I did not receive any explanation messages on my phone. As matter of fact on 04/25/2015  I received a second bill from Plain Dealer in the amount of $26,03 in may husbands name. My husband passed away in August of 2014.  Employees of Plain Dealer have very low work ethic, it looks that time came to close this news paper once and for all.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did receive a check in the mail yesterday, October 23, 2017 for $35.29.  I was asking for the total of $35.76 that was owed to me(24 issues @ $1.49 for a total of $35.76 as described in my contract and explained to me on November 27, 2016 by a representative of the PD) AND to be compensated for the continuous and challenging phone calls I had to make to the Plain Dealer to attempt to get this resolved.  My time is worth an additional $150.  This would end my complaint against the Plain Dealer.

I have sent this message directly to the manager that covers your delivery area.  I asked that he find out what is the issue out here and to call you back with confirmation that the issue has been resolved.  Please let us know if that does not happen. thank you

me.  To this date, which is approximately 7 days from the business' response I have not yet seen the refund posted to my credit card. I am under the impression this was to take place already?

We do apologize for all of this.  We will take care of the balance do.  You can throw the invoice away.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.  We do not put stops through via invoices.  They are all scanned when they come back to our lockbox and there isn't someone specifically opening and reading them.  I will however stop the subscription now and we will clear the balance...

I do apologize. We do have lists of people to not deliver to and the carrier made a mistake.  I will note your address for future deliveries to ensure this does not happen again.Thank you
