harm your body. Just see the rating and reviews before putting yourself through the trouble of getting a refund.

I bought a product on their website on April 24th, 2019. I was aware that their was a back order notice and that the initial shipment would not be sent out until around May 15th. I received shipping information on May 22nd. The issue that I have is that included with the back order notice, the company also noted that they would not charge my credit lcard for a second shipment until 30 days after my initial order shipped. However, they charged my card (1) day after my initial shipment made on Wednesday May 22nd. They charged my account for a second shipment on Thursday, May 24th in the amount of $49.26

On Apr 23, 2019, 5:24 PM the customer signed up for 1 bag of LadyBoss LEAN on our recurring monthly CLUB membership for $49.26.

During the purchase process it was stated that customers would not get charged for their second monthly renewal until the original product was received.
On 5/24/2019 2:18 PM *** emailed stating “Hello I was recently charged an additional $49.00 for a lady boss lean product. This shouldn’t have happened since I haven’t received my first order. Is there anyway this can be corrected and I receive a refund?

Upon sending that email the customer was notified that A member of our dedicated support team will respond to your case within 48 hours.
On May 26, 2019 at 9:20 AM a support team member marked this email from *** as responded to via a second case, however this was the wrong case.
On 5/25/2019 3:42 PM we received ***’s LABS cancellation form “2019-05-25 14:42:18 Please Cancel The Labs Order of: Name: *** Email: *** ZIP Code On Account: 34769 Last 4 Digits Of Card On Account: 5988 Case Comments: Follow your own policies and don’t charge a customer for a second shipment following their first they haven’t received yet.”
On May 26, 2019, 9:21 AM Laura cancelled ***’s CLUB membership and refunded her for the second charge. Both orders have shipped to the customer, however we are not asking for the second one to be returned since this is a mistake on our end complete. This has been the only communication we have had with the customer since then. We accept responsibility for this since it was stated that she would not be charged again for her LEAN until after her original order was shipped out.

I paid 197 dollars for the transformation system and only received the burn supplement. I have emailed multiple times to see when the other products will ship and have still gotten no answers from any one to even acknowledge my problem.

On May 13, 2019, 11:24 AM the customer signed up for LadyBoss TRANSFORMATION SYSTEM on our recurring monthly CLUB membership for $197.
During the check out process the customer was notified that some of our products are/were on back-order: “Backorder Notice: By clicking this checkbox and "Submit Order" I understand and acknowledge that, because of high demand, the LadyBoss Transformation System is currently backordered. Because of that, BURN will be processed by the next business day with an estimated shipping date of 2-3 business days. The LEAN, FUEL, RECOVER and REST in your order will ship on as soon as we have them back in stock with an estimated restock date of May 17th for LEAN, May 17th for FUEL, June 6th for REST and June 14th for RECOVER. If you add a CLUB Membership to your order of the Transformation System, your 2nd order will process and ship 30 days after your initial order ships with all products included.”

On 5/22/2019 10:02 PM *** emailed stating “Hello I just received a message from you that my order *** was shipped and it says only 1 item the burn is in the package . I did ordered the transformation system. Do you have an estimated time when the rest will ship?

I totally understand that you are anxious to receive your order. Lean was back in stock on 5/17 and we are shipping the orders in the order they were placed. So Right now there is not a tracking number available, but I found that your order is Awaiting Shipment in our warehouse now, so it will be shipped out very shortly for you.

As for REST, and RECOVER, those will ship when we are back in stock on June 6th(:

This is the last and only communication we have from the customer in regards to her order. On May 25, 2019 at 8:57 am ***’s BURN was delivered via USPS and on 06/04/2019 9:07 A.M. FUEL and LEAN were delivered via UPS Surepost. The customer was made aware during the check-out process that certain items were on back-order and would be shipping out separately once they were back in stock. We are currently still on track to ship out REST and RECOVER on their estimated ship dates in that back-order clause.

Horrible customer service, aggressive sales tactics and rudeness in pitching weight loss products. Replaced their formula or product during a backorder without informing customers. All complaints get deleted of their page and emails go days without a response and then have one sentence max if you do get a response.

Money hungry. Feeding off of womens I securities to entice them to buy ladyboss swag and products. No wonder Kaitlin is a millionaire feeding off of womens insecurities and overcharging everything and hyping up *** products. Stay away!!

I signed up going on three years ago(lifetime membership) and have been very disappointed. Customer service takes forever to get back with you about anything, there is constant glitches within the trainer and app. One big problem I’ve had is if your going to make apparel and your selling it to women who are spending hundreds if not thousands on all of your products it’d be nice if you’d carry bigger sizes and if you did not increase the price like crazy! Most of us can’t ever buy the clothes because they don’t have a big size range. They also changed product ingredients without telling anyone. Another thing, it should take a month sometimes more to receive something that has been bought and paid for that’s RIDICULOUS! Also in the beginning Kaelin was around more she was active with us and recently it seems like we are only a paycheck for her. Also everyone’s upset because we’ve noticed in the Facebook group of you post anything that’s not praising her or the company it’s deleted , or comments are shut off. Reviews online are constantly being removed as well. So your not even feeling heard because they only allow all the positive and nothing negative or any constructive criticism. I’m so done and wish I could cancel and get some money back but either way I’d steer clear of LadyBoss!

Lady boss lean was on an extreme backorder nobody was getting shipments nobody was getting confirmations and they said that it was just because it was on back order but the truth was is that out of nowhere they change the ingredients and change the ingredients to with very unhealthy ingredients and cheaper ingredients! It was posted in the group of the new package and the new list of ingredients showing people that was what they were getting not the original formula. went it sparked out rages they were kicking us off the support page and deleting our post asking about it and expressing our concerns and the owner of the company is part of the admin on the Facebook page she then addressed the post in Facebook live and lied and stumbled and had no idea what she’s talking about about the ingredients saying that they are proven and there’s no scientific proof that they cause cancer and just a bunch of nonsense when it’s true that these things have negative side effects . I tried to cancel my membership which took hours but I believe it’s done hopefully I’m not charged anymore I’m very saddened by the way customer services I’m very saddened by the way the Facebook page is ran and how they delete everybody for sparking concerns are speaking out about the products!

I am deal with this company! any company that will kick you off of the Facebook page for asking questions are bringing up concerns about their product is not a good company so therefore I will never purchase anything from this company nor follow you on any Avenue and anytime I get a chance to speak out about this company or about this product I will do so . Also took the new list of ingredients to my father’s cancer doctor and asked him about the products because cancer runs in my family being as my 16-year-old has had cancer for 5+ years and my father has cancer now my grandmother passed away from cancer and the doctor said that the ingredients that you guys are there or not the surnames or the scientifical names for the ingredients you actually added in very harmful ingredients into your s also took the new list of ingredients to my father‘s cancer doctor and asked him about the products because cancer runs in my family being as my 16-year-old has had cancer for 5+ years and my father has cancer now my grandmother passed away from cancer and the doctor said that the ingredients that you guys added are not the surnames or the scientifical names for the ingredients you actually added in very harmful ingredients into lean!! So try again with your book crap explanation which is the same bull crap explanation that she tried to give in her life but kept stumbling over herself because she didn’t think people would react the way they did that’s why you guys did this as a surprise you didn’t think people would catch on the people are smarter than you give them credit for!

This Company is so disappointing. I love the products, but dealing with the company is almost unbearable. Their "support" team doesn't care about anything but making sure the payments go through. I purchased $200 worth of LadyBoss products well over a month ago. Not only have I not received the product, but I have not received any email confirmation on tracking information. I understand that it is a popular company and sometimes things are back ordered, but when someone tells me they ordered something 2 weeks ago and they have already received it...Its concerning. There are even warnings about people returning their product and never getting their money back! This company is as close to a scam as it gets without being an actual scam. I emailed the support team (for the 5th time) asking for a refund for the 200 dollars of stuff I ordered, and have been waiting over 6 weeks for and only then do they decide to ship it out and send me the tracking information for it. Absolutely ridiculous. If you are seriously considering buying from this company, order it through Amazon. Save yourself the trouble and stress.

Our automated response to each new email states that “A member of our dedicated support team will respond to your case within 24 hours.” While we are a little over that time frame in responding, we have been working around the clock to reply to the influx of emails since LEAN came back in stock. Tracking/shipping emails are sent out 24-48 hours once a product has received a tracking number, and sometimes those emails can end up in spam/junk if not in your inbox. I'm giving this only two stars just because I do like the trainer app. I would give it none if it wasn't for that. A few weeks ago, maybe longer, the app on everyone's phone seemed to have been hacked. The trainers were in different languages and showing different products from over seas. Okay, they fixed that. Now everyone is having problems where they want them to log back in and verify their accounts. SOOOOOOOO many women have posted that they can't get back in it and that support can't locate their account. That is some *** right there!!!!! Seriously sounds like a security breach!!!! We were never told why the PRODUCT WE PAID FOR, was linking to other companies and especially those overseas. We DESERVE to know why our information isn't working and why we have had to reset our trainer or even delete it for it to work! Another thing! You guys really seem to have the market in your favor when it comes to vulnerable women!! Here buy this "swag" so you can feel beautiful with writing across it or leggings that rip after one use. Here, let me push some pushy salesman on you so you feel worse than you do and give in to us and give us more money!!! The FB community is a joke!! They delete any little thing that detests them or isn't just right about portraying a wonderful community. It's seriously so awful how many women feel the need to buy all this s*** so they feel like they mean something!!! That shouldn't be how it is! It should be women helping one another, not women paying out the a*** to get results!

This company is a scam. I was talked into joining the Personal Results coaching that is pretty d*** expensive. There is nothing personal about it. All of the women are expected to do the exact same thing, how personal is that? After I joined that expensive program, Ladyboss started coming out with other programs that were almost identical but cheaper. I totally wasted a couple of thousand dollars for absolutely nothing!! Buyer beware!! You will waste a lot of money with this company.

While I like LadyBoss and the products and results coaching, I hate their customer service, or should I say lack of customer service? They lied to my now former coach and to me by saying they emailed me several times about my payment for PRC. Yes I know I owe them money, but I am having financial difficulty and they sent me no emails about working with me to get caught up with my payments. Then yesterday they email me to say if I don’t pay close to $*** up front, my coaching is canceled. Well I was not about to give them my financial info so they can take all my money and leave me with no way to pay any other bills, including my car insurance which is more important. I understand I need to pay for the three months of coaching I received, but they didn’t needs to be jerks about it and lie saying they tried to work with me when they did not. But now I’ve been kicked out of the coaching program and not only do I have to pay for those three months but for the whole year when I’m no longer in the coaching program? Ok yes, admit, I knew all this going in, but acting like ***, canceling my account and lying that they tried to work with me when they didn’t is just s***. I don’t blame my coach, Kaelin, or anyone else, but the people in charge of billing. They are money hungry a***. The last straw was them saying I was trying to take advantage of them with no intention of paying.
