The offer was not misrepresented, it may have been misunderstood; the PROMOTIONAL RATE which was offered is one that is good for the year. The payment he made was for the first weeks of a promotional rate for a year. The prepaid weeks was through the end of January
There was no fraud
Both accounts have been ended and you will not receive anymore bills.

Since you are on a fixed rate (pay the same amount every month) that amount cannot change. However, every months, twice a year, all the credits due to you will come off that month's amount due. Your months are April and October. So in April, you will get credit for
all the missed deliveries

I have notified our account department and they will issue a refund of $32.55. Please allow a few weeks for delivery of the check.Thank you
I have cleared the balance from you account. You can throw away the letter from the collection agency
A refund check was sent out on 6/24/
Again, according to our records for this address we do not show any calls or complaints on this account since June. Since nothing has been put on the account, the carrier doesn't know anything is wrong. I will still send a message out to them to make sure delivery is made to the front door (that is the placement request on the account).

The Revdex.com inquires was just transferred to me since the person who was dealing with them is no longer here. I am just getting to review all of themI noticed once I looked up this account it was stopped as of today 5/2/16. A supervisor did not call back and the delivery issue was not
resolved. If you'd like me to try to resolve the issue and restart the subscription, please let me know
